Abstract

This thesis is a study of historiography that discusses the views of Annick Cojean found in Gaddafi Harem towards Muammar Gaddafi in Libya. In conducting this research, historical research methods are the method chosen. The results of this study are how Annick Cojean's views on Muammar Gaddafi in Libya with Cojean use Orientalist, Feminist glasses and also from the perspective of Western Hypocritical Media. There are two parts or phases in the Gaddafi harem book, the first part of the book is Cojean showing a prominent figure in the book called Soraya which tells how the life of the Soraya life from adolescence to the great revolution in Libya in 2011. Part two in the book Cojean focused more on the narrative of Muammar Khadafi's accomplice in carrying out his hegemony for 42 years, until his death in 2011.

Abstract

This study examines the Sarekat Rakyat Padang Panjang 1923-1926. In conducting this research, the researchers try to analyze how the communist-leaning Sarekat Rakyat entered Padang Panjang, one of the most famous cities in Minangkabau to go to Islam and was the site of the first Islamic Modernization in West Sumatra. This research goes into historical research by following the method of historical research with steps 1 (1) Heurousics that is finding and gathering information obtained as a source of data, the source of data in the form of written data in the form of documents, archives, newspapers obtained from PDIKM Padang Panjang, Museum Aditiyawarman, and Padang State University Library. (2) Source criticism is carried out by testing the authenticity and validity of the data. (3) conduct analysis and interpretation of the data that has been obtained. The selected data is selected with studies that can be trusted truthfully. (4) Histiography is the presentation of the results of research. The results of the study indicate that in the 20th century, Padang Panjang had once developed communists with Marxist Islam. The entry of communists or the Sarekat Rakyat into Padang Panjang was spearheaded by the Sumatra Thawalib teacher namely Datuk Batuah and assisted by Djamaludin Tamin, Arif Fadillah and Nata Zainuddin. The social condition of the Padang Panjang community which was under pressure from the Dutch colonial government caused the communists to be easily accepted by the Padang Panjang community. In addition to disseminating communist ideas, the leaders of comunist often linked Islamic teachings against the kafir government. Interestingly communist leaders in Padang Panjang making Sumatra Thawalib the first Islamic modernist school in Minangkabau as the basis of their movement in spreading communist ideas.

Abstract

This research is motivated to find out the survival of the Society survival in areas prone to landslides In The Village Of North TandikekPatamuan Sub-District, Padang Pariaman District. Research location in the village of North Tandikek. This research uses qualitative approaches with case study research types, data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation.The selection of informant is done by Purposive Sampling. The Analysis of this research uses functional structural theory by Talcott Parsoons AGIL. The results of the research are that (1). The reasons for society to stay in the research site are: a). Environmental Factors, b) Economic Factors, c) Social Cultural Factors, d) Education Factors. (2). Society strategies for survival in landslide prone areas that is: a). Looking for a safe haven b). Greening empty land c). Mutual Cooperatin West Sumatra is one area with a high level of disaster vulnerability. West Sumatra BPBD said that West Sumatra was very vulnerable to natural disasters, and for most of the year natural disasters struck. The efforts made by the government in disaster management efforts in West Sumatra, especially in the city of Padang, were to establish a Disaster Education Park on the Purus Coast of Padang City. The Disaster Education Park aims to provide an understanding of disasters to the community, so that the community can prepare themselves for disasters. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Purus Padang River Care Community and Disaster Education Park for disaster mitigation in Padang City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study concluded that there are several roles of the River Concern Community and Disaster Education Park in disaster mitigation efforts in the city of Padang, including: (1) Providing reading books as a source of knowledge about disaster, (2) Establish a River School, (3) Making KPS management a playground, (4) Providing Disaster Material / Training to the Community, (5) Monitor River Development, (6) Maintain the cleanliness of rivers, lakes and beaches.

Abstract

Ahmad Rashid Talu Pioneer of Renewal of Malaysian Malay Literature 1889-1939, ideas that underline Ahmad Rashid Talu’s creative process, image and thought. The concept that underlies the creation of Ahmad Rashid Talu’s literary works is his persistence in changing society and the nation by carrying out a movement of change and renewal by writing, nemely literary works in the from of novels. Ahmad Rashid Talu made direct observations of every area he visited while traveling ini Malay Malaysia. Then literary works are written based on imagination and feelings that reveal various social diseases that occur in people’s lives which are motivated by socio-culture. Every literary work contains an open messange to pursue the progress of the Malay nation or state of Malaysia.

Abstract

The establishment of an emergency government in the Regency of Pesisir Selatan Kerinci was the result of instructions from the Rasjid Resident as Governor of Meliter, West Sumatra, where the Governor of Rasjid sent several delegates of the Governor's staff to the regions. History of the Government of the South Coastal Regency of Kerinci on January 2, 1949 in Koto Pulai, Lengayang Regency (Kambang), the government of the Pesisir Selatan of Kerinci ended on July 14, 1950. Based on the findings and also the author's initial interview with Mr. Anwar AM, he said that many generations did not know its history, even its removal was no longer maintained even though it was protected by cultural heritage and functioned as it should. There is no explanation of the role of the community and the government of the Pesisir Selatan Regency of Kerinci in defending the independence of the Republic of Indonesia from the threat of Dutch military aggression II, no one has examined either the published books or other scientific works. Therefore, that history is not forgotten, and also the legacy of the Government of the Pesisir Selatan of Kerinci in Koto Pulai treated and functioned as it should. Historical research methods, in this study data collection, is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is to see firsthand the relics of the government of the Pesisir Selatan Regency of Kerinci (PSK), as well as taking pictures of the relics. Interviews in this study include Mr. RusliNur, Anwar Am, Iyal, Syafrial, and Supardi. Documentation is the search for documents and books related to the governance of CSWs. Koto Pulai is a strategic area that is in a cross position, with a very strategic location that makes it easy to deal with fellow warlords in thePesisir Selatan, both warlords who come from Tapan or the Shadows. Koto Pulai is also a fertile area, making it very easy to meet daily needs. The people there are trying to meet all the needs of the PDRI fighters without having to be paid, they do so because the people of Pesisir Selatan in general Koto Pulai have a sense of nationalism and a spirit of patriotism towards the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the essence of Islamic education for Generation Alpha. This study also tries to look at the rationalization aspect of Islamic education for the alpha generation in the perspective of the philosophy of science. This research is a library research which will collect data related to the concept of Islamic education for the alpha generation in the perspective of the philosophy of science. The results of this study are Islamic education, alpha generation, the essence of Islamic education for the alpha generation, and the foundation of Islamic education for the alpha generation in the perspective of the philosophy of science.

Abstract

especially Indonesia, because nationalism is a form of love and respect for the nation itself. However, the concept of nationalism has shifted due to the current of globalization which brings various understandings. One of them is cosmopolitanism which forces individuals to interact with ideas and symbols that come from outside their nation state. Then the concept of cosmopolitan nationalism emerged as nationalism that is relevant to be applied in the era of globalization which consists of the following aspects: nationality with the indicators being: achieving the ideals of a nation that is dynamic, not narrow-minded, maintaining national identity and loyalty to the state. Morals include: humanity, nationality, kinship and religion. Politics includes: tolerance, justice and responsibility. The Cultural Dimension includes: lifestyle, diversity, individual behavior, and global similarity.

Abstract

This research is a socio-economic history study which aims to describe the process of the arrviral of transmigration communities in Kanagarian Panyubarangan (Trimulya) and describe the socio-economic development of transmigration communities in Kanagarian Panyubarangan (Trimulya) Dharmasraya Regency from 1983-2018. This research includes the research of history, and therefore this research follows the history of the method are: (1) heuristic are searching and collecting information from primary and secondary sources, (2) criticism of sources including internal and external criticism, that is whit a test of the authencity of the source or specified materials, (3) interpretasion which interprets activity data that has been collected and (4) historiography is stage presentation of research results in the form of scientific work. The results of this research revealed that the process of the arrival of transmigrants in Kanagarian Panyubarangan began in March 1983 in the form of general anad local transmigration, then followed in 1988 by independent self-directed transmigrants. The transmigration community at the beginning of the placement experienced many economic difficulties, access to education and transportation. To meet the need of he community, they must work as laborers and migrate to the other countries. The point of development of the transmigration community is seen from the increase in income. Supported by the results of oil palm plantations, the economic revival of the transmigration community can be seen from the place of residence, transportation facilities and education of their children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang sejarah bisnis keluarga Meta Com yang bergerak di bisnis rental komputer. Bisnis rental komputer merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa dan pengetikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif terdiri dari heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Berdirinya Meta Com, karena banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa. Kampus Unand menjadi kampus terfavorit di Kota Padang, karena Kementerian Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesiatahun 2018 menempatkan Unand sebagai 10 Universitas terbaik di Indonesia. Tahun 2014 Unand mendapatkan akreditasi institut peringkat A, dan dosennya terindeks scopus. Hal ini dapat dijadikan peluang bisnis oleh Meta Herlinda untuk membuka bisnis rental komputer. Dimana ada kampus pasti disitu ada mahasiswa. Dan mahasiswa juga membutuhkan komputer sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Bisnis Meta Com berdiri tahun 2000. Bisnis Meta Com mengalami peningkatan karena beberapa strategi yaitu menjual bermacam barang dagangan, memperlakukan karyawan seperti keluarga sendiri, dan berprilaku ramah kepada pengunjung. Bisnis Meta Com mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pemilik yaitu mengalami kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran, serta bagi mahasiswa meningkatkan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study describe the Exploration and Exploitation gold mining in Lebong Donok, (Bengkulu) in 1897-1942. This research uses the historical method of the process: Heuristics, or data collection, then continued the procces of source criticism and interpretation of data, the final stage is the writing of history so that this research can be completed. The results showed that the first person to explore the Lebong Donok gold tambourine was Eugene Kassel. Eugene Kassel conducted a study in Lebong. The results of his research caught the attention of the owner of a mining company in Batavia so the company decided to explore the mine through Lebong Goud Syndicaat. The Dutch East Indies government granted management concessions to a Dutch private company named Mijnbouw Maatschappij Redjang Lebong in 1899 under the mining administrator H.J.A. Sanders, after the discovery of gold deposits at Lebong Donok in 1896 and the estabilishment of the company on 10 February 1897. The results of exploitation carried out by the Dutch East Indies government through private company Mijnbouw Maatschappij Redjang Lebong in Lebong Donok is very profitable and adds to the Dutch East Indies government.
