Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif dapat mewujudkan sustainable economy serta menciptakan sebuah peluang usaha yang siap dalam berkompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan didaerah Poncokusumo Malang, menciptakan sebuah peluang bisnis secara berkesinambungan serta mendeskripsikan potensi ekonomi produktif berdasarkan sektor pertanian jamur tiram yang berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan jamur tiram potensial dikembangkan dikarenakan tersedianya lahan disertai dengan meningkatkannya permintaan jamur tiram yang relatif masih sangat tinggi. Oleh sebab itu pembinaan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan teknologi pasca panen diperlukan harus dilakukan secara continuous dibidang pertanian khususnya budidaya jamur tiram. Hal ini merupakan perwujudan dari upaya untuk mengatasi rendahnya pengetahuan sumber daya manusia dalam mengolah pertanian jamur tiram

Abstract

ABSTRACT Competition in the business world is getting tougher. Companies must be managed dynamically, following the current trends, where the world cannot be separated from technology and the Internet. One of the basic prerequisites for creating competitive advantage is the availability of reliable and competent human resources in accordance with the characteristics of the company. The high level of employee work performance is influenced by several factors including compensation, work experience, and benefits. Compensation, work experience, and welfare benefits are seen as one of the things that can affect the work productivity of employees, because both of these things are now not viewed solely as a means of satisfying material needs but have been one of the basic needs of humans. Hypothesis testing is done based on quantitative tests with relevant statistical test tools. The results of the study state that Compensation, work experience, and welfare benefits have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This is indicated by the probability value of t-count for the variable wages, years of service, and welfare benefits. Compensation has a dominant influence on employee work productivity. This is indicated by the Beta coefficient value for the compensation variable of 0.444 greater than the value of the Beta coefficient variable work experience and welfare benefits. Keywords: Work Productivity, Compensation, Experiences, Welfare Benefits

Abstract

Abstrak: Apakah Accounting Fraud Disebabkan Kesalahan Individu atau Budaya Organisasi? Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menelaah penyebab karyawan melakukan accounting fraud. Peneliti menggunakan regresi multipel sebagai metode pada 152 karyawan organisasi. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa individu merupakan penyebab terbesar adanya  accounting fraud. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya keinginan dan perilaku subyektif yang berimplikasi pada budaya organisasi dan munculnya accounting fraud. Cara untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan menciptakan sistem pengendalian dan media untuk melakukan pelaporan, serta memberikan hukuman bagi pelaku. Audit berkala dan larangan praktik kolusi juga dapat memberantas accounting fraud. Abstract: Is Accounting Fraud Caused by Individual Errors or Organizational Culture? This study seeks to examine the causes of employees doing accounting fraud. Researchers used multiple regression as a method for 152 organizational employees. The analysis finds that individuals are the most significant cause of accounting fraud. This happens because of the desires and individual behavior that has implications for organizational culture and the emergence of fraud accounting. The way to overcome this is to create a control system and media for reporting and provide penalties for perpetrators. Regular audits and prohibitions on collusion practices can also combat fraud accounting.

Abstract

Dalam era revolusi industri 4.0 perubahan fenomena yang terjadi pada teknologicanggih telah mengubah cara-cara orang dalam bekerja dan beraktivitas di berbagai bidang.Kondisi tersebut mendorong semua orang beradaptasi terhadap dunia internet. Seiringkemajuan teknologi dan informasi saat ini telah ditingkatkan dan disebarluaskan diberbagai bidang pemerintahan dan pendidikan. Teknologi dan informasi berdampak besarpada setiap aspek pekerjaan. Namun, pada Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Jawa Timur prosesreservasi ruang masih sederhana, proses tersebut dirasa kurang optimal dan akanmenimbulkan kesalahan yang di sebabkan oleh Human Eror. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmenghasilkan rancang bangun sistem reservasi ruang rapat berbasis website. Dalampenelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancarauntuk mendapatkan informasi valid. Sistem berbasis website akan membantu prosespemesanan ruang rapat pada Dinas Kehutanan Prov. Jatimyaitu (1) proses pemesanan lebihcepat, (2) tidak membutuhkan formular untuk pengajuan atau paperless, (3) mengurangibentrok saat peminjaman ruangan, (4) adanya kebaharuan system kerja di instansi sehinggakinerja lebih efisiens dan efektif.

Abstract

Several countries in the world have entered the stage of globalization, and more and more human resources are needed to adapt to the modernization process. Therefore, human resources play an essential role in the sustainability of life today and tomorrow. However, all activities are carried out online due to the increasing pandemic. It makes all individuals experience work stress. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing time management on employees during a pandemic on the level of work stress experienced by new and other situations so that adjustments must be made to these circumstances. This study used descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The study results showed that 23.5% experienced mild stress and 76.5% experienced moderate stress, and none experienced severe stress. Therefore, the application of good time management can reduce the level of work stress experienced by respondents. The application of time management is to be effective because it has fulfilled five aspects, namely planning, prioritizing, avoiding multitasking, avoiding things that are not important, and setting time limits.

Abstract

The competitive era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 is characterized by the development of progress in all fields of activity, with companies and authorities competing to keep up with the changes through the use of information technology. One of the most popular information technology implementations in enterprises is the employee information system for vacation. A manual leave application system is still used to apply for leave at the East Java provincial government office. An employee who wants to apply for leave must first print the leave form, fill out the leave form, and then give the leave form to the employee for manager approval. The manual process slows down the process of requesting time off. The purpose of this research is to address the shortcomings of the current manual system and create a web-based leave request information system aimed at simplifying and speeding up the employee leave request process. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This web-based leave request information system can be used to assist employees in requesting leave and make it easier for companies to process and manage leave data.

Abstract

Environmental cleanliness in the Salafiyah Sa'idiyah Islamic boarding school still lacks attention. The amount of trash scattered around the boarding school, the poor maintenance of cottage facilities such as window panes which are rarely cleaned, the school floors, which are seldom swept, and the bathrooms, which are poorly maintained, are proof that the awareness of the students is still relatively low. This problem arises because the waste does not get proper handling. Many students can impact the amount of plastic waste in the Islamic boarding school environment. Awareness of students about cleanliness, the cleanliness of the environment where they live, school and personal need to gain knowledge and awareness so that a dirty environment is not sustainable. There needs to be a role from a group that can provide views and directions regarding counseling and sorting of organic and inorganic waste. The method is to provide posters and socialization about the Extension and Segregation of Waste. Posters and socialization were carried out with the hope that the students would have awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness. The purpose of holding waste sorting with students and female students is to facilitate waste management and create a clean and healthy environment. This socialization of environmental hygiene is carried out with the hope that students can implement it in everyday life both in the school environment and the environment where they live in the cottage. The result of this community empowerment is to provide insight to students about the importance of awareness of protecting the environment. In addition, with this community empowerment, students know more about the types of waste and how to sort it. Abstrak: Kebersihan lingkungan di pondok pesantren Salafiyah Sa’idiyah masih terbilang kurang diperhatikan. Banyaknya sampah yang berserakan di lingkungan pondok, kurang terawatnya fasilitas pondok seperti kaca jendela yang jarang dibersihkan, lantai sekolah yang jarang disapu dan kamar mandi yang kurang terawat menjadi bukti bahwa kesadaran santri masih tergolong rendah. Masalah tersebut muncul disebabkan karena sampah tidak mendapatkan penanganan dengan baik. Banyaknya jumlah santri dapat memberi dampak terhadap banyaknya sampah plastik di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Kesadaran santri tentang kebersihan, baik kebersihan lingkungan tempat tinggal, sekolah maupun pribadi perlu mendapatkan pengetahuan dan penyadaran supaya lingkungan kotor tidak berkelanjutan. Perlu adanya peran dari suatu kelompok yang mampu memberikan pandangan dan arahan tentang penyuluhan dan pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan poster dan sosialisasi tentang Penyuluhan dan Pemilahan Sampah. Poster dan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan harapan para santri memiliki kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan. Tujuan dari diadakannya pemilahan sampah bersama santri dan santriwati adalah untuk mempermudah pengolahan sampah serta menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Sosialisasi kebersihan lingkungan ini dilakukan dengan harapan santri dapat mengimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti dilingkunagn sekolah maupun lingkungan tempat tinggal pondok. Hasil dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan wawasan terhadap santri tentang pentingnya kesadaran menjaga lingkungan. Selain itu, dengan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat ini santri lebih mengetahui tentang macam-macam sampah dan bagaimana cara memilahnya.

Abstract

Environmental impacts continue to occur as a result of various human activities. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies are experiencing financial problems that affect the implementation of CSR, especially in the environmental field. As we know, all elements of the government, society, companies are focused on handling the pandemic, but environmental problems continue to occur. This study aims to describe the relationship between GHRM and the implementation of sustainable CSR in the environmental field by PT. Pelindo III in managing the environment amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The data collection process was carried out through three stages, namely conducting a literature study, collecting secondary data and conducting in-depth interviews with employees in charge of implementing CSR. The results showed that at PT. Pelindo III, the GHRM concept applied has a role in the transformation of employee behavior into environmentally friendly employees. Ideas or initiatives on environmental prevention and management are implemented in CSR activities such as tree planting, mangroves, community empowerment in the form of tourist villages, hydroponic villages and other activities. On the other hand, environmental impact prevention activities are also carried out by implementing the green port concept at ports as well as a paperless policy, reducing the use of plastic and segregating waste. To maintain a green culture, employees who consistently contribute to environmental issues are given rewards.

Abstract

Berdasarkan data UNESCO dalam Global Education Monitoring Report 2016, kualitas guru menempati urutan ke-14 dari 14 negara berkembang di dunia. Peningkatan kualitas guru menjadi penting, karena sebaik apapun kurikulum yang telah direncanakan tidak akan dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa dukungan guru yang berkualitas. Layanan ini dapat memberikan informasi dan solusi bagi para guru agar dapat meningkatkan pendidikannya ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi guna meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al-Khairiyah II Surabaya agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan dalam perubahan dunia yang dinamis ini. Banyak guru yang hanya lulusan S1, sehingga pengetahuannya terbatas dan belum berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Hasil dari pengabdian ini peserta mendapatkan tambahan wawasan tentang manfaat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA); informasi tambahan mengenai ketersediaan beasiswa bagi guru Sekolah Dasar (SD); dan temukan tips tentang cara mengatur waktu antara sekolah dan mengajar/kerja.

Abstract

Salafiyah Sa'idiyah Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic religious education institutions in Indonesia which is located in Arosbaya District, Bangkalan, East Java. The presence of Islamic boarding schools provides adequate religious lessons for students to face the future in a society that always experiences dynamic situations. However, the interest of students to continue their education to a higher level is still low. This is due to several factors such as economic, environmental factors and a lack of understanding of the importance of college. Another obstacle is regarding the thought of early marriage. the students of Sa'idiyah High School who tend to have the perspective of getting married rather than continuing their education. This is because the culture of thinking about marriage to avoid adultery has been firmly entrenched in Sa'idiyah High School students, so that the interest of students at Sa'idiyah High School is relatively low in continuing their education from school level to university. The method used in providing assistance this was to socialize the importance of studying in college for students, asking questions and simple games. The result of this assistance was that it was found that most of the 150 students of SMA Sa'idiyah had an interest and were motivated to continue their education to tertiary level. Meanwhile, prior to the mentoring of SMA Sa'idiyah students and students, they had no interest in continuing their education at tertiary institutions. This socialization was carried out with the hope that students would have the motivation to continue their further education after graduating from high school (SMA).
