Abstract

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tanjungpinang use e-filling application in the tax payment process and make it easy to service tax payers. To know how far of information technology on going, so we take measurement of capability and rating scale of information technology who’s being applied. The purpose of this measurement is to know how far of information technology who’s being applied so we can recommend to improve performed of company. This research method is data analysis quantitative and validity test. In collection of data used with literature review and field studies (interview, observation, questionnaire). The results of data collection based on framework COBIT 5 we got optimization of TI on going (EDM01) capability level got the value 5.00 and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.2%. For the managerial service optimization process (EDM02) the capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 91.4%. The risk management process (EDM03) capability level got the value of 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 92.4%. The resource optimization process (EDM04) capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.6%. For the performance optimization process (EDM05) the capability level got the value 5.00, and the rating scale value of five’s level (optimizing process) has a status fully achieved of 90.4%.

Abstract

LPG distribution is carried out on a scheduled basis by PT. Adri Jaya Sakti Tanjungpinang to retailers. The delivery of information from agents to retailers is done by direct voice calls, this is less effective because Customer Service delivers the same things over and over again. In addition, there is a lot of information that is not conveyed because the retailer number can change from time to time.Push notification-based information delivery methods can send real-time information to recipients by using the Application ID installed on the smartphone. The push notification method used uses the OneSignal API help. From the design stage to the implementation stage, it can be denied that the Android-based push notification information system can send real-time gas delivery scheduling information to clients registered in the database.

Abstract

Produk Indomie sudah lama beredar di Indonesia dan memiliki pendangan produk yang bervariasi ada yang bertanggapan positif dan ada juga yang bertanggapan negatif terhadap produk Indomie, kini produk Indomie sudah menyebar luas keluar negeri untuk mendapatkan data tentang tanggapan konsumen tidaklah mudah dikarenakan konsumen yang tidak berdomisili di Indonesia dan juga adanya faktor ketidakpastian apakah subjek tersebut merupakan konsumen produk Indomie. Namun data dapat diambil dengan menggunakan media sosial Twitter yang membatasi konten pengguna untuk hanya memuat 140 karakter setiap tautan, dengan menggunakan Tweepy untuk mengambil data dari Twitter dan mengolah data dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes yang diimplementasi kedalam bahasa Python dengan bantuan Natural Language Toolkit. Pembuatan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mendapatkan hasil analisis sentiment yang akan menghasilkan kecenderungan konten pengguna Twitter yang lebih banyak tanggapan positif atau negatif pada produk Indomie.

Abstract

Adequate accounting system can be a tool for management in providing information fast, precise, and reliable. To reduce and overcome the fraud that occurs that can harm the company, then in the implementation of inventory activities need an adequate internal control. Sufficient internal control is expected to assist the leadership in maintaining the security of corporate wealth, preventing and finding fault and fraud that can harm the company. Software used as a tool in designing this system is NETBEAN 8.0 and MYSQL as a database. The methodology used for the development of this application is the waterfall method. The author performs the old system analysis and system analysis needs of the user to design this system. Senli is a store that sells building materials, that why merchandise inventory is very instrumental in supporting the trade. Therefore, the entrepreneur or trader must be able to manage his business well. Companies that can manage inventory, planning and controls well, will greatly help the community or consumers in meeting their needs. This planning activity isn’t a easy task, because in the planning must be determined the right amount, merchandise to be sold must be in accordance with the tastes of consumers and must be provided in a correct time.

Abstract

Angkasa Photo Studio is a company engaged in photography services that offers a variety of products such as photo studios, graduations, family, documentation, weddings, products and others. In carrying out its activities, Angkasa Photo Studio requires an information system software whose use is to establish maximum communication with consumers and strive for continuous sales to them to increase company income such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Especially in recent years the Covid-19 pandemic has certainly greatly disrupted people's mobility, especially in obtaining information about the marketing of goods and services. After the research, there were problems, namely a decline in sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic and in carrying out marketing activities they still applied conventional methods and there was no system to establish maximum communication with consumers. Based on these problems, the researcher tries to design a website-based CRM system that can identify customer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio's services. In designing this system using the PHP programming language and using Mysql as a database. After the researcher succeeded in designing a website-based CRM system at Angkasa Photo Studio, the results showed that the system designed was able to identify consumer satisfaction with Angkasa Photo Studio services, was able to establish more optimal communication with customers, and the system was able to market products and promos and customers did not need to come. Abstract

This study aims to create a decision support system to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City by applying the Promethee II method from several samples according to existing method procedures, from the data collection that has been carried out, several tutoring criteria are obtained and then calculations are carried out using the stages contained in the Promethee II method. The application is built based on a website, the aim is to help parents to select excellent tutoring institutions, check reports and election results using the website. It is hoped that this research can be one of the solutions to determine the selection of leading tutoring institutions in Tanjungpinang City.

Abstract

Information technology which is developing rapidly at this time greatly influences the company's business conditions so that information technology governance is needed. COBIT 2019 is an information technology governance framework that has standards for implementing information technology governance. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Riau Islands Province, is a government company that operates in the field of legal and human rights services. The aim of this research is to determine the current level of IT process capability (as-is) and the expected level of IT process capability (to-be) as well as providing recommendations and suggestions on better IT governance for the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Riau Islands Province. This research was conducted using standards framework COBIT 2019. From the existing process objectives, 8 objectives were obtained that were in accordance with the research, namely APO04 – Managed Innovation, APO07 – Managed Human Resources, APO13 – Managed Security, BAI02 – Managed Requirements Definitions, BAI03 – Managed Solutions Identification and Build, DSS03 – Managed Problems, DSS05 – Managed Security Services, MEA01 – Managed Performance and Conformance Monitoring, EDM01 – Ensured Governance Framework Setting and Maintenance. The results of this research show that the APO04 and EDM01 process objectives are at the capability level level 4 (as-is) with a capability value of APO04 and EDM01 of 100%, for DSS03 and MEA01 it is at the capability level level 5 (as-is) with a DSS03 and MEA01 capability value of 100%, for APO07 and APO13 it is at the capability level level 2 (as-is), and for domains BAI03 and DSS05 are at the capability level level 1 (as-is).

Abstract

System design is the activity of translating the results of analysis into software form and then creating the system or improving the existing system. Monitoring is the continuous assessment of the function of program activities in terms of scheduled use of data input. Aeroponics is a system of plant cultivation development by way of plant roots are periodically moistened with granules of fine nutrient solutions such as fog so that the roots of plants hang in the air so that the absorption of nutrients in the roots is more maximal. Nutrient solution is a nutrient that plants need to move the metabolism of the plant body. The nutrients needed by plants contain several elements that must be met, including the minimum limit of availability of nutrient solutions so as not to run out of nutrients and plants can develop properly. The nutrient solution that is applied to the roots of the plant has a certain time, so that the roots of the plant can always get the necessary nutrients. So that the control of the speeding pump is very necessary. To facilitate the control and monitoring of aeroponics systems, esp32 microcontrollers are required. The Esp32 microcontroller is an open-source Internet of Things platform that means it can be entered by programs according to needs. Esp32 is a microcontroller that has embedded wi-fi and Bluetooth and is compatible with arduino IDE. The tools built have a positive impact on hydroponic cultivation farmers, especially aeroponic methods. This tool is also very flexible because it can be used for small to large scale aeroponic cultivation for industry.
