Abstract

Public perceptions of the quality of government services in Indonesia generally assess service performance is not as expected, this can be seen, among others, from the many complaints or complaints from the community such as procedures and service mechanisms that are convoluted, not transparent, uninformed, less accommodative, less consistent, limited facilities, service facilities and infrastructure, so that it does not guarantee certainty (law, time, and costs) and there are still many practices of illegal levies and actions that indicate irregularities and service learning. The public perception of the implementation of public services at the Health Social Security Agency (BPJS) is still unknown, whether it resembles a public complaint, considering that government-owned enterprises are more oriented to public services rather than mere benefits. Therefore there is a need for a study to analyze how the public perception of service delivery. This research was conducted at the Office of the Surakarta City Social Security Agency (BPJS), with the aim of analyzing community perceptions of public service delivery and knowing the factors that influence the quality of public services. This study uses a quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research methods, with survey techniques, namely the distribution of questionnaires to 48 respondents using the Surakarta City Health BPJS service. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the public perception of the users of public services at the Surakarta City Health Insurance Agency (BPJS) Office stated that the implementation of public services was satisfactory. The factors that influence the quality of public services at the Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) in Surakarta City are factors of education and income. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy in Kedai Digital 8 Solo in increasing sales of merchandise products. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely research that seeks to describe or describe the object under study based on facts in the field. Data presented using primary data, secondary data through structured interviews, observations, and documentation relating to this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategy applied by Kedai Digital 8 Solo is advertising (advertising) and direct marketing (direct marketing). Advertising uses brochure media, banners / MMT and through social media. While direct marketing is done using media letters / proposals submitted to individuals and companies / agencies. Of the two strategies implemented, advertising through social media (online) is more routine because it is considered more effective and efficient. While direct marketing through media letters / proposals is carried out periodically at least once a year even rarely. Keywords: communication strategy, marketing, advertising

Abstract

Upaya pemerintah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah salah satunya melalui Program Dana Amanah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DAPM). Program ini merupakan kelanjutan dari program PNPM MP. Program DAPM dikelola oleh Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) Kecamatan, di mana UPK mengelola dana bergulir dari pemerintah untuk dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. Guna mengetahui bagaimana peran UPK DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, maka dilakukan penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan objek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Data yang disajikan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yakni penyusunan data untuk kemudian dijelaskan dan dianalisis serta dilakukan bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data. Penggunaan keabsahan data menggunakan uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat berpengaruh. Melalui program ini, masyarakat dapat mengembangkan potensi usaha yang ada sehingga lebih produktif. Sementara itu, UPK DAPM Kecamatan Weru dalam mengelola perputaran dana bergulir dari pemerintah masih belum maksimal, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan agar mencapai target anggaran yang telah ditetapkan. Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of leadership style, employee loyalty, and communication on employee performance in a hotel company. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The data were collected uses sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population of this research was 76 employees of the Lorin Solo Hotel. This study applies the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) test, t-test and F-test. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style variable has a value of fcount (4.799)>ftable (1.666), the employee loyalty variable has a value of fcount (5,187)>ftable (1,666), the communication variable has a value of fcount (3,614)>ftable (1,666). As a conclusion, the leadership style, the loyalty of the employees and the communication have a positive influence on the performance of the employees. Abstract

This title of this research is ANALYSIS OF MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY (Case Study of Marketing Communication Strategy Merchandise at Kedai Digital 8 Solo). This research examines marketing communication strategy in increasing merchandise product sales at Kedai Digital 8 Solo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, qualitative descriptive method is research that describe the object under study based on facts that exist in the field. Data are presented using primary data and secondary data through structured interview, observation, and documentation, then analyzed with qualitative data analysis. Based on the analysis of this research, results show: (a) Kedai Digital 8 Solo apply advertising and direct marketing as marketing communication strategies, (b) The advertising using media Brochures, banners / MMTs and social media, (c) The direct marketing using letter / proposal submitted to individuals and companies/agencies, (d) Advertising via social media (online) is done on a regular basis as it is more effective and efficient than direct advertising, (e) Direct marketing through letter/proposal medium is done Periodically at least once a year or even rarely

Abstract

Abstract From the past until now, many parents feel confused and difficult in shaping positive behavior in children. Parents also often feel unable to understand their children's behavior that always tests their patience, so it is not uncommon for parents to become angry and apply punishment to children. This has an impact on the formation of children's perceptions that become negative towards parents. The child will feel that he is not understood, causing him to behave negatively such as lying, not doing his responsibilities at home, and others. One of the efforts that can be made to improve children's positive behavior is for parents to apply effective communication to children in interaction. With this Community Service Activity, it is hoped that it can provide new understanding, knowledge and skills for parents in implementing interpersonal communication with children. Therefore, a warm relationship between parents and children can be established, so that it is followed by positive behavior in children that will also increase. Activities are carried out using the counseling method, namely interpersonal by providing understanding and knowledge related to interpersonal communication so that it becomes a new skill that parents will learn in applying communication when interacting with children. The results of this activity show that parents gain new understanding, knowledge and skills related to applying interpersonal communication when interacting with children. In addition, parents realize that the communication applied so far with children is not appropriate, causing frequent conflicts and having an impact on children's negative behavior. Abstract

Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency, with the aim of increasing the digital capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through videography training. A total of 25 MSME players participated in the two-day training which included a basic introduction to videography, practice in making promotional videos, and presentation of the participants' work. The training method was conducted in a participatory manner through a combination of theoretical material, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to produce product promotion videos that were creative, informative, and in accordance with the characteristics of their respective businesses. Documentation of the activity shows the high enthusiasm of the participants, which reflects the need and interest in digital marketing skills. Despite obstacles such as limited tools and limited training time, this activity had a positive impact on improving the digital skills of MSME players, especially in the aspects of branding and promotion. This training is the first step in supporting the digital transformation of local MSMEs to expand market access and improve competitiveness in the digital economy era. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) metode kualitatif dengan penerapan konsep triple helix untuk model analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan guna mendorong pengembangan pelaku wirausaha di Desa Gunung Putri Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor. Pada penelitian ini dijelaskan pula metode yang akan digunakan dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan serta manfaat yang di dapat dari pelatihan dan pengembangan, termasuk faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan. Konsep ini mengacu pada serangkaian interaksi antara perguruan tinggi vokasi/akademisi, pemerintah dan industri yaitu pelaku wirausaha. Peran akademisi yang dalam hal ini Politeknik Ketenagakerjaan adalah sebagai pendorong dalam pengembangan wirausaha melalui program pelatihan yang di desain khusus berdasarkan kebutuhan pelaku wirausaha untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dengan memberikan pelatihan yang sesuai, akademisi membantu meningkatkan kapabilitas dan kompetensi pelaku usaha dalam mengelola wirausaha dengan baik. Pemerintah mendukung melalui kebijakan dan infrastruktur yang memadai, sementara pelaku UMKM harus proaktif dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan kerjasama yang baik, sistem triple helix dapat menciptakan ekosistem yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan UMKM, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mendorong kemajuan ekonomi di desa Gunung Putri serta daerah lainnya di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner.
