Abstract

Untuk membuat aplikasi manajemen pengetahuan bagi masyarakat dalam pembelajaran mitigasi bencana harus memiliki Spesifikasi Arsitektur yang baik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi masyarakat serta kemampuan dan keterbatasan teknologi. Setting prioritas perlu dilakukan untuk memilih 12 Kriteria yang ada dalam Spesifikasi Arsitektur untuk pengaturan operasional sistem. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan aplikasi good design dengan setting kriteria yang tepat. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari Analyze Specific Conditions : Melalui proses Gap Analysis yaitu pengumpulan data antara harapan dan kenyataan pada pelayanan yang diberikan oleh staf Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), kemudian dilakukan Consider General Criteria dan dilanjutkan dengan Prioritize: Melalui penentukan Desain Kriteria untuk pengembangan Komponen Arsitektur dan Proses Arsitektur pada tahap desain aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan. Responden untuk memperoleh kebutuhan sistem dilakukan pada 2 desa di daerah rawan bencana di Kediri dan Yogjakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan Criteria For Design yaitu Useable, Efficient, Flexible, Comprehensible dan Portable

Abstract

Kluwak Rawon Restaurant is a place to eat that is still classified as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) because its business processes are still done manually, so that financial records and recording of raw material stocks are not recorded properly which makes expenses irregular. In an era that uses this technology a lot, the solution to solving problems like the one above is to implement Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) at the restaurant. The software used for this ERP implementation is Odoo, because Odoo has the appropriate modules to solve the above problems, such as Purchasing, Inventory, Point Of Sales (POS) modules, Accounting. With the implementation of the ERP system at the restaurant, business processes will be more closely monitored and operations will run more effectively and efficiently, making it profitable for the restaurant.

Abstract

Bank XYZ is a government-owned company engaged in the banking sector, requires data and information support to support decisions to be taken by Company leadership because the current system requires a fairly long process in presenting the supporting data. So this research aims to design a dashboard to make it easier for management to obtain important information for decision making. The research methodology uses a flow starting from problem identification, needs analysis, raw data acquisition, OLAP design, ETL process and visualization. This research uses Pentaho tools to carry out the ETL process and Tableau tools to create dashboards. Based on the OLAP design of this research, a fact table for the distribution of ODP and a dimension table consisting of location, trip, city, start date, end date, class, gender, university and major were formed. As a result of this research, the design that has been made means that dashboard users/managers can anticipate or detect early delays in the process of making a rundown for the next stage of the journey, users/managers of the dashboard can anticipate or detect early delays in the process of making a rundown for the next stage of the journey, can find out about universities and the most study programs for more precise decision making, and has a data filtering feature which is useful for searching for certain data more quickly so that the decision making process can be supported by the information produced.

Abstract

To achieve certain performance goals, such as increasing the integration of study program performance data from various sources, such as student data, lecturers, curriculum, research, and so on, a performance dashboard is needed to monitor the performance of lecturers, students and curriculum to be more efficient. In this study, a dashboard was created with streamlit where the data was taken from the web scraping method. By utilizing the data visualization capabilities owned by Streamlit, study program performance information can be presented in the form of graphs, diagrams, or tables that are easier to understand and interpret.

Abstract

In the modern era, digitalization has had a significant impact on various business fields, with technology being the main key in fascilitating company performance. Digitalization of company systems is now an obligation, data integration is essential for analysis that supports company progress. ERP is software that simplifies company operations by integrating various business application modules such as Inventory, Accounting, Sales, Point of Sales, Manufacturing, Contact, Website, and Purchasing. CV Razzaq Berkah Mulia, which has the potential to compete with international furniture companies, has not fully adopted information systems in its management. This lack of digitalization can lead to losses and recording errors that hinder their business performance. An optimized and valid implementation of Odoo ERP is essential to improve the quality and operational efficiency of CV Razzaq Berkah Mulia. This Implementation will go through several phases, namely Discovery and Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support. At the Discovery and Planning stage, the company needs will be identified and an implementation strategy will be planned. The Design stage will design the system as per requirements, while the Development Stage will involve the creation and configuration of the system. At the testing stage, the system willl be tested to ensure its functionality, and the Deployment stage will involve launching the system into the operational environtment. Finally, the Support stage will provide post-implementation support.  The final result of this development can be accepted and implemented for the implementation of Odoo at CV. Razzaq Berkah Mulia through UTAUT with a satisfaction value of Performance Expectancy 88%, Effort Expectancy 88%, Supporting Facilities 88,4%, Facilitating Conditions 91%, Attitude Towards Technology 89,2%, Behavioral Intention 90,8%.

Abstract

The Cordova Bina Amanah Entrepreneurial Group is an institution that provides lessons and entrepreneurship skills which is held annually without charging any fees to the participants. Partner problems that are prioritized to be resolved during the implementation of the Community Service Program are difficulties in marketing the products produced, lack of knowledge in financial management and limited ability in business management during the pandemic. Solutions that can be offered to solve partner problems are by providing counseling, training, and assistance in managing marketing, finance and application implementation with the output target in the form of a guidebook and the Trisakti Online Shop (TOS) application. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the Extension and Training method to convey all the materials needed and followed by mentoring so that participants can apply the material that has been obtained appropriately. The activities will be divided into 5 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the mentoring stage, evaluation, and the independent and sustainable stage. The results of the training show that there is an increase in knowledge by partners based on tests carried out before and after the training.

Abstract

The use of Twitter as a platform to express public opinion regarding fuel subsidies in Indonesia. Through sentiment analysis using Support Vector Machine method and word-based lexicon, this study reveals that the majority of people are in favour of fuel price increase or subsidy policy change. The sentiment data obtained from this research, which includes positive, neutral and negative sentiments, provides a clear picture of the public's views on the issue. SVM classification method and validation with K-Fold Cross Validation were used to ensure the accuracy of sentiment analysis results obtained from Twitter data. This research is also expected to help society to gauge public opinion on news and candidates in elections. It helps understand how people respond to certain political issues and candidates and the results of sentiment analysis and topic modelling can provide a better understanding of the key issues that matter to voters. This can help candidates and political parties to craft more effective campaign messages and can also be used to detect hoaxes or false information that may spread on social media during elections. This is important for maintaining the integrity of the election.

Abstract

Advancements in information and communication technology have revolutionized the transportation sector, including bus services provided by PO Tali Jaya in Cilegon, Banten. The main challenge faced is efficiently managing bus rentals, organizing customer data, managing rental reports, and improving service levels. This study proposes the use of a web-based bus rental application to enhance efficiency and service. Through interviews with customers and management, this system is designed to streamline the bus booking process and provide better operational access. The research references transportation management theory and web system development to meet industry standards. By utilizing the waterfall methodology with stages such as requirement system, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance, a comprehensive and organized system is created. The final result is a web-based bus rental application with comprehensive features such as a calendar schedule for each bus, digitalized rental data archiving, and well-structured rental financial reports. It is expected that implementing this system will improve operational efficiency, simplify rental transaction data management, provide better services, and serve as a model for other transportation companies.

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi ERP mencerminkan upaya terus-menerus untuk mengintegrasikan dan menyederhanakan proses bisnis yang kompleks, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan sesuai peningkatan kebutuhan sistem oleh para pengguna. Adanya peningkatan aplikasi ERP membuat membuat kebutuhan pengguna bertambah. Yang menjadi permasalahan kebutuhan pengguna saat ini tidak berhenti sampai disitu saja namun berkembang ingin dapat memprakiraan apa yang akan terjadi kemudian (predictive), lalu kejadian apa yang sering terjadi dan keputusan apa yang sebaiknya dapat diambil (prescriptive) serta proses keberlanjutan dari pengambilan keputusan dalam bisnisnya. Solusi yang dipilih adalah bagaimana ERP menjadi green software, dengan bantuan integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang memungkinkan sistem ERP untuk tidak hanya bekerja lebih efisien tetapi juga dengan lebih sedikit sumber daya energi, mengurangi emisi karbon, dan mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review, melalui tahapan formulasi pertanyaan penelitian, strategi pencarian, ekstraksi data, pemetaan data dan analisis data. Adapun pencarian dilakukan melalui database Scopus pada periode Juli 2024. Dari hasil pencarian ditemukan sebanyak 576 paper dan kemudian setelah diseleksi hanya untuk terbitan 5 tahun terakhir dikarenakan perkembangan cepat untuk bidang teknologi informasi maka diperoleh sebanyak 336 paper. Setelah dilakukan pembatasan area berdasarkan subjek, keyword, tipe dokumen dan bahasa yang digunakan maka diperoleh 174 paper. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penelitian integrasi Artificial Intelligence dalam Enterprise Resource Planning terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) cluster utama yaitu system-process dan application. Integrasi AI dengan ERP, secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas perusahaan dengan otomatisasi tugas-tugas rutin, analisis data yang lebih cerdas, dan pengambilan keputusan yang didukung data secara real-time. AI membantu dalam mengoptimalkan proses bisnis, seperti manajemen rantai pasokan, manajemen inventaris, dan prediksi permintaan dan pengambilan keputusan, yang berkontribusi pada penghematan biaya dan peningkatan kinerja. Dengan memanfaatkan machine learning dan analisis prediktif, AI memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam dan akurat dari data ERP, memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan berdasarkan informasi serta pengetahuan yang lebih baik.
