Abstract

Rigid pavement construction is widely used in underlying soil conditions that hasa low bearing capacity, or on a soil with a conditions that has a non-uniform bearing capacity.However, in the fieldsometimes the work implementers had an issue with the limited materials that not meet the specifications that has been planned, so the use of the new materials or the existed materials in the location around are being chosen as an alternative. The methodology of this study is about the study of a compressive strength and flexural strength, with concrete cylinder testand theconcrete beam. The concrete mixtureis planned by using SNI 2002 method with two variations of the filter arrangements whichare a normal filter arrangement and a filter arrangement withoutthe filter with size 9,5 mm. After the test and the study being conducted, the result of the cylinder compressive strength test on concrete using normal filter arrangement yielded an average compressive strength of 41,84 MPa while for concrete using filter arrangement withoutfilter with size of 9,5 mm has an average around 45,11 MPa. The maximum compressive strength is achieved on the variation using both aggregates with an initial plan of 30 MPa. For the use of the filter arrangement without the filterwith size of 9.5 mm isincreased by 7.24%. The result of bending strength test on concrete using normal filter arrangement is around 4.32 MPa and while for the concrete without filter with size 9.5 mm has an average of 4.71 MPa. The maximum flexural strength of the concrete were achieved on the variation using the granules from the aggregate fraction of the sieve with an initial plan of 4 MPa, and while without the filter with size 9.5 mm stretched by 8.28% from the normal aggregate fraction. The stability value on the aggregate fraction of the filter strain without the filter with size of 9.5 mm has a higher compressive strength value than the aggregate fraction of the normal filter arrangement. Hence that the coarse aggregate fraction without 9.5 mm filter are more subtle, so the concrete pores are less formed and have a better density than the normal filter arrangement.   Keyword :compressive strength, flexural strength, variation of  the aggregate filter

Abstract

Going to public toilets is not an option but a necessity, while the design and amenities of public toilets at the Mall offered are more oriented to Western standards, with perspectives around luxury, meditation, health, and cleanliness, without the study of how the user community perceives toilets according to their culture. The phenomena of culture shock due to failure to adapt often results in misconduct. This study aims to find the phenomenon of misconduct in the use of public toilet facilities and their causes. Involving 318 random purpose informant samples of public toilet users in the six Palembang Mall, collecting data using questionnaires and interviews, the data were processed with a central tendency analysis for three variables. The results found maladjusment at seating toilet by 24.53% of users, 66.10% in the use of Jetspray, leaving the toilet without washing hands in washtafel 75.93% and not using the hand drayer 72.59%, caused by 45,15% of users are unfamiliar, avoid impure 31.63%, cleanliness 34.26%, and afraid of being dirty 23.22%.

Abstract

Berbicara tentang rumah limas Palembang tidak terlepas dari komponen bangunan yang ada, salah satunya yaitu komponen bangunan pengendali panas yang berhubungan dengan kenyamanan termal pada daerah beriklim tropis. Penelitian tentang komponen bangunan pengendali panas yang dapat menurunkan temperatur udara dalam rungan, salah satu faktor pendukung kenyamanan termal adalah angin, karena angin dapat menurunkan temperatur udara khususnya didalam rumah. Pada penelitian ini sample yang akan digunakan adalah rumah Limas Palembang yang telah berumur lebih dari 50 tahun dan memiliki komponen bangunan berupa bukaan  lawang kipas yang relatif masih dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Tujuan dan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui posisi bukaan Lawang Kipas yang tepat sebagai struktur pembatas ruang  sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi tentang pola gerakan udara yang dapat  berfungsi dalam mengendalikan temperatur ruang untuk mendapatkan kenyamanan termal.Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran langsung di lapangan meliputi data-data: temperatur kering, kelembaman udara dan pergerakan udara baik diluar bangunan maupun di dalam bangunan dan dianalisis dengan mencari beda temperatur antara kedua ruang serta pencocokan dengan standar kenyamanan yang ada yaitu dengan dua cara, cara pertama dengan menggunakan pendekatan temperatur kering, sedangkan cara kedua selain dengan pendekatan temperatur kering juga mempertimbangkan kondisi kelembaban dan pergerakan angin.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kondisi terbuka 1 daun pintu Lawang Kipas paling efektif pada periode pagi hari, untuk posisi terbuka 2 daun pintu paling efektif pada periode siang hari, untuk posisi terbuka tiga daun pintu paling efektif pada periode malam hari dan untuk kondisi pintu terbuka keseluruhan paling efektif pada periode sore hari.

Abstract

Compliance of personal protective equipment (PPE) uses without the impact of the consequences is a reflection of a good workforce. This compliance is thought to be influenced by various factors, such as knowledge, attitudes, years of service, comfort, suitability of PPE and type of work and availability. The phenomenon of non-compliance cannot be ignored, and is evident from several previous studies. This study aims to measure the level of compliance, reasons and factors that influence it. Involving 80 participants who participated in builder skills training. Collecting data using K3 logbook, surveillance camera recordings and field observations, the data were processed by cross sectional analysis to see causality and choreation. The results showed that the level of compliance using PPE correctly was 82.92% on average. The average level of compliance with individual behavior is 66.25%. Non-compliance with the use of PPE safety helmet 29.00%, cotton glove 19.38%, safety vest 16.25% and safety boot 3.44%, with reasons of forgetting 33.85%, PPE is considered to be disturbing 26.67%, feeling uncomfortable 26.15% and the attitude of feeling that they will not be harmed by 13.33%, which is influenced by the factors of unsafe work habits without PPE, years of service, the harmony of PPE types and work, and there is no relationship between knowledge and compliance with the use of PPE. Repetitive non-compliance did by 30,00% participants.

Abstract

Pedestrian adalah bagian dari kota yang berfungsi untuk menjamin keselamatan dan kenyamanan pejalan kaki. Seiring dengan berkembangnya sebuah kawasan, fenomena diskresi terhadap fungsi pedestrian kerap terjadi, meski dengan berbagai dalil pembenaran. Sejatinya bagaimana pedestrian direncanakan dan digunakan telah ditetapkan pada Permen PU No. 03/PRT/M/2014. Karenanya perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait karakteristik lingkungan pedestrian menurut perspektif pengguna, khususnya dikawasan Tengkuruk Permai Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur tingkat kenyamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan pedestrian. Melibatkan 100 responden pengguna pedestrian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi lapangan, metoda distribusi frekuensi dan tendesius sentral digunakan dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik lingkungan pedestrian pada variabel kenyamanan sebesar 57,95% , variabel keselamatan sebesar 56,80% dan variabel keamanan sebesar 64,67%, atau secara umum karakteristik lingkungan pedestrian Tengkuruk Permai sebesar 59,81%. Indikator kebersihan, keindahan, serta bentuk dan skala furniture street menjadi faktor penyebab rendahnya penilaian oleh responden.

Abstract

Minimnya perhatian Pemerintah Daerah terhadap keberadaan kota tua, kawasan kota lama dan bangunan kuno adalah impase klasik. Bangunan tak terawat, alih fungsi banguan atau kawasan, bahkan fenomena penghancuran bangunan kuno kerap terjadi di Palembang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi dan mencari informasi potensi yang terdapat pada kawasan Talang Semut Palembang serta permasalahan pelestarian kawasan, dan hasilnya diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi Pemerintah Daerah terkait pelestarian kawasan atau bangunan bersejarah.  Metoda analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif digunakan dalam pengolahan dan interpretasi data hasil survey.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampai saat ini ciri khas masa lampau dengan bentuk bangunan kolonial, kolam retensi, rumah dinas Walikota,  serta penghijauan yang tertata dengan rapi dan indah merupakan symbol tersendiri terhadap kawasan ini. Artefak bangunan kolonial dengan pola radial sebagai bukti sejarah, lebih banyak ditemukan di sepanjang jalan utama kawasan ini dibandingkan dengan kawasan lain di Palembang dengan kondisi yang terawat. Permukiman yang tertata rapi, ketersediaan fasilitas publik, udara yang relatif bersih, kawasan yang bernilai estetika tinggi, berperan dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan warga kota Palembang. Lemahnya implementasi Perda tentang pelestarian cagar budaya turut menyebabkan terjadinya kasus perubahan bentuk asli bangunan kolonial.

Abstract

It is natural for men whos pray in congregation at mosque, trying to get the primacy of praying in congregation without missing imam's takbiratul ihram, because many good things will be obtained, including freedom from the torments of hell and from hypocrisy. However various restrictive factors, cause many congregations to be left behind in takbiratul ihram, and even become masbuk. One of them is because the queue for ablution caused by number of ablution faucets is not proportional with capacity of congregations that must be served, especially during Friday prayers. This study is important to do in order to know the factual ability of ablution services at mosques in the city of Palembang, as well as comparison with SNI 8135:2015 standards, so that it is expected to be a reference for planning mosque ablution facilities. Data collected using a field survey method at 35 mosques in the Palembang city. Analysis of service estimates using the calculus method, then presented in tables and diagrams as well as narrative descriptions. Results prove that the duration of ablution of 64.2 seconds is significantly valid with a margin of error of 6.39%. Total of 85.71% mosques have an average ablution service capability of 48.24% of the total capacity of the mosque at 15-minute intervals, with an average ratio of 1 faucet : 31 male congregation, or only 43.33% of the number of faucets based on SNI 8153:2015 standard.

Abstract

Perancangan aplikasi persediaan barang adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk memasukan data-data persediaan barang kedalam database, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam input, output data, dan pembuatan laporan berdasarkan data yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan survey dan wawancara di PT. Kopi Kenangan, didapatkan informasi bahwa pencatatan dalam persediaan barang masih manual menggunakan buku. Oleh karena itu aplikasi yang akan dibuat adalah berupa pencatatan barang dengan metode fifo yang mana metode ini sangat penting digunakan dalam persediaan barang berupa raw material karena dapat membantu dalam menjaga kualitas barang yaitu dengan menjaga expired date pada produk. Perancangan Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis android agar mudah dan simple dalam penggunaannya dan fitur yang ada dalam aplikasi ini yaitu : Stock Opname, Order History, TI/TO, Full Fill Order, Order Barang, dan Chek/Use Stock. Aplikasi ini juga di desain menggunakan barcode Quick Response untuk mengurangi barang yang akan digunakan agar karyawan lebih cepat dalam pengurangan tanpa perlu mencatat. Dengan dibuat nya aplikasi ini maka diharapkan dapat membantu karyawan dalam pengelolahan barang di toko dan mempercepat aktivitas perhitungan barang.

Abstract

The West Lampung area is an area that is prone to landslides, this is due to the high intensity of rainfall and unstable soil structure. In 2022 and 2023, landslide disasters occurred in the West Lampung area which resulted in many losses, so it is necessary to carry out a landslide vulnerability analysis as an anticipatory measure for landslide control measures. By utilizing a geographic information system, geological data, slope, soil type, rainfall and land cover to display areas that are indicated to be prone to landslides. Based on the results of spatial analysis of each landslide-causing parameter, it produces 3 levels of landslide susceptibility classes, namely areas not prone to landslides (95.48 km2), areas prone to landslides (85.85 km2) and areas very prone to landslides (155.43 km2). In areas that are indicated to be vulnerable and very vulnerable, it is necessary to carry out mitigation on sloping areas and land use in these areas.
