Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan pengambilan keputusan oleh LPPOM MUI DIY pada suatu produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan tiangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Setelah melakukan penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tahapan pengambilan keputusan dalam pemberian sertifikasi halal ada delapan yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis data, pengkajian berbagai alternatif, pemilihan alternatif, implementasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Dimana ada satu tahapan yang menjadi temuan utama yaitu monitoring karena tidak termasuk pada teori Sondang Siagian. Sedangkan pengambilan keputusan di LPPOM MUI DIY bersifat semi otonom dan membutuhkan legitimasi MUI DIY untuk mengesahkan suatu keputusan.

Abstract

PDHI an organization that helped organize the pilgrims to carry outcommunity service in the form of social activity. The successful implementationof the program of planned activities is dependent upon the management ofhuman resources. The purpose of this study was to describe the managementof human resources in PDHI as a major asset and supporter of the successof social programs that have been implemented. This research is descriptivequalitative, where data collection is done through observation, interviewswith speakers and documentation. Subjects were PDHI board, while theobject of study is the social activities carried out by PDHI. In this study, thevalidity of the data was tested by using the technique of triangulation. Resultsillustrate that PDHI quite actively participated in developing civilization,although the management of human resources in it is still relatively simple.PDHI has initiated the construction of mosques in various regions inYogyakarta, Central Java, East Java, Bali, NTB and establish educationalinstitutions, hospitals, Islamic centers and orphanages. This study provides theconclusion that the management of human resources in PDHI still simple,human resource management has been implemented but not conceptualizedby default and only implicitly applied.Keywords: human resource management, social activities.

Abstract

This research examines Pondok Pesantren Al-Qadir, located in Wukirsari, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta, which has been providing assistance to the sand miners' community in the slopes of Mount Merapi since the 2010 eruption. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed qualitatively and descriptively using a sociological approach. The findings of this study reveal that psychological trauma and economic devastation have pushed the community to their lowest point in life. However, KH. Masrur Ahmad from PP. Al-Qadir successfully addressed these challenges by organizing the eruption victims, providing spiritual support through mujahadahan rituals, creating job opportunities, establishing a wide economic network, and offering entrepreneurship education and an understanding of government regulations. The charismatic leadership of KH. Masrur, supported by the organic solidarity of the sand miners' community, enables the realization of a long-term economic empowerment vision through a collaborative-didactic management approach. Spiritual education and organizational development are also important focal points in these efforts.
