Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of lifestyle and ethnocentrism ofconsumers on the perception of quality and its implications for the purchase intention ofSmartfren Andromax smartphones to ITC Roxy Mas Jakarta visitors.The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based onthe questionnaire given, as many as 100 people. Data processing method uses the path analysismethod (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 23.0. Statistical testing uses the individualparameter significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously Lifestyle variables, Consumer Ethnocentrism andQuality Perception significantly influence Work Productivity. Partially shows that analysis, 1:Lifestyle variables significantly influence Purchase Intention, whereas analysis, 2: ConsumerEthnocentrism variables significantly influence Purchase Intention and on the analysis,3: QualityPerception variable has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Intention.Keywords: Lifestyle, Consumer Ethnocentrism, Quality Perception and Intention to Buy

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the Effect of Product Quality and Product Prices on PurchaseDecisions Implications on Consumer Satisfaction Smartphone Xiaomi Center PGC Cililitan East JakartaThe data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires tovisitors at the Mobile Center PGC Cililitan East Jakarta. The data processing method uses the path analysis methodwith the help of SPSS 24 program.The results showed that method I: Directly the product quality and product price variables had a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Method II: Directly variable product quality, product prices, andpurchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Terdapat pengaruh Beban Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional(BOPO),Loan to Deposit Ratio(lDR),Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Erning Per Share secara simultan.Terdapat pengaruh Beban Operasioanl Terhadap Pendapatan Operasioanal(BOPO) terhadap Erning PerShare secara Parsial pada sektor perbankan di Bursa efek Indonesia . Terdapat pengaruh loan to DepositRatio (lDR) terhadap Erning Per Share secara parsial pada sector perbankan di Bursa efek Indonesia .Terdapat pengaruh Non Performing Loan ( NPL) terhadap Erning Per Share secara parsial pada sectorperbankan di Bursa efek Indonesia. Adapun Koefisien Deternimasi sebarai 0,775 artinya pengaruhpengaruh BOPO,IDR, NPL terhadap Earning Per Share pada sector Perbankan di Bursa efek Indonesiasebesar 77,5 % sisanya sebesar 22,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Keywords : Beban Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO),Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR),Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Earning Per Share ( EPS ).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customersatisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of Pupuk Kujang. The data used in this study areprimary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to official distributors of PupukKujang in DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java and Central Java. The data processing method usesthe path analysis method with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study show thatthe quality of service directly has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brandimage directly has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of substructure II research concluded that service quality directly has a positive and significant effecton customer loyalty, brand image directly has a positive and significant effect on customerloyalty, and customer satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on customerloyalty. The results of the mediation test concluded that service quality indirectly has a positiveand significant effect on customer loyalty through job satisfaction and brand image indirectly hasa positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through job satisfaction.Keywords: Service quality, Brand Image, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The sampling technique used accidental sampling, which is based on the number of 130employees of PT. Denso Indonesia department of production control and logistics, with thenumber of samples obtained as many as 98 respondents. The data analysis technique used in thisstudy is the Path Analysis method and uses an analysis tool, namely SPSS 23.The test results show that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effectdirectly on employee performance. Work environment has a positive and significant effect directlyon employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect directly onemployee productivity. The work environment has a positive and significant effect directly onemployee productivity. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect directly onemployee productivity. Work discipline has an indirect and positive effect on work productivitythrough employee performance. Abstract

AbstractThe data used in this study are primary data which collected from respondents' answersbased on the questionnaire given, namely as many as 100 people. Statistical testusing the individual parameter significance test (t test) and the significance test simultaneous(Test F).The results showed that simultaneously the brand image variable, promotion and customersatisfaction have a significant effect on loyalty customer. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Return On Asset, Loan To Deposit Ratio, dan Net Interest Margin Terhadap Earning Per Share Pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Salah satu syarat melakukan uji analisis regresi linear berganda adalah melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Selain itu untuk menilai goodness of fit suatu model dilakukan uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Penelitian ini menggunakan data keuangan triwulan dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2018 untuk setiap variabel penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Return On Asset, Loan To Deposit Ratio, dan Net Interest Margin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share dengan nilai Prob (F-statistic) sebesar 0.000000. Secara parsial Return On Asset berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 6.878668 dan nilai probability sebesar 0.0000, Loan To Deposit Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 3.604715 dan nilai probability sebesar 0.0012. Net Interest Margin secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar -3.594303 dan nilai probability sebesar 0.0012. Selain itu diperoleh bahwa nilai adjusted Adjusted R-squared adalah 0.711516 ini berarti 71,15% faktor Earning Per Share dapat ditentukan dari ketiga variabel independen tersebut. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,85% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.  Kata Kunci : Return On Asset, Loan To Deposit Ratio, Net Interest Margin, Earning Per Share

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the results of questionnaire responses by pizza hut customers at the Jatiwaringin branch, East Jakarta. The data processing method uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 21 analysis tool. The statistical test in this study uses the goodness of fit test. The results showed that product quality had a direct and significant positive effect directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, service had a positive and significant effect directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction had a direct positive effect on customer loyalty.   Keywords: product quality, service, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
