Abstract

Sekolah SPK bekerja dengan kurikulum asing, sehingga bahasa utama yang digunakan adalahbahasa Inggris. Namun, sekolah ini juga tetap mengajarkan mata pelajaran standar kurikulumnasional, seperti Bahasa Indonesia, PKn dan Agama. Namun karena bahasa utama yangdigunakan di sekolah bukan bahasa Indonesia, banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalammenggunakan bahasa Indonesia baik dalam bahasa lisan maupun tulisan. Melalui permasalahantersebut, berbagai macam media pembelajaran interaktif dicoba untuk membantu siswameningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia dan menambah kosa kata. Tujuan analisis iniadalah untuk melihat pemanfaatan media interaktif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasaIndonesia pada siswa sekolah SPK khususnya SPK Kinderfield Cirebon kelas 6C.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif seperti KBBI, KBBI online, wordwall, quizziz danmedia konkrit di kelas dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia siswa SPK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing components on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Relationship marketing is an approach that focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to increase the value received by both parties. In this study, we explore several key components of relationship marketing, including effective communication, trust, commitment, and personal interaction, and how each component affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research method used was a survey with questionnaires distributed to 250 consumers in the retail sector. The results of the analysis show that effective communication and trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while commitment and personal interaction have a strong direct impact on customer loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for companies in designing relationship marketing strategies that can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, which ultimately contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "P" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "N" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mathematical abilities of class XI students in matrix multiplication. The research method used is survey research using a special test designed to measure students' matrix multiplication abilities. Data was collected from class XI students through tests covering various aspects of matrix multiplication. Analysis was carried out to evaluate the level of students' mathematical abilities in the context of matrix multiplication and the factors that influence it. The results of the research will provide insight into students' level of understanding of the concept of matrix multiplication and can be used as a basis for developing more effective learning strategies.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the Total Physical Response (TPR) approach in improving writing skills. Through this approach, students are actively involved in physical activities related to the concepts being taught, to strengthen the connection between physical movement and writing skills. This study evaluates the effectiveness of TPR in improving students' writing skills and provides insight into the potential of this approach in language learning contexts.
