Abstract

Cikapundung River is one of the rivers that plays an important role as a water source in the city of Bandung. This river has great potential to be used as water supply in the city of Bandung. For further utilization, it is necessary to study the quality and hydrochemistry of water in the watershed (DAS), especially in the Cikapundung River. Based on the studies that have been carried out, it was found that the water quality is quite poor. Poor water quality is caused by a continuous process of pollution, which causes changes in the value of the physical and chemical parameters of water in the Cikapundung watershed. This process is further supported by the occurrence of dilution caused by the high intensity of rain in the city of Bandung. According to the graphical representation of the hydrochemistry of water, the type of water in the form of calcium bicarbonate was obtained based on the Piper Diagram. Bicarbonate water comes from the weathering of rocks or minerals near the surface. Supported by graphical representation using Durov Diagram, water in the Cikapundung watershed is intermediate water that has undergone ion exchange. This is evidenced by the Stiff Diagram which groups alkaline earth cations which are larger than alkali metals, and weak acid anions which are larger than strong acid anions. These three graphic representatives provide information about the evolutionary processes that occur in the Cikapundung watershed.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This research covers the developing of the Bonen Cave tourism website as a digital platform for promoting geotourism, employing the Waterfall model of software development. The project aims to design and implement a website that effectively conveys the distinctive values of Bonen Cave in Baumata Village, Kupang, acknowledging the increasing significance of digital media in promoting tourism visibility, especially for geotourism sites with substantial geological and cultural heritage. The method consists of five successive phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The data collection process encompassed stakeholder interviews and field surveys to ensure website features corresponded with local requirements and visitor anticipations. An accessible and responsive design was developed using a no-code website builder. The finished project, geowisatakupang.fun, encompasses multimedia information, interactive services, and functionalities designed to facilitate education, preservation, and community involvement. Testing validated the site's usability and operation across various devices. The project illustrates how organized digital development may enhance local communities, facilitate conservation initiatives, and advance sustainable tourism via accessible online platforms. Ongoing assessment and prospective incorporation of augmented reality and mobile applications are advised to improve user experience and sustain long-term effects.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the economic feasibility of the mining business plan proposed by CV. XYZ is located in Golopongkor Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency, with an operational production area of 4.27 Ha. The analysis was conducted using three main indicators, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PBP), to assess the profitability and feasibility of the investment. The research results show that the positive NPV value of Rp1,130,299,085.00 indicates that the project is capable of providing economic benefits that exceed the initial investment value. The IRR value of 39% and the PBP of 0.7 years reflect a relatively quick capital recovery period. These values indicate that the mining project is economically feasible and provides significant financial benefits. The expected future cash flows exceed the initial investment, and the quick payback period reinforces the recommendation that this project is feasible. With high profit potential and controlled financial risks, this project is deemed capable of contributing to business growth and the operational sustainability of the company.
