Abstract

There is a close relationship between the philosophy of science and the development of the scientific method. Philosophy of science is an integral part of the history of the development of science. Philosophy of science is inseparable from scientific rules relating to the scientific method used. The scientific method will produce scientific knowledge as well . There are four special methods used, namely the library method, the observation method, the interview method, and the observer participation method. The elements in the methodology of science are interpretation, induction and deduction, internal correlation, holistic, historical continuity, idealization, comparison, heuristics, analogical, and description. Meanwhile the composition of the scientific methodology includes problems, attitudes, using scientific methods, activities, conclusions, and influences. The steps for developing scientific methodologies consist of formulating problems, conducting library studies, formulating hypotheses, testing hypotheses, collecting data, interpreting data, making conclusions, and making scientific reports.

Abstract

This research is based on the need to accelerate poverty reduction for community welfare. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of poverty reduction policies by TKPKD West Pasaman Regency. This research uses qualitative research. The research location was at the West Pasaman Social Service office, the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), as well as poor villages and community leaders in West Pasaman Regency. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation studies and field notes. The data validation technique used is a triangulation technique which involves re-checking data previously obtained from various sources to assess the correctness of the data. The data analysis procedure is broken down into several processes which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The research results show that poverty reduction by West Pasaman Regency TKPKD has not fully achieved the desired targets. There are several factors that influence the implementation of poverty reduction policies by West Pasaman Regency TKPKD, namely; First, the environment is still considered bad. This happens because there are still many individuals who are lazy to work. Second, there are still many organizations that are less active in working in the social sector, especially in terms of eradicating poverty. Third, the resources that West Pasaman Regency has in the TKPKD sector are still not optimal because West Pasaman has not fully maximized the resources that have been applied. Fourth, the character of the implementing agency: In this case, TKPKD implementers have not carried out their responsibilities well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada bonus demografi Indonesia pada tahun 2045. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran sistem desentralisasi dan otonomi daerah dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan sumber daya manusia untuk Indonesia emas 2045. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur online. Triangulasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, penalaran induktif digunakan dalam analisis data, dan makna daripada generalisasi lebih ditekankan dalam temuan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif karena berbentuk pengungkapan fakta-fakta yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi dan otonomi daerah dapat berperan dalam pemerataan pembangunan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia. Peran desentralisasi dan otonomi daerah dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan SDM untuk Indonesia emas 2045 dapat berupa peningkatan produktivitas kerja, pencapaian efisiensi, peningkatan pelayanan, dan peningkatan kepemimpinan

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas pengendalian yang kurang memadai dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah menyulitkan pemerintah daerah dalam mengimplementasikannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan implementasi kebijakan manajemen keuangan daerah dalam upaya mengatasi masalah pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur online. Triangulasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, penalaran induktif digunakan dalam analisis data, dan makna daripada generalisasi lebih ditekankan dalam temuan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif karena berbentuk pengungkapan fakta-fakta yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan dalam arti yang seluas-luasnya adalah sebagai bentuk penyelenggaraan aktivitas yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan undang-undang sinergis yang di gerakan untuk bekerjasama guna menerapkan kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan daerah kearah tertentu yang di kehendaki. Implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan daerah dalam upaya mengatasi masalah pengelolaan keuangan daerah dapat berupa penerapan komuniasi dengan baik, peningkatan sumber daya, dan stuktur birokrasi yang baik.
