Abstract

White Copra is a commodity that is in great demand today, especially in South Asian countries. For this reason, the processing of white copra currently carried out by the Doa Ibu coconut warehouse is only by drying in the hot sun using a tent system for 5 to 7 days, then in the oven for 8 hours until we get a moisture content of 5% to 7%. Research on improving business processes and improving company performance through digitization. One of the reasons for buying and selling transactions in c-commerce is to get additional information about products and be able to negotiate price offers. C-Commerce also has a variety of platforms. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, and Telegram are platforms of c-commerce. WhatsApp has the highest number of users at 140 million with the longest usage time of 30.8 hours per month. The difference lies in some features. The features in WhatsApp Messanger are also found in WhatsApp Business, while the features in WhatsApp Business are not always present in WhatsApp Messanger. WhatsApp Business features that really help sales are business profiles, management of message replies, catalogs, labels, short links, links to facebook and instagram pages, and messaging tools. Kopra Putih menjadi komoditi yang sangat diminati saat ini,terutama negara-negara Asia Selatan. Untuk itu pengolahan Kopra Putih saat ini yang dilakukan oleh gudang kelapa doa ibu hanya dengan menjemur di panas matahari menggunakan sistem tenda selama 5 sampai 7 hari, selanjutnya di oven selama 8 jam sampai kita dapatkan kadar air 5% sampai 7%. Penelitian mengenai adanya peningkatan proses bisnis dan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan melalui digitalisasi. Salah satu alasan melakukan transaksi jual-beli di c-commerce adalah mendapatkan informasi tambahan tentang produk dan dapat melakukan negosiasi penawaran harga. C-Commerce juga memiliki platform yang beragam. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, dan Telegram merupakan platform dari c-commerce. WhatsApp memiliki jumlah pengguna terbanyak sebesar 140 juta dengan waktu penggunaan terlama selama 30,8 jam per bulan. Perbedaannya terletak pada beberapa fitur. Fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Messanger juga terdapat pada WhatsApp Business, sedangkan fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Business tidak selalu ada pada WhatsApp Messanger. Fitur WhatsApp Business yang sangat membantu penjualan adalah profil bisnis, pengelolaan balasan pesan, katalog, label, tautan pendek, tautan ke halaman facebook dan instagram, serta peralatan perpesanan

Abstract

The existence of village officials is crucial for optimizing the bureaucratic system at the village level, particularly in providing transparent, honest, and effective public services. Many factors influence this performance phenomenon, and the bureaucratic leadership style implemented by the Village Head is one of the main factors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how bureaucratic leadership style impacts employee work productivity at the Makmur Jaya Village Office, Kateman District. This study used a quantitative design and survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all communities subject to the study. In the analytical model developed, bureaucratic leadership is considered the independent variable, and employee performance is considered the dependent variable. The data processing procedure uses statistical tools to analyze the significance and orientation of the influence between these variables. The results of the analysis indicate that bureaucratic leadership style improves the quality of apparatus work, especially by considering the integrity of duties, responsibility, and discipline. These results indicate that appropriate leadership patterns can create a friendly work environment and consistently improve performance. Furthermore, this study is expected to serve as a reference for village authorities in developing efficient management policies to increase employee capacity and improve the quality of public services. Eksistensi aparatur desa sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan sistem birokrasi di tingkat desa, terutama untuk memberikan pelayanan masyarakat yang transparan, jujur, dan efektif. Banyak faktor memengaruhi fenomena kinerja ini, dan gaya kepemimpinan birokrasi yang diterapkan oleh Kepala Desa adalah salah satu faktor utamanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan birokrasi berdampak pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di Kantor Desa Makmur Jaya, Kecamatan Kateman. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh komunitas yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Dalam model analisis yang dibangun, kepemimpinan birokrasi dianggap sebagai variabel independen, dan performa pegawai dianggap sebagai variabel dependen. Prosedur pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat statistik untuk membedah signifikansi dan orientasi pengaruh antarvariabel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan birokrasi meningkatkan kualitas kerja aparatur, terutama dengan mempertimbangkan integritas tugas, tanggung jawab, dan kedisiplinan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pola kepemimpinan yang tepat dapat menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang ramah dan konsisten meningkatkan kinerja. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi otoritas desa dalam mengembangkan kebijakan manajemen yang efisien untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pegawai dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of administrative management of Harapan Tani Village Apparatus and to analyze and empirically demonstrate the impact of digitalization on the effectiveness of administrative management, which has implications for public services. The background of this study is based on the importance of apparatus governance in supporting improved service quality to the public. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study was Harapan Tani Village apparatus in Kempas District, with a sample of 42 individuals drawn from the village and staff, as well as neighborhood units (RW) and neighborhood units (RT), each represented by one village apparatus. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale (1–5). The data obtained were tested using SPSS, including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, t-tests, and coefficients of determination. The regression test results indicate that digitalization has a positive and significant impact on administrative management effectiveness, with a t-value of 6.542 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.587 indicates that the impact of digitalization contributes 58.7% to administrative management effectiveness, while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by factors outside this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the impact of digitalization on village officials, the greater the effectiveness of administrative management provided to the community
