Abstract

The implementation of educational supervision at SMA Negeri I Lembah Seulawah Aceh Besar Regency is carried out for the development of student competencies as an effort to build the stages of the learning process, as well as curriculum development through the preparation of learning plans based on the sequence of learning materials. Supervision planning has not gone well in the learning process, principals and teachers plan the implementation of character education by preparing lesson plans and teaching materials. In this case the principal as the leader needs to carry out the function of direction and coordination. The purpose of the study was to analyze the academic supervision of the principal at SMA I Lembah Seulawah Aceh Besar District and to analyze the administrative supervision at SMA I Lembah Seulawah Aceh Besar District using a qualitative approach. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling and data collection techniques through interview observations and documentation. The results showed that the principal's academic supervision in developing student competencies had not gone well because in the preparation of the learning design the teacher had not been able to make different and varied strategies. Likewise, the development of student competencies, especially teachers, in introducing an interesting phenomenon that has never been recognized by students before has not materialized. The conclusion of the study shows. The importance of educational supervision carried out by school principals for the development of student competencies, including curriculum development by compiling and designing lesson plans in accordance with learning plans based on the sequence of learning materials and selecting learning materials in accordance with the instructional objectives to be achieved. The directive function is also not well coordinated. This condition can get worse if it is not coordinated from planning, implementation, to evaluation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Al-Miftah dalam pembelajaran membaca kitab kuning di Pesantren Roudlatul ‘Ulum Karang Tanjung; (2) Mendeskripsikan hasil dari penerapan metode Al-Miftah dalam pembelajaran membaca kitab kuning di Pesantren Roudlatul ‘Ulum Karang. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Adapun subyek penelitian untuk memperoleh data atau fakta dalam penelitian yaitu: (1) Pengasuh pondok peantren Karang tanjung (2) Lurah pondok pesantren (3) Ustad/ah pondok pesantren (4) Santri pondok pesantren. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang terkumpul kemudian di analisis dan diinterpretasikan dalam bentuk yang singkat dan jelas sehingga mudah di pahami dan di simpulakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Al-miftah telah di terapkan dalam membaca kitab kuning melalui tahapan antara lain : perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil penerapan dalam pembelajaran metode Al-miftah di pondok Pesantren Roudlatul ‘Ulum Karang tanjung di antaranya yaitu santri bisa membaca kitab fathul Qorib, hafal nazhom dan lagu dari jilid 1-4.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a food plant with a hood that’s almost same as oyster shell, which currently great demand by consumers. This study aims to determine internal external factors of Oyster Mushroom Marketing Strategy in Basseang . The method used in this study is SWOT analysis to identify marketing strategic can be applied to farming with analyze of EFAS and IFAS tables and using SWOT diagrams to determine the position of farming. Based on the research the data showing that the strength factor can cover the existing weaknesses where the strength factor obtained a total value of 1.9 greater than the weakness factor with a total value of 1.23 this can indicate that strength can support the development of Oyster Mushrooms in Basseang. External factors have an opportunity factor with a total value of 1.56 greater than the threat factor with a total value of 1.44 this indicates that oyster mushrooms in the Basseang have a very large potential opportunity . Meanwhile, based on the SWOT diagram, the position of the oyster mushroom farming is in Quadrant I, namely aggressive criteria, where the business position is very safe, with this position the farm needs to increase production and increase promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the religiosity of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Adikarso. Describe the inhibiting factors and teacher solutions in increasing student religiosity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Adikarso. To achieve the above research objectives, researchers used a qualitative approach. The research design used was descriptive research with the type of field research located at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Adikarso Kebumen. Data in this study were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, it was concluded that the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the religiosity of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Adikarso Kebumen is to improve the quality of Islamic religious education learning (the Qur'an hadith, aqidah morals, jurisprudence and skiing) in classes that use several ways namely (education by example, advice, punishment and habituation) and the second is developing Islamic religious education learning through religious activities such as tadarus al-Qur'an, ziaroh, infaq, Ramadan activities (opening and tarawih together) and zakat fitrah. The inhibiting factors in increasing religiosity are two factors, namely internal factors, namely the establishment of long-distance/online schools. And external factors, including family background, the influence of the student playing environment, and the negative influence of technology. The solution taken in dealing with these obstacles is to optimize existing technology, utilize existing facilities at schools and build cooperation with parents/guardians of students.

Abstract

The completion of the thesis on the activities of the tahajjud prayer for the students of the PAI IAINU Kebumen Study Program for the Academic Year 2021-2022. This research uses a quantitative research approach, the design used is Product Moment correlation analysis, the object of this research is the influence of the anxiety level of thesis completion on tahajjud prayer activities in IAINU Kebumen students, data analysis using Product Moment Analysis. With the population in this study as many as 260 students from IAINU Kebumen in the PAI A Study Program Class of 2021-2022. by taking a sample of 72 students, with a systematic random sampling technique (Systematic Random Sampling). Based on the results of the research using the correlation hypothesis test, it shows that there is no influence of anxiety levels on tahajjud prayer activities in PAI students at IAINU Kebumen Academic Year 2021-2022, this result is evidenced by the value of Rxy or R count = -0.0599 < rtable 0, 0235, from the correlation between the level of anxiety of completing scripts on tahajjud prayer activities in PAI IAINU Kebumen students, the category is very weak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in understanding of learning outcomes in the material ofbasic values of Pancasila by using the Google classroom learning media for class V MI AlHidayah Karangtanjung during the pandemic period of the 2021/2022 school year. In this studyusing a qualitative approach. Students of class V MI Al Hidayah Karangtanjung. The researcheracts as an observer in instilling the basic values of Pancasila for the fifth grade students of MI AlHidayah Karangtanjung. The research instrument used is by using data collection techniques,observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, datapresentation and verification. The results of the study found the role of the teacher in instillingthe basic values of Pancasila, which was to lead students to have an attitude of mutualcooperation, mutual respect, not mockery, the attitude of class V students who seemed to respectthe teacher, shook hands with the teacher, greeted the teacher when they met, and bowed theirheads when walking past the teacher

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in building interest in memorizing the Qur'an students in SD Tahfidzul Qur'an Ad Diin Kuwarasan. Penelitin method uses a qualitative approach. In the data collection is done by observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the role of teachers in building interest in memorizing the Qur'an is to provide motivation, use methods that match the students, and work with parents. Students ' interest in memorizing the Qur'an is seen from the enthusiasm in tahfidz activities, repeating (murojaah) before advancing to be deposited and the increase in memorization deposited to the teacher because of motivation. Factors supporting teachers in the implementation of tahfidz learning include learning media, provide motivation to students, assistance from friends Cottage, facilities and infrastructure, cooperation with parents. Factors inhibiting teachers in the implementation of learning tahfidz namely students who memorize the Qur'an at home in, there are students who memorize with a quiet atmosphere is not noisy, lazy nature of the students, students who do not focus in memorizing the Qur'an.
