Abstract

The high number of motorbike users in Indonesia in 2020 of 115,023,039 units also contributed to high air pollution where motorbikes contributed 45% to the resulting vehicle pollution. Based on Jakarta's air quality index (AQI) data on January 18, 2023, an AQI value of 101 was obtained which is unhealthy for sensitive groups, of course a strategy is needed to increase the use of electric motorbikes to reduce air pollution produced by conventional motorbikes. Online drivers are a market segment that can be used as a priority for the transition to electric motorcycles, considering that the mobility of online drivers is quite high, which is around 230 km/day. Providing soft loans can be the best option to attract online drivers to switch to using electric motorbikes. Based on the results of calculations using the daily installment payment scheme for the investment of electric motors and battery motors, the total return that must be paid on the investment of electric motors and electric motor batteries is Rp. 30,168,885 and Rp. 8,021,370 where the annual interest that must be paid by online drivers is still less than the bank loan interest of 8.75%. In terms of financial feasibility, the NPV that online drivers will receive is Rp. 5,343,823, IRR of 18.88% and Payback Period for 6 years 1 months.

Abstract

PT SINERGI Integra Service is a cleaning contract service provider company that has been established since 2007 with its head office in Jakarta, one of the branches located in Tangerang Regency with a total of 150 employees. Based on Company data from 2019 to 2022 where the average employee performance achievement in 2021 is only 78.4% where this achievement has decreased by 2% compared to 2019. Based on the disciplinary data of PT SINERGI's employees which can be seen in the employee attendance data where there was an increase in the number of employee absence events in 2021 as many as 516 events where the value increased by 328.66% compared to 2019. On the other hand, the work environment also has an impact on employee performance. Based on research conducted by Irawan (2021), it shows that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Serpong District Office. ased on the results of research conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling Method, it was found that Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.050 and the Work Environment has no effect on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.330 and it can be concluded that the Work Environment as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance with a p-value of 0.003.

Abstract

PT Putikayo International is a cosmetics manufacturer that has been established since December 13 2010 where employee performance is only 89.85%. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis to determine the factors that influence employee performance. The aim of the research conducted was to find out whether compensation strengthens the influence of motivation on the performance of PT Putikayo Internasional employees. The research method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by looking at the resulting p-value. The results of the research carried out show that: 1) Compensation has no effect on employee performance with a p-value of 0.232; 2) Motivation influences employee performance with a p-value of 0.000 and 3) Compensation strengthens the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT Putikayo Internasional with a p value of 0.002. From the results of this research it can be concluded that providing compensation will strengthen employee motivation at work so that employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is one of the efforts to minimize the tax burden that is often carried out by companies, because it is still within the framework of applicable tax regulations. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of Company Size, Leverage, Profitability simultaneously on Company Value in mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021, the total population in this study is 47 companies. Samples were obtained using the purposive sampling method, so 41 companies were obtained. The research approach used in this study is quantitative research. The secondary data used is obtained from financial statements according to the selected criteria. The data collection method is carried out using purposive sampling by processing data using the Eviews software tool version 9. Data analysis using Panel Data Regression and Moderating Regression Analysis. Based on the paired test model using Chow Test, Hausmant Test and Lagrange Multiplier Test, the best model used is the Fixed Effect Model. The calculation results state that Company Size, Leverage and Profitability together have a significant positive effect on the Company Value of Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The Directorate General of Public Works and Housing Infrastructure Financing has the task of carrying out the formulation and implementation of policies in the field of financing public works and housing infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations. Quality human resources can support good employee performance, so it is important for organizations to be able to identify the factors that influence employee performance so that the organization can take appropriate steps to improve employee performance. Human Resources within the Directorate have an important role in the success of financing needed for infrastructure development. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of the Work Discipline variable on employee performance with Motivation as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample size of 55 people. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is a combination of two analytical methods, namely factor analysis and path analysis into one comprehensive statistical method. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that: 1) Work Discipline influences employee performance, this is proven by the estimated value of 0.988; 2) Motivation has no effect on employee performance, this is proven by the negative estimate value of -0.503 and 3) Motivation as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of work discipline on employee performance with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

A forecasting training program using POM-QM for Windows was conducted to enhance students' skills in forecasting as a strategic approach to tackle challenges in the dynamic workforce. Organized as part of Community Service Activities (PKM) by Pamulang University in collaboration with the University of Serang Raya, the training introduced forecasting concepts, methods like moving averages and exponential smoothing, and their application using POM-QM software. Through lectures, simulations, and case studies, participants gained a deeper understanding of analyzing historical data for decision-making. Evaluation results showed participants could independently use the software for various business scenarios. This training contributed positively to participants' skill development and is anticipated to serve as a sustainable model for enhancing workforce competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia (Secure Parking) is a company that provides parking services at various locations such as offices, hotels, shophouses, and hospitals. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and involving 40 respondents, the research included tests for normality, validity, reliability, moderation, hypothesis, and goodness of fit. The normality test showed a multivariate value of 0.356 (<2.58), the second-stage validity test confirmed all indicators were valid (estimate >0.50), and the reliability test indicated sufficient reliability with CR >0.70 and AVE >0.50. However, hypothesis testing showed that compensation had no significant effect on performance (p = 0.922), motivation also had no significant effect (p = 0.155), and motivation did not moderate the effect of compensation on performance (p = 0.488). Therefore, it is necessary to explore other variables that may be more relevant in improving employee performance.
