Abstract

This study explores the relationship between organizational trust, output control, process control, normative control, and control on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). As part of the data gathering procedure utilizing the snowball sampling methodology, questionnaires were handed to bank workers based in Batam. This study collected data from 152 employees, and SPSS was used to assess the hypotheses. The findings of this study support the notion that trust has a significant and positive relationship with organizational confidence and employee performance, that output control has a substantial and positive relationship with OCB, that process control has no effect on OCB, that normative power has a significant and positive relationship with OCB, and that trust has a significant impact.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, one of which is the difficulty in distributing and running their production. This also has an impact on MSMEs implementing work from home (Work from Home) for some employees, especially in the production department, so that an increase in employee productivity is needed. This study aims to find out how strategies and factors influence efforts to increase productivity in MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using qualitative methods with interactive data analysis, data collection techniques were carried out by moderate participatory observation and interviews. The data is processed in the form of words or descriptive. The results of the study confirm that in increasing employee productivity, MSME X makes efforts, namely: optimizing the work from home system, training employees, evaluating employee performance directly, and meeting employee needs. In implementing the productivity improvement strategy, there are several obstacles or factors that hinder these efforts, namely: education, employee skills, the environmental situation around employees, and work discipline. Employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic tends to be stable compared to the beginning of its emergence, namely in March, so it is concluded that the productivity improvement strategy has a positive impact.

Abstract

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) atau Sistem Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola SDM dalam suatu perusahaan. Evaluasi atas implementasi HRMS diperlukan untuk melihat sejauh mana sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apa saja faktor sukses implementasi HRMS di PT XYZ sehingga hasilnya dapat digunakan menajemen untuk pengembangan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa PT XYZ belum memenuhi dua dari 10 faktor kesuksesan implementasi dari teori Ceriello & Freeman, yaitu pada faktor keterlibatan pengguna dan integrasi antara sistem bisnis.

Abstract

Training is very necessary to increase the capacity and competence of employees. The implementation can be done face-to-face (offline) or remotely (online). Currently, online training methods are needed to overcome the problems of implementing training due to the Covid 19 pandemic which limits meetings within a company. The effectiveness of the results of the online training can be measured through employee performance appraisals. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of online training has on employee performance. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Using a sample of 106 employees of the Production Department of PT Kalbe Milko Indonesia. Analysis of the data used in the form of descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test), and the correlation coefficient test (r) and determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of online training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the production department of PT Kalbe Milko Indonesia with an effect of 9.4%.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency, with the aim of increasing the digital capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through videography training. A total of 25 MSME players participated in the two-day training which included a basic introduction to videography, practice in making promotional videos, and presentation of the participants' work. The training method was conducted in a participatory manner through a combination of theoretical material, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to produce product promotion videos that were creative, informative, and in accordance with the characteristics of their respective businesses. Documentation of the activity shows the high enthusiasm of the participants, which reflects the need and interest in digital marketing skills. Despite obstacles such as limited tools and limited training time, this activity had a positive impact on improving the digital skills of MSME players, especially in the aspects of branding and promotion. This training is the first step in supporting the digital transformation of local MSMEs to expand market access and improve competitiveness in the digital economy era.
