Abstract

Pembriketan merupakan suatu metode pengolahan batubara yang dapat dipilih untuk menaikkan nilai darii batubara.Cara pengolahan dengan pembriketan cukup sederhana yaitu dengan melakukan pencetakan batubara yang berukuranhalus dengan tekanan tertentu menggunakan bahan perekat atau tanpa bahan perekat. Penelitian dilakukan untukmembandingkan dan memilih bahan perekat yang memberikan kekuatan paling tinggi bagi briket batubaranonkarbonisasi. Bahan perekat yang digunakan adalah singkong, tepung gaplek dan tepung tapioka. Bahan perekat inidipilih karena hampir disetiap daerah di Indonesia dapat ditemukan bahan – bahan ini. Batubara akan dicampurdengan bahan perekat singkong, tepung gaplek dan tepung tapioka dengan kadar sebesar 10%; 7,5% dan 5%kemudian dilakukan pencetakan dengan kekuatan alat sebesar 1,5 ton. Setelah pencetakan briket akan dikeringkandengan waktu yang sama selama 16 hari untuk menghilangkan kandungan air pada briket batubara nonkarbonisasi.Setelah proses pengeringan dilakukan pengujian kekuatan pada briket batubara nonkarbonisasi dengan uji kuat tekanatau beban pecah. Briket batubara nonkarbonisasi menggunakan bahan perekat tepung tapioka dengan setiap kadaryang berbeda selalu memiliki kekuatan tertinggi yaitu berturut – turut sebesar 74,74 kg/cm2; 46,17 kg/cm2 dan 38,09kg/cm2.

Abstract

Upgrading brown coal merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menaikkan kualitas batubara peringkat rendah. Metode ini biasanya menggunakan minyak berat yang akan dicampurkan untuk menutup pori-pori yang menggalami pelebaran setelah dilakukannya upgrading brown coal. Penutupan pori-pori (coating) tersebut menggunakan residu berupa low sulfur waxy residu yang berguna melapisi pori-pori batubara sehingga setelah dilakukan proses upgrading brown coal penyerapan kembali moisture akan semakin kecil. Metode coating ini sendiri pada prinsipnya menjaga kualitas batubara seperti nilai kalori yang tinggi dan kandungan inherent moisture batubara setelah proses upgrading brown coal tetap terjaga. Hasil analisis dari proses upgrading batubara didapatkan persentase campuran residu dan waktu tinggal yang paling optimal yaitu residu 1% ( 29% batubara) dan waktu tinggal 15 menit untuk residu tersebut. Hasil analisis moisture menghasilkan persentase inherent moisture hasil upgrading antara batubara jambi dan low sulfur waxy residu yaitu 0,89% adb untuk waktu 10 menit dan 0,80% adb untuk waktu 15 menit. Selain itu juga terjadi kenaikkan nilai kalori batubara aceh yang optimal dari 4920,12kkal/kg menjadi 6709,86 kkal/kg (10 menit) dan 6674,34 kkal/kg. Persentase penyerapan kembali moisture batubara setelah proses upgrading brown coal dengan menggunakan low sulfur waxy residu mempunyai persentase penyerapan yang lebih kecil..

Abstract

Kegiatan pertambangan berpotensi mengubah bentangan alam, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk menjaminpemanfaatan lahan di wilayah bekas kegiatan pertambangan agar sesuai peruntukannya. Untuk mengurangi lubangbukaan bekas tambang di Pit Keluang, maka dilakukanlah penimbunan overburden kembali di pit Keluang untukmengurangi lubang bukaan bekas tambang dengan jarak yang lebih dekat sebagai bahan pertimbangan. Berdasarkanpada peraturan Undang-Undang tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 maka setiapperusahaan pertambangan diwajibkan melakukan reklamasi dan pascatambang. Faktor keamanan lereng timbunaninpit dump merupakan salah satu factor penting untuk menghindari terjadinya kelongsoran di daerah timbunan. Datageoteknik material didaerah penambangan yaitu kohesi 1490 kg/m2, sudut geser dalam 17,490, dan density 1677 kg/m3.Pembuatan bench dibuat pada elevasi 6 m – 42 m dengan geometri lereng single slope 180, tinggi bench 6 m, lebarbench 18 m dan overall slope 100 dengan faktor Keamanan Lereng FK = 1.61, nilai ini sudah cukup aman dalampembuatan design lereng. Adapun kapasitas dari back filling final di Pit Keluang berdasarkan design lereng yang telahdibuat adalah sebesar 12.288.399,57 ccm. Pembagian sequence penimbunan dibagi menjadi empat sequence denganrincian sequence I sebesar 1.500.000 ccm, sequence II 2.386.111,05 ccm, sequence III 3.750.825,31 ccm dan sequenceIV 4.651.463,21 dan merupakan design final dari back filling. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan back fillingdi Pit Keluang selama 3 tahun 5 bulan dengan kemampuan produktivitas alat mekanis yang dimilki.

Abstract

This research discusses the use of AI calculators as interactive media in mathematics learning for blind students. Apart from that, AI calculators can also increase students' desire to participate more actively in mathematics learning. However, it should be noted that the use of AI calculators as interactive media cannot yet replace the role of teachers in teaching mathematics for blind students. Teachers still need to provide guidance and assistance to blind students in using AI calculators and provide material and practice math questions that suit the abilities of blind students. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation, interviews and written tests. The research results show that using an AI calculator can significantly improve the numeracy skills of blind students. Therefore, it is recommended that AI calculators be used as interactive media that can be applied in mathematics learning for blind students to improve their numeracy skills and make it easier to understand mathematical concepts and solve mathematical problems

Abstract

Legal protection for the parties against document forgery in land sale and purchase transactions committed by the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in the transfer of land rights constitutes an essential aspect of land law. The issues addressed in this research are: (1) What are the legal consequences of the transfer of land rights through sale and purchase when forgery of documents is committed by a PPAT, and (2) What forms of legal protection are available for the parties against document forgery by a PPAT in the transfer of land rights. This research employs the theory of legal consequences as articulated by Soeroso and the theory of legal protection as developed by Satjipto Rahardjo. The research method applied is normative juridical research, namely legal research based on library studies or secondary data, utilizing sources of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The research adopts several approaches, including the statutory approach, case approach, analytical approach, and conceptual approach. Legal materials are collected through identification and inventory of positive legal rules, legal literature, books, journals, and other sources of law. The techniques of legal analysis employed include legal interpretation—consisting of grammatical and systematic interpretation—and legal construction, namely analogy construction and legal refinement (rechtsverfijning). The findings reveal that document forgery committed by a PPAT in the transfer of land rights gives rise to serious consequences under civil, criminal, and administrative law. From a civil law perspective, a deed executed on the basis of forged documents is null and void by operation of law, thus the land certificate resulting from such transfer may be revoked by the National Land Agency (BPN) and restored to the rightful owner, even if it disadvantages a bona fide purchaser. From a criminal law perspective, a PPAT proven to have engaged in forgery may be prosecuted under Articles 263, 264, and 266 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) with imprisonment as the sanction. From the professional standpoint, a PPAT may be subjected to administrative sanctions, including permanent dismissal. Legal protection for the victims is realized through deed annulment, civil claims for damages, criminal prosecution, and professional supervision by the competent authorities.

Abstract

This article discusses "Challenges and Opportunities in Artificial Intelligence-Based History Learning in the Digital Era". The purpose of this article is to find out the challenges faced by learning in the digital era in artificial intelligence-based history learning and solutions to face educational challenges in the field of artificial intelligence-based history learning in the digital era. The research method used in making this article is a qualitative descriptive method by Explaining the Challenges and Opportunities in Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Based History Learning in the Digital Era. AI-based history learning in the digital era offers many opportunities for innovation and improving the quality of education. However, to take advantage of these opportunities effectively, educators must be prepared to face existing challenges and adapt to rapid changes in educational technology. Further research and development on learning strategies that are responsive to the needs of the times are needed to achieve optimal educational goals in this context.

Abstract

History education designed by teachers should be able to help students understand historical events. To improve learners' abilities and enhance their historical thinking skills, teachers should combine contextual learning models with the use of film media. Media such as films can keep learners interested, increase their thoughts and input and enhance their fantasy power. To make learning more interesting, the use of additional media such as technology, audio-visual media, is essential. In constructivistic history learning, the use of audio-visual media has been applied in high schools. This research aims to find out the preparation, implementation, evaluation, and constraints in learning constructivistic history with audio-visual media in high school. In developing the effective use of audiovisual media to increase students' interest in history lessons, this study investigated the library that received history learning through audiovisual media. The results of this study show that audiovisual media can significantly develop students' interest in history lessons.

Abstract

Education is an awareness of creating a comfortable learning atmosphere so that students can develop the potential and character that exists within students. Education is very important because it has been agreed to be the main thing in any country, because the progress of a nation can be seen from the quality of education in that nation. However, the education system experiences several factors that cause inequality and gaps in education between cities and villages. This can happen because there are many remote areas in Indonesia that lack education due to a lack of updated information and good quality teachers, where there are several teachers who teach but do not match the teacher's abilities, causing a lack of good understanding for students. Apart from the internet and the quality of teachers, in many rural areas the schools do not have good quality structures and infrastructure and are not suitable for use so that students feel uncomfortable while studying.
