Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to obtain a portrait of the level of maturity (maturity level) automotive component industry in Indonesia. With the completion of the level of maturity of industry ritating component parts can be recommended treatment is needed for each industry based on the level. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, the scope of this activity is only focused on a rotating component wheel vehicle part 4 (four). The conceptual development stages of maturity level models (maturity level) automotive components industry, which are as follows: Desk review, collection and development of data using secondary data is required, Collection and selection of manufacturing industry maturity model framework, Preparation checklist or questionnaire, Implementation of the framework was elected in selected automotive components industry and Do the processing, calculation and analysis of data with the approach of maturity models. The result of this paper is Indonesia's automotive component industry has the potential to be developed and reliable, and can be one of the competitive component suppliers in vehicle production in ASEAN. However, existing capabilities must be improved.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah perhitungan efektifitas pemanfaatan alat berat pemeliharaan jalan Kereta Api (KA) dalam rangka meningkatkan pemeliharaan jalan KA dengan identifikasi dari permasalahan yaitu seberapa efektif penggunaan alat berat yang sudah dimiliki?. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian permasalah tersebut adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) sedangkan metode kualitatifnya menggunakan pendekatan THIO (Technoware, Humanware, Infoware dan Orgaware) dan pendekatan sebab akibat. Hasil dari perhitungan OEE  dari alat berat pemeliharaan jalan rel PT. KAI yaitu 50,05% dengan  Availability rata-rata = 77 %, Performance rata-rata = 65% dan Quality rata-rata = 100% (karena dinyatakan tidak ada pengulangan, artinya hasil pekerjaan semuanya dianggap memenuhi syarat) dari hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peluang untuk perbaikan terutama pada performance, kemudian pada availability. Namun pada kenyataannya kedua hal ini sangat terkait dengan kemampuan pemeliharaan (maintenance) dari alat-alat berat yang ada. Usia alat yang sudah cukup tua (rata-rata 19 tahun) berpotensi menurunkan kinerja mesin bila pemeliharaan kurang memadai. Hal ini tampak sudah terlihat dari menurunnya availability dan performance.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze and identify failures for minimize the risk of product defects in the production process faucet part S11037S and detect the main facto of the cause of disability that occurred. The method used with Seven Plus One Type of Waste approach and the concept of Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Results obtained from 28 types of disability on the faucet prakuk there are 5 types of frequencies that occur high frequency that is; Gomi, Hike, Kizu, Nami and Su. From the five types of defects can be identified several causes that often occur, among the causes that there are high RPN (Risk Priority Number) that is; 1. Gomi, the dominant cause is due to operator negligence at the time of production with the value of RPN = 60, 2. Hike, with the highest cause is the entry of dirt at the time of Plotting with RPN = 24, 3. Kizu, the main cause is also from operator negligence with RPN = 36 and Nami, the cause of the duplication is that the material used has a low quality. While Su factro cause has a low RPN that is 4 to 6.

Abstract

Center for Fisheries Production, Inspection and Certification (PPISHP) is a unit technical implementer within the Department of Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Agriculture of DKI Jakarta Province. PPISHP DKI Jakarta Province does not yet have a comprehensive performance measurement. Performance measurement only uses an assessment on the financial aspect, financial measures alone are not enough to evaluate the overall performance of the agency. Non-financial performance such as productivity and the ability of employees to produce products or services that can meet consumer desires is neglected. To measure the performance of an agency, a comprehensive performance measurement method is needed to achieve the desired goal. Therefore, the Balanced Scorecard method is deemed necessary to be applied to PPISHP DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

PT Mitralab Buana merupakan perusahaan jasa pengujian laboratorium lingkungan, 80% kegiatan pengujian laboratorium/produksi di perusahaan ini memerlukan Aquademin sebagai bahan baku. Kebutuhan Aquademin yang fluktuatif menyebabkan pengendalian persediaan belum optimum. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode pengendalian yang memberikan hasil yang optimum, menghitung titik pemesanan kembali (reorder point), stok pengaman (safety stock), dan tingkat efisiensi biaya. Hasil perhitungan MAD, MSE, dan MAPE menunjukan least square sebagai metode peramalan terpilih. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) digunakan karena metode ini mempertimbangkan kuantitas pemesanan berdasarkan biaya simpan dan biaya pesan. Metode Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) digunakan karena metode ini memberikan interval atau frekuensi pemesanan yang lebih terpola dan merupakan perkembangan dari Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) menghasilkan nilai pesanan optimum sebesar 303,1 liter/pemesanan dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 14 kali setahun dan metode Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) menghasilkan nilai pesanan sebesar  345,6 liter/pemesanan dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 12 kali setahun.  Hasil perhitungan titik pemesanan kembali (Reorder Point)  sebesar 299,98 liter dengan Safety Stock sebesar 299,8 liter. Tingkat efisiensi biaya dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) memiliki tingkat efisiensi biaya sebesar 26,44% sementara metode Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) memiliki tingkat efisiensi biaya sebesar 25,79%.

Abstract

Based on data on routine maintenance records for Indonesian Commuter Trains from 2015 - 2017, it is known that the number of realized train availability levels is still below the company’s standards and targets. In addition, there is a potential risk of a backlog or train queues that are not handled properly in overhaul maintenance which is increasing yearly. The main objective of this research is to measure the technological capability of the routine maintenance of the Indonesian Commuter Train which is located at Dipo Depok. The method used in this paper is the Technometrics model approach which will produce a Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) value. The method describes the level of technology applied by routine maintenance of TCC obtained by identifying and assessing the technological components of Technoware (tool facilities), Humanware (HR), Infoware (information), and Orgaware (organization) involved in the routine maintenance operation process of commuter trains by measuring the Degree of Sophistication, State of the Art (SOTA) and Contribution Assessment, as well as the intensity of the contribution of technology components using an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study identified 11 operating processes in maintenance activities. The SOTA values are T = 0.3857, H = 0.7750, I = 0.7111 and O = 0.633, with the contribution value being 0.4190, 0.6059, 0.5667 and 0.5862, and the contribution intensity is 0.301, 0.438, 0.132 and 0.030. Therefore, the TCC value for routine maintenance of Indonesian Commuter Trains with a value of 0.5 (TCC 0.3 ≤ TCC≤ 0.5) is categorized as low. With these results, the priority order of technology component development is humanware, technology, orgaware and infoware.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi Pemuda Karang Taruna, Desa Lengkong Kulon. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, adalah model desain yang diadopsi dari model research and development. Kegitan diawali dengan tahap preliminary investigationresearch anddesign (kegiatan tahun I) yaitu penelitian pendahuluan untuk mengetahui masalah-masalah yang muncul di lapangan berkaitan dengan pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk Pemuda Karang Taruna, Desa Lengkong Kulon yang dilakukan selama ini baik yang dilakukan oleh lembaga formal maupun non formal. Penelitian tahun I akan tersusun desain awal model pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk Pemuda Karang Taruna, Desa Lengkong Kulon beserta perangkatnya serta buku panduan bagi lembaga-lembaga pelaksana program kewirausahaan untuk Pemuda Karang Taruna, Desa Lengkong Kulon. Model pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi beberapa bagian yaitu 1) sistem seleksi peserta, 2) materi dan metode pelatihan, 3) pemagangan, 4) pemodalan, 5) pendampingan usaha, 6) evaluasi dan laporan.Mater pelatihan meliputi keterampilan teknis sesuai dengan potensi sumber daya lokal dan bidang minat wirausaha, serta kompetensi kewirausahaan yang mampu menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan sikap kewirausahaan.Pada pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan menggunakan metode yang berbasis pada problem based learning(PBL)
