Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang merupakan sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berlokasi di Kampung Bulang, Tanjungpinang. Sekolah ini sedang menghadapi permasalahan dalam mengelola perpustakaan yang dimiliki agar dapat melayani peminjaman bahan pustaka bagi pengguna lebih cepat dan tepat termasuk dalam memberi akses bahan pustaka langsung ke pengguna. Namun saat ini. Perpustakaan masih belum memiliki sistem sirkulasi perpustakaan yang dapat menyediakan akses koleksi yang dimiliki perpustakaan. Sistem perpustakaan berbasis web yang dirancang diharapkan dapat memudahkan anggota perpustakaan SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang dalam mencari buku digital tentang bahan pustaka yang dimiliki perpustakaan tanpa batas waktu dan tempat. Sistem sirkuasi perpustakaan berbasis web, yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi perpustakaan juga diharapkan dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat petugas dalam menangani layanan sirkulasi maupun membuat laporan. Pemrograman yang dilakukan untuk membuat sistem diatas dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database server MySQL. Dari hasil implementasi sistem dan uji coba, disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi sehingga dapat membantu perpustakaan dalam melayani pengguna secara cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Fence is one of the basic needs in human life, a home must provide a sense of security for its owner. To achieve the above objectives, the authors make Prototype Controlling Automatic Android Turnstile. The system will also be equipped with an Android-based application to open and close the gate as a helper to the homeowner. The results of this study indicate that the application is functioning properly and can be used.In this study, the drive media, Application Servo motor and Bluetooth HC Module 05, which can be connected to the Android Bluetooth with the farthest distance of 5.5 m.The results of this research are testing the prototype and each component function, android-based smart home automatic smart system is obtained which only moves and opens the human gate. This prototype was made with tools such as Arduino IDE, Fritzing and MIT App Inventor.

Abstract

SDN 008 TANJUNGPINANG TIMUR is an educational institution established in 1973 in Tanjungpinang city with the guarantee of boosting students’ learning motivation in a fun and engaging manner. Education is therefore considered as a process that leads to the change of knowledge, attitude and mentality of students. A report card is a method to measure students’ performances. A system analysis aims to understand how the intricacies of the system under research and development work. The result of the system analysis is a report that describes the system under study and its problems as well as to create a newly developed system design. The designed data management information system of the report cards has the characteristics of being able to support the process of monitoring students’ performances quickly and efficiently. Therefore the proposed system design is further developed into a website-based system so that it facilitates the process of delivering all information to all teachers as a form of transparency to both the school party and students’ parents.
