Abstract

Hijauan yang paling banyak ditemukan di perkebunan sawit rakyat Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah adalah jenis tumbuhan Asystasia gangetica. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas nutrisi Asystasia gangetica berupa kandungan mineral makro Ca, P, Zn dan Fe . Penelitian terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu survey, pengambilan sampel hijauan Asytasia ganetica, pengolahan sampel hijauan dan analisa kandungan mineral Asytasia ganetica. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan  4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas 4 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah. Penelitian diawali dengan survey (observasi lapang dan penentuan lokasi) kemudian pengambilan sampel Asytasia ganetica hijauan pada 4 Desa yaitu desa Jake, Beringin, Kopah, Kari. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel hijauan terdiri dari kuadran 0.5 x 0.5 m2, gunting rumput, sabit, kantong plastik ukuran 10 dan ukuran 2 kg, karung, tali plastik, dan alat tulis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pada perkebunan sawit rakyat yang berbeda desa memberikan pengaruh nyata P0.05 terhadap kandungan mineral Asystasia gangetica. Kandungan mineral makro pada tanaman Asystasi gengetica Ca berkisar 46.79 sampai 53.60 ppm, kandungan P berkisar 125.24 sampai 136.32 ppm, kandungan Zn berkisar 2.70 sampai 3.23 ppm, kandungan Fe berkisar 3.28 sampai 4.32 ppm.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini secara umum kandungan mineral makro Asytasia gingetica pada empat desa yang berbeda di perkebunan sawit rakyat Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah termasuk baik dijadikan bahan pakan dengan kandungan mineral makro yang mencukupi standar.

Abstract

Urgensi kemampuan representasi matematis dalam kehidupan nyata mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penerapan kegiatan proses pembelajaran yang tepat sangat diperlukan dalam peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kemampuan representasi dan peningkatan matematis siswa antara yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Pembelajaran berbasis Masalah dan model pembelajaran Inkuiri, menganalisis sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan model pembelajaran Inkuiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen pada pokok bahasan Sistem Pertidaksamaan Dua Variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X pada salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Garut sebanyak 66 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan representasi matematis siswa, lembar observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Inkuiri. Dapat dikatakan bahwa Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan representasi matematis siswa. The urgency of the ability of mathematical representation in real life drives the life of this research. The application of appropriate learning activities is very necessary for increasing the ability of this mathematical representation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mathematical representation and improvement abilities of students who received the Problem-based learning model and the Inquiry learning model, to analyze students' attitudes towards mathematics learning who received the problem-based learning model and the Inquiry learning model. The research method used is quasi-experimental on the subject of Two-Variable Inequality Systems. The population in this study were all class X students at one of the high schools in Garut Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year with a total sample of 66 students. The instruments used were tests of students' mathematical representation abilities, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that the mathematical representation abilities of students who received the problem-based learning model were better than those who received the Inquiry learning model. It can be said that Problem Based Learning has a positive influence on students' mathematical representation abilities.

Abstract

The role of human resources is very important for company productivity. Factors such as work environment, job characteristics, and job satisfaction are important factors to emphasize employee turnover intention in the company. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job characteristics on turnover intention, through job satisfaction among PT Bank Lampung workers. The data source in this research is primary data. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to 245 respondents who were selected based on the Stratified Random Sampling technique and processed using AMOS software. The results of this research support the first hypothesis that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Bank Lampung workers, supports the second hypothesis that job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Bank Lampung workers, the results of this research also support the third hypothesis, namely that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The fourth hypothesis in this study that job characteristics have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention is not supported. Furthermore, the results of this research also support the fifth hypothesis that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, support the sixth hypothesis that job satisfaction mediates the influence of the work environment on turnover intention, supports the seventh hypothesis that job satisfaction mediates the influence of job characteristics on turnover intention. Suggestions that can be given to PT. Bank Lampung are the company needs to explore whether employees who spend low working hours have sufficient access to training, skills development and work experience that can improve their qualifications and motivation. Companies need to review the level of employee involvement in decision making in the work environment, observe the leadership style of employees' direct superiors, the effectiveness of organizational communication, especially regarding employee involvement in the decision making process. Companies should also research further the factors that influence the level of employee salary satisfaction and need to review existing employee development programs to help employees adapt to the desired job position, analyze further whether there are deficiencies in training or development programs that hinder the employee adaptation process.
