Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi bertahan apa yang diterapkan oleh para pelaku UMKM di desa Dapurkejambon agar dapat bertahan dari pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis induktif. penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa di balik penurunan pendapatan UMKM di Desa Dapurkejambon, terdapat berbagai strategi yang mereka lakukan untuk bertahan dari pandemi Covid-19, antara lain penggunaan trade E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, dan Customer Relationship Marketing. CRM). E-commerce dan Customer Relationship Marketing dilakukan secara maksimal oleh para pelaku UMKM di desa Dapurkejambon, namun digital marketing dengan memanfaatkan Instagram dan Facebook belum maksimal diterapkan dan hanya WhatsApp yang dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Dan pada masa pasca pandemi, 90% pelaku UMKM di Desa Dapurkejambon mengalami peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (KKN) was conducted as a form of student contribution to the development of primary education, particularly at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mabniyatul Ihsan, located in Balongwono Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency. The program aimed on improving early childhood language literacy through a multilingual education approach, covering English and Arabic. To support the effectiveness of learning, the program employed a method of gamified learning based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT)—an approach that integrates game elements into the learning process using digital technology as the medium. The background of this program stemmed from the low interest in foreign language learning among students and the limited availability of interactive learning media in rural madrasahs.  The implementation of the program showed positive results. The results are visible from the increase in the average foreign language ability of students from 68.5 to 80.  Overall, this program not only provided students with a new and enjoyable learning experience but also strengthened the synergy between technology, education, and community empowerment. Multilingual education using ICT-based gamified learning has proven to be an effective approach to improving the quality of education in madrasahs and has the potential to be replicated in other regions with similar conditions.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the economic sector. Buying and selling activities are one of the main components of economic activity. Initially buying and selling activities depended on conventional markets which were carried out directly. However, with the development and advancement of technology, buying and selling activities have become more common and efficient. One sector that carries out buying and selling is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Along with advances in technology, MSME players should also adapt the form of marketing and sales they carry out, namely by making optimal use of digital marketing. As an effort to help UMKM carry out digital marketing, community service activities are carried out in the form of digital marketing training. Partners in this activity are MSMEs in Dukuhmojo Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency, East Java. This community service activity is carried out using the Asset Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) method. Adopting this method, community service activities are carried out in the form of training for partners, with a focus on digital marketing using social media Instagram and WhatsApp media. The results of the activity show that the training is effective in increasing partners' knowledge about digital marketing. Apart from that, MSME players stated that they were helped by the assistance from the service team, especially in terms of technical marketing using Instagram social media.

Abstract

Developing local resources into high-value products is an important strategy in improving the economic welfare of rural communities. This study focuses on the transformation of local potential in Balongwono Village, such as the abundant melon harvest that can be processed into melon jam, pickled melon, banana stems into banana stem chips, and spinach into spinach chips. Considering that so far there are many local resources that have not been utilized properly to become products with sales value, in addition, the community still markets their products traditionally. The methods used are lectures through seminars and mentoring of MSMEs and PKK mothers to improve understanding and skills in marketing local products digitally. as well as mentoring the creation of social media accounts. In addition, an evaluation using a questionnaire was conducted regarding the understanding of the transformation of local products into products with sales value. The method used was a lecture combined with evaluation through pretest and posttest to assess the program's effectiveness. Results show a significant increase in the average score of participants from 72.33% before the seminar to 93% after the seminar, indicating the program's success in enhancing the capacity of local entrepreneurs. These findings suggest that community service activities serve as a strategic solution to strengthen the competitiveness of local products and community economic independence.
