Abstract

Work Unit Price Analysis or commonly referred to as AHSP calculation of the cost of labor, materials and equipment to get the unit price for a certain type of work. Over time, the coefficient on the AHSP has changed. This is because the world of construction is always experiencing developments in the technology applied. This development can include in terms of materials, work aids, and technology used in heavy equipment used to assist work in the world of civil engineering.The last regulation used in the calculation of AHSP is PERMEN-PUPR no. 28 of 2016. On January 5, 2022, PERMEN-PUPR no. 1 of 2022 was stipulated as a substitute for the basis for calculating AHSP. In the new regulation, many coefficients have been changed both in terms of labor, materials, and tools. With the change in the coefficient in the new regulation, it makes the price of mechanical earth excavation cheaper, which makes construction players complain about this. So it is necessary to do an analyst to compare the unit price with direct costs in the field.Based on the results of calculations and observations, the unit price for mechanical earth excavation based on the 2016 PERMEN is Rp. 22,465.00, based on the 2022 PERMEN is Rp. 11,314.00, while based on direct observations in the field, the direct costs incurred are Rp. 8,042.00.

Abstract

Pekerjaan pembangunan gedung secara umum menggunakan jenis material beton, baik itu gedung yang sederhana maupun gedung dengan tingkat kerumitan yang tinggi. Berbagai variasi campuran beton yang banyak digunakan dalam pembuatan bangunan sederhana adalah campuran perbandingan 1:2:3 campuran perbandingan 1 : 2 : 3 adalah setara dengan beton yang memiliki mutu antara K175 sampai dengan K225. Perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk membuktikan. Penelitian menggunakan variabel semen merek Bosowa,Singa Merah, Tiga roda. Pengujian sampel kubus beton dilakukan pada usia 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. kuat tekan rata-rata beton usia 7 hari telah mencapai nilai diatas 200 kg/cm2 , kuat tekan rata-rata beton pada usia 14 hari telah mencapai nilai diatas 275 kg/cm2 , kuat tekan beton pada usia 28 hari telah mencapai diatas 300 kg/cm2 . perlu menggunakan lingkup variabel merek semen yang lebih luas untuk penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

PTM (face-to-face restrictions) makes elementary to high school education experience a less than optimal learning process; it has an impact on decreasing the understanding and maturation of subject concepts or courses by students. Face-to-face restrictions (PTM) make all educators make many changes to learning systems and methods so that they can fill the time from the lack of teaching materials. Based on the problem of declining conceptual understanding of basic mechanical physics, the author conducts research with models and develops blended learning concepts. The novelty of this research is based on the point of view of scope and time, so it is not just in applying online and offline learning. Based on the development of the blended learning design model, which is quite varied, the author tries to design and develop the Pannan and Legge design model. This blended learning design model is quite simple, namely combining online and offline learning. The results of research conducted by the author related to the blended learning method are 8 online meetings and 8 offline meetings. This learning method indicator uses a questionnaire conducted by the lecturer of the Basic Mechanical Physics course for students of the classes of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. The results of the questionnaire on the total students of the classes of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 are 82%, which means that 82% of students can accept the blended learning method with the Pannan and Legge models that have been carried out.
