Abstract

Social media is a tool or means that can be accessed by everyone without limitation of time and distance as long as there is an internet network. The existence of social media that has wide, easy, and fast access is used by MSME small entrepreneurs to be more courageous in promoting their products as an effective and efficient marketing medium. The rapid development of MSMEs has made the use of social media even higher. The existence of MSMEs is expected to be able to expand employment opportunities, accelerate the process of economic equality, increase community income, and promote national stability. The use of social media is expected to be able to increase the marketing reach of MSME businesses. With the Thematic Real Work Lecture program, it is hoped that outreach and training activities on the development of MSME marketing in Kedungrejo Village through social media can provide an understanding of the importance of social media in developing business while keeping up with the times and can be used as much as possible. Keywords: UMKM; Social media; Extension; Training.

Abstract

UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is one of the Indonesian economy driving forces currently as the foundation of various sectors. Along with the growth of information technology that has increased sharply, many digital applications have been developed that offer convenience to the public, especially in terms of inclusion of funds as working capital, this has indirectly been broadly used by MSME players in seeking working capital in a short way. Peer to Peer Lending / P2PL (Fintech) or commonly referred to as an application online lending-based institutions, currently many have been present in the community either through licensed or unlicensed through the OJK Institution. As of October 14, 2020, OJK has released data on as many as 157 Legal Peer to Peer Lending Companies, while the number of Unlicensed P2PLending Institutions reported to OJK is around 2400, in the research conducted only 108 data were taken. From the data processing using the naïve Bayes method in determining the grouping / classification, it is found that 50% of P2PL companies carried out activities with the Very fraudulently Category, 33% are quite fraudulently and 17% not fraudulently. With the release of research results, it is hoped that MSME players in obtaining loans online can be more vigilant in determining which institutions to appoint in venture capital participation. Abstract

In the current globalization era, global marketing is marketing that accepts complex (geocentric) world market similarities through the integration of domestic, foreign and international marketing activities that can create synergies while maintaining organizational strategic objectives and competitive advantage as the power of global marketing efforts. The existence of increasingly sophisticated information, transportation and communication technology is very supportive of the existence of global markets and closer distances and accelerating long periods of time. The target population in the study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bhayangkara Surabaya who had made purchases with a minimum of 2 times gofood. in this case the number of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Bhayangkara Surabaya who had made purchases with a minimum of 2x gofood was 1083. So with the Slovin sample formula as many as 100 respondents. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely price, promotion, and discount, while the dependent variable was customer satisfaction. To find out the outcome simultaneously and partially used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this research is that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of prices, promotions and discounts on gofood consumer satisfaction among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Surabaya. The dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction is promotion.

Abstract

Economic development is one of the benchmarks in national development, the economic sector makes special attention to the government in carrying out national development. The object of research used in this study is a publicly listed commercial bank in Indonesia for the 2017-2019 research period. The population of go public commercial banks in Indonesia is 31 banks, based on criteria using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. While the statistical test using the F test and t test. Conclusion 1. CAR, NPL, and LDR variables together have a significant effect on ROA. 2. The CAR variable has a positive and significant effect on ROA, the NPL variable has a negative but not significant effect on ROA, the LDR variable has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA 3. Abstract

ABSTRACT Competition in the business world is getting tougher. Companies must be managed dynamically, following the current trends, where the world cannot be separated from technology and the Internet. One of the basic prerequisites for creating competitive advantage is the availability of reliable and competent human resources in accordance with the characteristics of the company. The high level of employee work performance is influenced by several factors including compensation, work experience, and benefits. Compensation, work experience, and welfare benefits are seen as one of the things that can affect the work productivity of employees, because both of these things are now not viewed solely as a means of satisfying material needs but have been one of the basic needs of humans. Hypothesis testing is done based on quantitative tests with relevant statistical test tools. The results of the study state that Compensation, work experience, and welfare benefits have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This is indicated by the probability value of t-count for the variable wages, years of service, and welfare benefits. Compensation has a dominant influence on employee work productivity. This is indicated by the Beta coefficient value for the compensation variable of 0.444 greater than the value of the Beta coefficient variable work experience and welfare benefits. Keywords: Work Productivity, Compensation, Experiences, Welfare Benefits

Abstract

The problem of fluctuating financial conditions due to the impact of the MEA free market, if allowed to drag on can result in bankruptcy. Therefore, it is very important to have research related to financial distress, to find out these conditions can be seen and measured through financial statements using financial ratios, namely Current Ratio, Debt Ratio and Return on Assets. The sample of this study amounted to 33 company financial statement data obtained from 2017-2019. This research is based on a quantitative approach using statistical testing of the hypothesis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study show that partially the current ratio variable, debt ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on financial distress. Simultaneously, the variable current ratio, debt ratio and return on assets have a significant effect on financial distress. And the current ratio variable has a dominant effect on financial distress.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan audit manajemen mempunyai pengaruh penting terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi kinerja pemasaran. Tujuan audit manajemen atas fungsi pemasaran yang terjadi pada perusahaan dalam rangka memastikan apakah aktifitas tersebut berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien dalam mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan atas berbagai kekurangan yang masih terjadi pada aktifitas pemasaran yang diaudit sebagai dasar peningkatan kinerja dari aktfitas tersebut. Setelah melakukan evaluasi efektifitas fungsi pemasaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pengelolaan aktifitas tersebut cukup efektif dan efisien, namun masih terdapat point-point yang masih menuntut perbaikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pemimpin dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bagian sales modern trade PT. Pinus Merah Abadi cabang Sidoarjo. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif dan uji kebasahan menggunakan triangulasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan bagian sales modern trade (MT) sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin PT. Pinus Merah Abadi cabang Sidoarjo menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan demokratis. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tersebut terlihat dari bagaimana cara pemimpin memiliki rencana perubahan besar dan terarah terhadap visi, misi dan strategi perusahaan. Namun pemimpin juga menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Gaya kepemimpinan tersebut terlihat dari pemimpin mengutamakan musyawarah dan mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan yang ada saat ini telah memenuhi kriteria dalam penilaian kinerja, namun ada beberapa kendala dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan seperti ada beberapa karyawan yang masih belum dapat menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya.
