Employee performance is the result of work that is achieved or the results that have been done or worked by an employee within the chores that are charged to the employee. The problem is a priority weighting of the factors and sub factors to get the solution in advance in accordance with the order of priority. In this study the data collected is done by direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature. The data are processed to determine the priority weight of the components that affect employee performance. From the calculation by AHP method can be obtained by order of priority as follows: The first is the human resources with priority weight 0.558. The second is working environmental conditions with priority weight 0.312. Last is managerial with priority weight 0.131. Thus the factors that require attention and consideration of the company to increase work performance is a factor of human resource with the greatest priority weight.

This study aims to determine the factors that can increase employee satisfaction at the Regional Hospital dr. Sobandi Jember. These factors include work motivation, work environment, and compensation and HR competencies. The population in this study is 226 employees who will also be used as research samples. Thus this research is also called census research. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with PLP Warp software that tests the validity and reliability of measuring instruments, as well as model fit and path analysis test. The results showed that the motivation variable with a coefficient of 0.281 affected employee satisfaction. Work environment variables with a coefficient of 0.162 affect employee satisfaction. HR competency variable with a coefficient value of 0.010 does not affect employee satisfaction. While the compensation variable with a coefficient of 0.681 affects employee satisfaction.

Sistem Informasi Akuntansi menjadi isu penting dalam beberapa tahun belakangan. Sebuah perusahaan dapat berkembang dengan baik apabila perusahaan tersebut telah menerapkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis teknologi informasi (Djanegara et al., 2018). Perputaran persediaan yang besar membuat kebutuhan akan sistem informasi akuntansi sangat tinggi (Bui & Nguyen, 2021). PT. Tunas Harapan Situbondo SPBU 55.683.15 Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember belum mengadopsi pelaporan keuangan berbasiskan teknologi informasi (proses pelaporan keuangan masih menggunakan bantuan microsoft excel. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring (blended learning). Proses pelaksanaan pendampingan sekitar 6 bulan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasiskan aplikasi keuangan, yaitu: Zahir Accounting. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan berbasis aplikasi keuangan lebih bersifat transparan, reliabel dan akurat. Keyword: Pendampingan, SPBU dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

This study uses a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation and work environment on employee performance with employee commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is a quantitative study of the phenomenon in this study the lack of performance effectiveness that has not yet reached the program realization target. The population in this study were ASN employees in 23 sub-districts of Bondowoso Regency as many as 424 employees. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. The test results prove that transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The test results prove that transformational leadership, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has no effect on employee performance. The test results prove that employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The test results prove that transformational leadership, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee commitment.

This research is motivated by data on the percentage of poor people in Bondowoso Regency which is still fluctuating. Also based on the achievement of performance in the context of accelerating poverty reduction, the Sweet Tape Movement has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the influence of the work environment and employee competence on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable for members of the Bondowoso Regency Poverty Reduction Coordination Team. The population of this study was 250 employees, while the number of samples was 125 people using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 5.0. 1. the results of data analysis indicate that the test results have a significant effect on the work environment on organizational commitment of 0.001; 2. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on organizational commitment of 0.001; 3. the test results have a significant effect of the work environment on the performance of members of 0.001; 4. the test results have a significant effect of employee competence on the performance of members of 0.001; 5. the test results have a significant effect of organizational commitment on the performance of members of 0.009; 6. The indirect effect of the work environment on the member's performance variable through the intervening variable of organizational commitment is 0.079 with a significant level of 0.010; 7. The indirect effect of the employee competence variable on the performance of members through the intervening variable of organizational commitment is 0.065 with a significant level of 0.015.

Business management in the field of pharmacy requires a Sales Information databasesystems. The purpose of this study is to design and apply the Sales Information System and toidentify the needs and requirements of the new system are made in order to improve the weaknessin the sales system. The method used is to make the sales information system design phases makesflow diagram and context diagram. The results of the study were achieved is to produce a draftSales Information System that can find solutions quickly and effectively than the existing systemwith a computerized system. Software used is by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.

The performance of some companies is very important for tje evaluation of and planning for thefuture. The employees should be conducted to determine the one who will be every employee. Inpractice, this assessment on work performance of employees to do with methods good and right, soas not to be errors in judgmnet. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of workload and WFC on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the village empowerment office of Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 110 using the Nonprobability Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The main finding of this study is to examine the coefficients of direct and indirect paths to improve employee work through the WFC workload variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. The results showed that workload had no significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, WFC, and organizational commitment have a significant impact on performance. Workload has no significant effect on employee performance when organizational commitment is an intervening variable. WFC positively affects employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that employees already have a clear division of duties so that there is no excessive workload and that employees have organizational commitment so that productivity and work performance increase.
