Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola invetarisasi barang bersejarah yang ada di pusat informasi Geopark Kaldera Toba dengan menggunakan sistem infromasi manajemen aset. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah string matching atau yang biasa disebut dengan algoritma pencocokan string yaitu algoritma untuk melakukan pencarian semua semua kemunculan string pendek dan panjang, string pendek yang biasa disebut dengan pattern sedangkan string yang panjang disebut teks.Sistem informasi ini dirancanng guna untuk menyediakan fungsionalitas pengelolaan informasi aset barang bersejarah yang meliputi registrasi aset, penempatan aset, pemindahan aset, penghitungan aset, penilaian aset, pencatatan maintanance, penghapusan aset, pelacakan aset dan pembuatan laporan. Kata Kunci:Sistem Informasi, manajemen aset, string matching

Abstract

ABSTRAKSistem pengambilan keputusan kelulusan calon siswa baru bias membantu staff bekerja lebih efisien, dan data yang didapatkan sesuai dengan kriteria yang sedah ditentukan oleh pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan bisa membantu dalam meringankan kinerja staff dalam pemberkasan arsip semua siswa yang medaftar ke sekolah tersebut, sehingga berkas tidak akan tercecer dan hilang ketka adanya penggantian staff. Selain itu, diharapkan akan memudahkan pekerjaan staff dalam pencarian data siswa.Kata Kunci:Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan, Penerimaan Siswa Baru, Fuzzy Sugeno

Abstract

Abstrak - Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) ke Kalimantan Timur memunculkan berbagai opini publik, terutama di media sosial X (Twitter). Namun, belum ada analisis yang mendalam terkait sentimen publik terhadap proyek ini, yang berpotensi memengaruhi persepsi dan keputusan strategis pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentiment (positif, negatif, netral) pada tweet-tweet terkait IKN menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM). Data yang digunakan sebanyak 2.500 tweet yang diperoleh melalui proses crawling dan diolah melalui tahapan preprocessing. Model SVM dilatih menggunakan dataset yang telah dilabeli dan diuji performanya dengan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan f1-score. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model mampu mengklasifikasikan sentiment dengan akurasi 88% dengan performa terbaik pada kelas negatif dan netral. Hal baru dari penelitian ini adalah pendekatan komprehensif dalam menganalisis persepsi publik terhadap IKN melalui media sosial dengan metode SVM, yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan kebijakan berbasis data. Kata Kunci: Analisis Sentimen; IKN; Support Vector Machine; Media Sosial; X (Twitter); Abstract — The relocation of Indonesia's capital city (IKN) to East Kalimantan has sparked various public opinions, particularly on the social media platform X (Twitter). However, there has been no in-depth analysis of public sentiment toward this project, which could influence public perception and strategic government decisions. This study aims to classify sentiments (positive, negative, neutral) in tweets related to IKN using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The dataset consists of 2,500 tweets collected through a crawling process and processed through preprocessing stages. The SVM model was trained using a labeled dataset and its performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score metrics. The results indicate that the model can classify sentiments with an accuracy of 88%, showing the best performance in the negative and neutral classes. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive approach to analyzing public perceptions of IKN through social media using the SVM method, which can serve as a reference for data-driven policymaking.Keywords: Sentiment Analysis; IKN; Support Vector Machine; Social Media; X (Twitter);

Abstract

Accreditation serves as a critical quality assurance mechanism in higher education; however, manual and fragmented data management creates significant challenges in collecting accreditation documentation and reports. This research designs and develops an Accreditation Menu for the P3M Information System at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda to streamline accreditation processes with greater effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability. Using an iterative Agile Scrum methodology across five development sprints, the study implemented integrated CRUD operations, advanced search-filtering capabilities, real-time notification systems, comprehensive user acceptance testing, and Docker-based deployment. Key results demonstrate that the Accreditation Menu reduces document preparation time by 40%, improves data accuracy from 88% to 97%, and achieves 92% user satisfaction (UAT survey, n=25 stakeholders). The system successfully manages accreditation indicators, supporting documentation, and reporting in full compliance with LAM INFOKOM standards while providing real-time data integration between research activities and accreditation requirements. This work improves accreditation efficiency, reduces administrative burden, and supports institutional compliance with national quality assurance standards. The Agile approach enables rapid adaptation to evolving user needs and regulatory changes, with promising opportunities for AI-based predictive monitoring and integration with national accreditation systems.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut generasi muda untuk memiliki keterampilan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri, salah satunya dalam bidang desain antarmuka pengguna (User Interface/UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX). Namun, pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam merancang produk digital masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan desain UI/UX siswa Pondok Ibnul Qoyyim Balikpapan melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 siswa dan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa metode, yaitu ceramah untuk penyampaian konsep dasar UI/UX, demonstrasi penggunaan Figma, serta praktik langsung dalam merancang antarmuka aplikasi sederhana. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan penilaian hasil desain peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep UI/UX dengan rata-rata nilai yang meningkat dari 58,3 pada pre-test menjadi 84,7 pada post-test, atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 45,3%. Selain itu, 86,7% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan rancangan prototipe antarmuka aplikasi sesuai dengan instruksi yang diberikan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan praktis siswa dalam merancang produk digital yang berorientasi pada pengguna. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan UI/UX ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan literasi digital dan pengembangan kompetensi teknologi informasi bagi siswa Pondok Ibnul Qoyyim Balikpapan.

Abstract

Jaya Muncul Spare Parts Store still uses a manual recording system which often causes errors in stock management and delays in ordering. This study aims to design and build a web based inventory information system using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to assist in decision making for ordering spare parts. The system was developed with the Laravel framework and MySQL database using an Agile approach that allows an iterative development process. Blackbox testing results show that all functions run well, while the User Acceptance Test (UAT) obtained an average score of 89.97% in the “very good” category. The implementation of the EOQ method is proven to help make purchasing decisions, reducing the risk of stockouts and overstock. Integration of the Reorder Point (ROP) feature as a minimum notification, Safety Stock, and prediction of prices, demand, and stock of goods with Simple Moving Average (SMA). This system is considered effective as a tool to determine the number of purchases of goods at Toko Sparepart Jaya Muncul.

Abstract

In East Kalimantan, people with hearing impairments face difficulties in communication and obtaining adequate education, particularly through the use of sign language. The mother tongue used by individuals with hearing impairments is adapted to the visual concepts understood by them and is known as Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (BISINDO) by the Deaf community across Indonesia. Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) teach common sign language. However, state special schools in East Kalimantan are still limited, especially in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, which only has one state special school, SLB Negeri Tenggarong. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create an Android-based educational sign language game that can be used as an alternative teaching medium for people with hearing impairments at SLB Negeri Tenggarong. Using BISINDO, this game teaches basic vocabulary and conversation sentences in an engaging and interactive way. The game development follows the Serious Game Development (SGD) method, which includes four main production phases: Analysis, Production, Testing, and Release.

Abstract

GAPOKTAN (Gabungan Kelompok Tani) Purwajaya is an organization that plays an important role in the development of the agricultural sector in Indonesia. However, the dissemination of information about GAPOKTAN Purwajaya's activities and programs is still not optimal. This research aims to design an informative and attractive news profile web using Figma application and Design Sprint method. The Design Sprint method was chosen because of its ability to produce design solutions in a short time through five stages: Understand, Diverge, Converge, Prototype, and Test. with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The design process begins with analyzing the needs of GAPOKTAN Purwajaya, generating various design ideas, selecting the best idea, creating a web prototype, and testing the prototype. Evaluation was conducted using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).

Abstract

Swargo Tani Agrotourism is a rural farming destination located in Kutai Kartanegara. Despite its potential, ineffective promotional strategies hinder public engagement. This study aims to develop a promotional video using editing techniques, particularly color grading, to improve visual appeal and message delivery. The project follows four stages:pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution. Color grading is applied to balance tones and enhance natural visuals such as green vegetation and blue skies. The video is published via digital platforms and effectively attracts more attention. The findings indicate that applying color grading enhances video quality and effectiveness in promoting local agrotourism.

Abstract

Café Luminary, located in Samarinda, carries a classic concept with indoor and outdoor areas. The promotion of the café has so far only relied on Instagram and word-of-mouth communication, making it less optimal in reaching a wider audience. This research aims to create a promotional video by utilizing live shoot and motion graphic techniques. The live shoot technique is used to capture the authentic atmosphere of the café and customer activities, while motion graphics add dynamic visual elements to make the information more interesting. This research was conducted through three main stages: pre-production (idea design, screenwriting, and storyboarding), production (live shooting and creating graphic elements), and post-production (video editing using CapCut). The 1-minute 30-second promotional video was publicized through social media and other digital platforms. The results show that this combination of techniques is effective in increasing the visual appeal and competitiveness of the promotion. The resulting promotional video is expected to strengthen Café Luminary's branding, increase public awareness, and attract more visitors.
