Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of supervision on the performance of heads in Village the Sungai Penuh City government environment (2) the influence of competence on performance government environment in the Sungai Penuh City. This research was carried out by using an explanatory method (Survey explanatory confirmatory) and using data analysis techniques path analysiswith the approach of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was no significant effect between supervision of the performance of the village head and there was a significant influence between competencies on the performance of the village head of the Sungai Penuh City administration.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Merangin. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 469 siswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menujukan ada pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar yang ditunjukan         =3,697, dengan p = 0,000< 0,05. Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar yang ditunjukan         =7,592, dengan p = 0,000< 0,05. Ada pengalih lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar secara bersamasama terhadap prestasi belajar yang ditunjukan         =38,592, p = 0,000< 0,05. Jadi dapat ditegaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi belajar secara bersamasama terhadap prestasi beajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Merangin.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B melalui kegiatan finger painting dengan menggunakan Aquarel di TK Ancano Desa Kungkai Bangko. Adapun rumusan masalahnya yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan motorik alus anak kelompok B melalui kegiatan Finger Painting dengan menggunakan Aquarel di TK Ancano Desa Kungkai Bangko. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang subjeknya yaiu anak didik kelompok B yang berjumlah 15 orang anak yang terdiri dari 6 orang anak laki-laki dan 9 orang anak perempuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dalan dua siklus yaitu siklus 1 dan 2 serta di dalam pelaksanaan setiap siklus tersebut terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan , observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan tekhnik analisis datanya menggunakan deskripsi kuantitatif . Hasil dari penelitian yaitu pada saat pra siklus hanya 4 orang anak yang mampu melakukan finger painting dengan baik dan benar yang mendapat nilai kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) ada 4 orang atau sekitar 22,1 % dan miningkat pada siklus1 hasilnya yaitu pada pertemuan terakhir diperoleh yang mendapat nilai kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sudah mencapai 11 orang anak atau sekitar 66,7% dan setelah dilaksanakan siklus 2 memperoleh hasil yang signifikan yaitu semua anak mampu melakukan finger painting dengan baik dan benar yaitu BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik ) ada 15 orang anak atau 100 %.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the attitude of parents not caring about children's discipline. Where, it was found that some parents pay less attention to their children's discipline problems and actually make children late to school on time, the busyness of parents, especially mothers as housewives, first doing housework so that children are late to come on time, the busyness of parents, especially mothers as housewives, first doing housework, so that children are late to come to school. The purpose of this study was to find out what parents do and what obstacles parents face in improving discipline towards children in the Mensawang Environment, Bangko Hamlet. This type of research is qualitative research using a case study approach. The number of respondents in this study was 5 parents of children who attended elementary school. Data collection techniques used observation techniques (Observation), interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique is by conducting data reduction, data display (data presentation), conclusions (verification). From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that some things that parents do to make children disciplined are to be role models for their children, namely by getting children used to doing disciplined activities such as brushing their teeth before going to bed, reading prayers and making the bed, besides that parents also give praise or give awards in the form of gifts for their children who can get used to these disciplined activities. Families, especially parents who live in the Mensawang Environment, Bangko Hamlet, try to shape their children's disciplined character in everyday life by getting children used to it from an early age so that they can apply disciplined behavior in various fields from the smallest things by providing real examples for their children. In its implementation, there are several obstacles or problems that are often encountered, including economic factors so that parents are busy with work, technological advances that affect children's activities and playmates or the child's living environment. For that, as parents, we must be able to work around it so that this does not become an obstacle to increasing children's discipline. By instilling discipline from an early age, children will understand and not be negligent in applying discipline wherever they are. Facing the development of the era, parents should be able to understand and follow the development, so that parents can apply discipline in accordance with the development of the era. .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the behavior of children who are not in accordance with what is expected, such as the behavior of all-powerful, quarrels, ridicule, lack of openness to friends or parents when there are problems and so on. This is presumably because the pattern of education provided by parents is still ineffective, therefore this study aims to find out the description of the application of educational patterns and to find out the obstacles faced by underprivileged parents in Temenggung Village, Limun District, Sarolangun Regency. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were interviews, observational documentation and sive sampling, and those who became informants were based on criteria, namely parents. The analysis technique used the Milles and Hagerman models, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pattern of education in children was assigned to the lesser category and never applied to an authoritarian education pattern in children. Based on the results of the study, the researchers made several suggestions, namely: Parents should learn about educational patterns, so that the educational patterns applied by parents can be in accordance with parents' expectations in making their children better. Parents are expected to apply more democratic education patterns so that they can shape and have a better personality in their children. It is hoped that the nagger can see several other factors that have not been studied in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa SKB Kab Merangin telah berhasil menjalankan program-program life Skill diwilayah kerjanya. Salah satunya program kerjanya yaitu pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian yang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian, aktivitas belajar dengan penguasaan keterampilan peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian di SKB Kab Merangin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian di SKB Kab Merangin dengan teknik penentuan sampel adalah sample jenuh (sensus). Teknik Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan alat pengum-pul datanya berupa angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus metode product moment, korelasi linier berganda, rumus t untuk uji signifikan dan persamaan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian dengan aktivitas belajar terhadap penguasaan keterampilan peserta didik pada pelatihan keterampilan menjahit pakaian. Saran yang dapat dikemukakan adalah diharapkan kepada peserta didik untuk dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan aktivitas belajarnya agar menghasilkan penguasaan keterampilan bagus dan berkuliatas dan juga bagi penyelenggara dan instruktrur pelatihan keterampilan menjahit supaya selalu menarik perhatian belajar peserta didik pelatihan, dengan cara menggunakan media-media, metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang akan membangkitkan perhatian peserta didik sehingga peserta aktif dalam mengikuti segala kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan menjahit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students and tutors who behave less disciplined, this can be seen from the delay in coming during the learning process, as well as students who are busy with their work so that they cannot follow the lesson. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that there are three preparations that must be made so that the program runs well, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. While the assessment is given full authority to the tutor based on the presence of students. The solution taken by the manager is to provide motivation, approach and a clearer understanding of equality education in order to achieve the program objectives that have been designed.Keywords: Program Implementation, Package C equivalency education.
