Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work inspiration on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat, to determine the impact of the workplace on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat. Knowing the influence of work inspiration and the workplace on the implementation of representation at the Bandar Lampung City DPRD secretariat. This research uses a subjective exploration strategy with meeting techniques. The hypothetical premises used are inspirational, workplace, and representative execution hypotheses. Considering the consequences of directed exploration, it is reasonable that there is a positive and large impact between inspiration at the exhibition representing the Bandar Lampung City DPRD. Expanding inspiration within representatives can further develop worker performance, especially representatives of the Bandar Lampung City DPRD. There is a positive and critical influence between workplaces on the presentation of representatives of the Bandar Lampung DPRD. If offices increase, exhibitions will also increase or vice versa, if offices decrease, presentations will also decrease. There is a positive and critical influence between inspiration and the workplace on the presentation of representatives of the Bandar Lampung DPRD. Expanding inspiration and workplaces within representatives can further develop the performance of workers, especially workers in the Bandar Lampung City DPRD environment.

Abstract

Understanding consumer behavior plays a crucial role in formulating marketing strategies to meet the needs and desires of customers, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. This research aims to investigate the influence of consumer behavior (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) of groceries at PT Sinar Setia, located at Jl. Sultan Hasanudin No. 60A, Bandar Lampung. This study was chosen because a deep understanding of consumer behavior can provide valuable insights into analyzing consumer preferences and habits, which are essential for businesses to optimize their marketing strategies. This study employs a quantitative research approach with primary data obtained directly from the research object. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and observation at PT Sinar Setia. A Likert scale was used to measure respondents' responses, with scores ranging from 1 to 5. The total population of respondents was 480, with a sample of 83 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and SPSS statistical software. The research findings indicate that the t-value of 5.813 exceeds the t-table value of 1.9896, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, demonstrating that the consumer behavior variable (X1) significantly influences purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

UMKM toko kelontong milik Tata menjadi Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC). Mengetahui apa saja aplikasi yang perlu diberikan oleh PT. HM. Sampoerna terhadap UMKM toko retail untuk menarik konsumen berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari agar Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) Tata dapat bersaing dengan UMKM lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) adalah sebuah program yang dimiliki oleh PT. HM. Sampoerna, Tbk., untuk membantu dan membina para UMKM dalam mengelola usahanya untuk pengembangan bisnis yang bersifat digitalisasi untuk mengatasi persaingan yang tinggi antar UMKM yang pertama kali ada di Medan pada tahun 2008, kemudian pada tahun 2017. UMKM Toko Tata bergabung dengan Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) sampai sekarang dengan menggunakan aplikasi (Ayo SRC Toko, Ayo SRC Kelontong, Ayo Kasir dan Pojok Bayar).

Abstract

ABSTRAKLembaga kesehatan khususnya Rumah Sakit, saat ini berkembang cukup pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit memiliki peran menyediakan jasa pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Rumah Sakit harus dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal agar pasien merasa puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan. Rumah Sakit yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Rumah Sakit Natar Medika di Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa Rumah Sakit Natar Medika telah memberikan berbagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, namun perkembangan jumlah pasien berfluktuasi dengan peningkatan yang relatif sangat kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien  terhadap pelayanan rawat inap yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Natar Medika. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat Analisis Tingkat Kesesuaian dan Analisis Diagram Kartesius. Berdasarkan Analisis Tingkat Kesesuaian diperoleh hasil rata-rata Tingkat Kesesuaian sebesar 84,28% dengan katagori sangat sesuai. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat kinerja (kualitas pelayanan) yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit secara rata-rata sudah sangat sesuai dengan  tingkat kepentingan (kepuasan yang diharapkan) pasien. Dari 20 indikator terdapat 16 indikator dengan katagori sangat sesuai , 3 indikator dengan katagori sesuai, dan 1 indikator dengan katagori cukup sesuai. Berdasarkan Analisis Diagram Kartesius diperoleh hasil: dari 20 indikator, terdapat 4 indikator di Kuadran A (dengan katagori tidak memuaskan), 10 indikator di Kuadran B (dengan katagori sangat memuaskan), 4 indikator di Kuadran C (dengan katagori cukup memuaskan), dan 2 indikator di kuadran D (dengan katagori memuaskan). Jadi secara keseluruhan dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan rawat inap yang diberikan sudah memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan rawat inap yang diberikan sudah  memberikan kepuasan (dengan katagori memuaskan) kepada pasien pada Rumah Sakit Natar Medika di Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia.Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen, Analisis Tingkat Kesesuaian, Analisis Diagram Kartesius.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the factors of work motivation and work environment whether it affects the performance of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama Branch Lampung Edp Section. Based on the results of data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely: Y = 2.681 + 0.335X1 + 0.557X2 + Et From the multiple regression analysis method used, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). With a t value of 2.141 and a significant value of 0.039. By using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is smaller than 0.5. For the variable Work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). With a t value of 3.730 and a significance value of 0.001, the significant value is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously using the F test, it can be concluded that work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y), where the f_hitung value is 29.980 with a significant value of 0.001, which means that the significant value is smaller than 0.05. Keywords : Motivation, Work Environment and PT. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dan analisis yang digunakan, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu: Y = 2,681+0,335X1+0,557X2+Et Dari metode analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja ( X1 ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,141 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,039.Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, maka nilai signifikansi tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,5. Untuk variabel Lingkungan kerja ( X2 ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,730 dan nilai siginifikan sebesar 0,001 maka nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F dapat disimpulkan Motivasi kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana nilai f_hitung sebesar 29,980 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 yang artinya nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan PT. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion and location on consumer purchasing decisions for Regen Parfum products in Pringsewu. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Regen Parfum consumers as respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which each independent variable (price, promotion and location) contributes to purchasing decisions. The research results show that these three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, price has a significant positive influence because consumers tend to consider the suitability of price to product quality. Promotions also have a significant effect because they provide additional attraction for consumers to make purchases. Location, as the third variable, shows a significant influence because ease of access and convenience of store locations influence consumer decisions. These findings provide implications for Regen Perfum management to continue optimizing price, promotion and location strategies to increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Customer Review on Customer Satisfaction of Nanailart in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, with questionnaire data collection and documentation to fulfill collective data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination to answer the formulated hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that social media marketing and customer review have a positive effect on customer satisfaction of nanailart on Instagram, with a regression coefficient value of R = 0.748 indicating a significant correlation between predictor variables and customer satisfaction. R Square of 0.780 means that around 78% of customer satisfaction variability can be influenced by social media marketing and customer review variables. Positive customer reviews provide social proof that validates the quality of a product or service, while social media marketing allows brands to interact directly with customers, building closer and more responsive relationships. These two factors work together to create better expectations, strengthen loyalty, and increase overall customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, kompensasi dan status pekerjaan tetap menjadi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan. Memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja yang lebih tinggi adalah hal yang sulit dilakukan bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana kompensasi dan status pekerjaan tetap memengaruhi keinginan untuk bekerja di We Drink di Bandar Lampung. Melalui penelitian ini, kami berharap dapat  lebih memahami bagaimana kedua faktor ini berperan dalam motivasi karyawan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk organisasi mengembangkan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif. Metode penelitian tinjauan pustaka merupakan jenis penelitian yang dirancang untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan, mengkaji, dan menggabungkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan suatu topik penelitian. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa baik kompensasi maupun status pekerjaan tetap memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu merancang program kompensasi yang komprehensif dan mempertimbangkan status pekerjaan karyawan untuk meningkatkan motivasi mereka. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi dan Status Karyawan

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy in increasing sales at PT Intan Pariwara Metro Branch. The type of research that can be used is descriptive qualitative method with interview techniques conducted to obtain company data from employees at the Metro branch office of PT Intan Pariwara. The focus of this research is how is the marketing strategy in increasing sales at PT Intan Pariwara Metro Branch? The results of the study indicate that the management of marketing strategies includes. 1) segmentation, 2) targeting, 3) positioning, 4) marketing mix. The results above are concluded as a marketing strategy in increasing sales which is currently optimal by using components of segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix so as to increase revenue with good results.

Abstract

The research objective is determining how promotion and product quality impact consumer buying decisions. Where there are fluctuations in sales data, which in this study reflect instability in consumer purchasing decisions, one of the common problems today is that some consumers judge the quality of a product by referring to the price given. The descriptive quantitative method used in this study aims to analyse Avoskin Skincare consumer behaviour. The research sample included 97 students in Bandar Lampung who had used Avoskin products, selected using the Lemeshow formula. Data was collected through a survey distributed through Google Forms. The collected data were then processed and analysed. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Avoskin products, as well as promotions that have a significant impact. This research shows that product quality is the main factor influencing purchasing decisions, although promotions still play an important role in shaping consumer decisions.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Promotion.
