<![CDATA[The title of this research is the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance At Office PTPN Vi KayuAroKerinci In the Human Resources (HR), this research aims to see Influence Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance At Office PTPN VI KayuAro District Kerinci In the Human Resources (HR). This study uses a quantitative method, because researchers want to measure between variables X1, X2 and Y. The sample in this research 33 people.The sampling technique saturation sampling research instrument in the form of questionnaires. Engineering analysis of the use of hypothesis testing Correlation Simple Linear and multiple linear regression, so that in can t 8.322> t table 2.040 (motivation) and the influence between Motivation on Employee Performance At Office PTPN VI KayuAroKerinci In the Human Resources (HR) amounted to 84.2% while the remaining 15.8% can be explained by other causes. Conclusion Ha Ho accepted and rejected, in other words there Effect of Employee Performance at the Office PTPN Vi KayuAroKerinci In the Human Resources (HR), and also can t 23.274> t table 2.040 (Working Environment) and the great influence of the Environment Work on Employee Performance at PTPN VI Office Kayu Aro Kerinci In the Human Resources (HR) of 97.7% while the remaining 2.3% can be explained by other causes. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.]]>

<![CDATA[Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya penguasaan ketepatan smash open atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan memukul bola digantung terhadap ketepatan smash open atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu, yang dilakukan terhadap atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam yang berjumlah 12 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam sebanyak 12 orang, dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen tes yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes ketepatan smash, sedangkan teknik analisis data statistik menggunakan uji normalitas liliefors , uji homogenitas data dan uji-t dengan taraf signifikan ɑ=0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu, Terdapat pengaruh latihan memukul bola digantung terhadap ketepatan smash open atlet bolavoli klub gentar kabupaten Agam diperoleh bahwa thitung= 1,88> ttabel=1,79. Diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre test=98 dan nilai rata-rata post test=102, sebab nilai rata – rata post test lebih besar daripada pre test kemudian terjadi peningkatan ketepatan smash open sebesar = 4,00. jadi dengan diberikannya latihan memukul bola digantung kepada atlet bola voli klub gentar kabupaten Agam memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan smash open atlet bolavoli gentar kabupaten Agam.]]>

<![CDATA[Masalah penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya prestasi atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah kondisi fisik atlet Beladiri Tarung Derajat Kota Sungai Penuh.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh yang berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 17 orang atlet. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) kelincahan menggunakan agility t test, 2) kekuatan otot lengan menggunakan push up test, 3)kecepatan menggunakan lari sprint 30 meter, dan daya tahan menggunakan bleep test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif persentatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Tingkat kelincahan atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh berada pada kategori sedang. 2) Tingkat kekuatan otot lengan atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh berada pada kategori sedang. 3) Tingkat kecepatan atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh berada pada kategori kurang. 4) Tingkat dayatahan atlet beladiri tarung derajat kota sungai penuh berada pada kategori sedang.]]>

<![CDATA[Masalah peneltian ini adalah masih rendahnya kemampuan tendangan lingkar dalam atlet Tarung Derajat Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh latihan footwork terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tendangan lingkar dalam atlet Tarung Derajat Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasy experiment). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet tarung derajat kabupaten padang pariaman yang berjumlah 70 orang atlet. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 orang atlet putra. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan tendangan lingkar dalam selama 30 detik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistic uji t.Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh latihan footwork terhadap peningkatan hasil tendangan lingkar dalam atlet tarung derajat kabupaten padang pariaman dengan thitung 4,08 > ttabel 1,94.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem that arises in this study is the lack of basic technical skills for basketball athletes Junior Men's Galaxy Club, Padang Panjang City. This study aims to explain the effect of the commando training method on the basic technical skills of basketball in junior male athletes of the Galaxy club, Padang Panjang City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental method, with a population of 33 athletes. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 15 junior athletes. The instruments used were the dribbling test, ranzig-zag, passing and under basketball tests. Data were analyzed using parametric statistics through the t-test formula at 0.05α significance. The results showed: there was an effect of the command training method on the basic technique of basketball for junior male athletes of the Galaxy City Padang Panjang club, (t-hit 11.07> t-tab 2.145). The commando training method can be given to athletes to improve the basic technical skills of basketball, the command method emphasizes that the trainer is more skilled in providing training programs so that they can have good basic technical skills.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada PT. Transporter Federal Indonesia dengan menggunakan Income Statement Approach dan Value Added Statement. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik yang berupa laporan keuangan pada PT. Transporter Federal Indonesia. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan kinerja keuangan PT. Transporter Federal Indonesia dengan Value Added Statement berdasarkan rasio keuangan ROA tergolong baik karena nila tambah meningkat dalam kedua perbandingan antara tahun 2018 dan 2019, berdasarkan ROE perbandingkan dengan tahun 2018 dengan 2017 adalah baik karena nilai tambah meningkat dan di tahun 2019 yang dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018 adalah tidak baik karena terjadi penurunan, berdasarkan rasio NPM tergolong tidak baik karena terjadi penurunan dalam kedua perbandingan antara tahun 2018 dan 2019. <![CDATA[Introduction: Because SLE patients receive immunosuppressive and glucocorticoid medication, they are more susceptible to opportunistic infections. Multiple brain abscesses are an extremely uncommon side effect of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Case description: The purpose of this case study is to raise awareness of the 14-year-old girl who reported experiencing weakness in her limbs. A year ago, she received a diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus. Upon physical examination, nervus VII central paresis was discovered; the lower extremities' muscular strength was 3333/2222 and the upper extremities' 3333/2222. A head CT scan revealed findings that were consistent with lupus cerebritis. Multiple ring lesions with extensive edoema were detected by magnetic resonance imaging, raising the possibility of multiple brain abscesses. For six weeks, the patient had intravenous metronidazole and ceftriaxone. The patient was allowed to go home with instructions to keep taking corticosteroids and mycophenolic acid as well as to schedule routine outpatient appointments. This case study aims to raise awareness about the 14-year-old girl who reported experiencing weakness in her limbs. Her condition was identified by specialists as systemic lupus erythematosus a year ago. A brain abscess is a chronic infection of the central nervous system that can arise from a number of risk factors and infection sources. A brain abscess is one of the uncommon side effects of SLE.]]>

<![CDATA[Education has an important role in long-term investment in human life and is the key to future success. Teachers are the most important component in achieving educational goals. The level of someone's interest in becoming a teacher is influenced by many factors that influence the professionalism of a teacher's performance. The problem in this research is whether students' perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, and family environment influence their interest in becoming a teacher. The study aims to determine the influence of Student Perceptions of Teacher Profession, Self Efficacy, and Family Environment on the interest of being a Teacher in Economic Education Students at Muhammadiyah Mahakarya University of Aceh. Sampling techniques use total sampling because the population of this study is less than 100. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Study results showed that Student Perceptions of Teacher Profession, Self Efficacy, and Family Environment partially had no significant influence on Interest in being a teacher. While simultaneously Student Perception of teacher profession, self efficacy, and family environment influenced the Teacher Interest variable with a percentage of 81.7%, while the remaining 18.3% could be described by other variables not studied by the researchers]]>

<![CDATA[Problems: This research is motivated by the limited teaching and learning activities of Basic Tarung Derajat in the Department of Sports Coaching, because the lecture hours are only 2 credits limiting student learning activities on campus. Purpose: This research aims to produce a learning product for students as well as in the form of materials / textbooks and an android application that contains Basic Tarung Derajat material in order to create more effective and efficient lectures. The subject of this research is students who take the Basic Tarung Derajat course. Methods: This research was conducted using the Development Research Method, which is a research method used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products which consist of: (1) Analiyze (observation), (2) Design (designing the Basic Tarung Derajat lecture model), (3) Development (development of the Basic Tarung Derajat lecture model), (4) Implementation (implementation of models that have been made in the form of modules and applications), and (5) Evaluation (the results obtained from the application of the evaluation model of the results of research and models that have been made) then the final TKT is at level 3 Results: The results showed that (1) the development of the Android-based Basic Tarung Derajat learning model was carried out using the Thunkable.apk application named Tarung Derajat Dasar. (2) The validity of the media product gets a percentage of validity by the Material Expert of 70% in the category "valid". Conclusion: The results of student responses to interactive learning media based on android in the initial trial obtained score with a percentage of 80% with the category "practical" and on the field trial obtained a score with a percentage of 85% with the category "very practical". In previous studies, no one has used applications for learning Basic Tarung Derajat, while in this study researchers used applications to help students practice outside of lecture hours]]>
