Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of operational management on company performance. Operations management is the strategic management of resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the transformation process, resulting in outputs that produce greater benefits than inputs. Company performance is a level to get results in achieving company goals. The results of this work are concrete, observable, and measurable. This study uses quantitative methods with data processing and analysis to draw conclusions in the form of numeric data (numbers) which will obtain results from the relationship between variables. Multiple linear regression tests, reliability and validity tests, hypothesis testing (partial T test) and (simultaneous F test), and the coefficient of determination. In the research conducted, the sample used was 35 people in the company. The results of this study are linear regression analysis states that the Operational Management Variable has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance at PT Abadi Sakti Mitra Mandiri, with a regression coefficient of 0.968. That way the questionnaire as an instrument is declared feasible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of CCTV Jaya Mumpuni in Bandar Lampung with a focus on increasing competitive advantage and business income through the intended market. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative study with a SWOT analysis approach, with interview and observation techniques as data sources. The results of this study concluded that the company's position is in quadrant II which supports the diversification strategy. The reason the company is in this quadrant is because although there are many threats, CCTV Jaya Mumpuni still has qualified internal strengths. The contribution of this research is that the strategy recommendation given is to use the company's strengths to carry out a diversification strategy in order to achieve company goals and increase CCTV Jaya Mumpuni's business revenue. From the assessment of internal factors, the main strength lies in employees who help with work operations with a score of 0.60. The weakness is the lack of accuracy in recording incoming orders with a score of 0.36. From the results of the analysis of external factors, the main opportunity is to innovate in CCTV installation by offering more complete features with a score of 0.48. Meanwhile, the biggest threat for this company is the high competition with similar businesses with a score of 0.96.

Abstract

Manajemen produksi merupakan proses pengambilan keputusan pada perusahaan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi pengarahan (actuating) dan fungsi pengendalian (controlling) pada manajemen produksi Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pimpinan sekaligus pemilik Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen produksi Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju belum optimal karena penerapan fungsi pengarahan (actuating) dan fungsi pengendalian (controlling) belum terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh atau dampak literasi keuangan dan fintech pembayaran terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Bandar Lampung, angkatan 2021. Metode. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan sebagai penelitian, dengan melibatkan 73 responden sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data adalah Google From, yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan kuesioner dari variabel literasi keuangan, variabel fintech pembayaran dan variabel perilaku manajemen keuangan. Adapun model analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis berganda linier dengan perilaku manajemen keuangan, sebagai variabel dependen, literasi keuangan dan pembayaran fintech sebagai variabel independen. Hasil. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan fintech pembayaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan secara pribadi dan simultan. Implikasi. Riset ini merupakan perpaduan antara literasi keuangan dan fintech pembayaran sebagai determinan perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa yang belum banyak diteliti terutama dikalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The problem underlying this research is the continued presence of customer complaints regarding service delays and the lack of initiative from employees in meeting customer needs, which indicates the need to improve aspects of work behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and employee creativity on employee performance at the Permata Hotel, West Lampung. This study uses a quantitative method. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 87 hotel customers as respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 25 software. The findings explain that partially, both work discipline and employee creativity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect. This finding focuses on improving the quality and capability of human resources in the hospitality sector to create superior and satisfying services.

Abstract

At PuskesmasPagar Dewa, West Lampung, continuous efforts have been made to improve the quality of healthcare services in order to meet the needs and expectations of the community. However, various patient complaints still persist, particularly regarding complex and convoluted service procedures, long waiting times before receiving treatment, inadequate physical facilities, as well as staff attitudes that are sometimes unresponsive and lack effective communication. These conditions have created a clear gap between patients’ expectations of ideal service and the reality they experience on the ground. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction (A Case Study at PuskesmasPagar Dewa, West Lampung). The study employs a quantitative associative approach. The number of respondents in this research is 66 people, in which the entire population is used as the sample through a saturated sampling method. Several statistical tests were conducted, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings indicate that the level of service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of continuously improving service quality not only to maintain existing levels of patient satisfaction but also to enhance public trust in the health center as a reliable and responsive provider of medical services.
