Abstract

Era digital secara konsep menuntut pemanfaatan teknologi pada seluruh aspek pekerjaan manusia, khususnya adanya sinergi dan hubungan antara teknologi dengan faktor manusia yang dianggap sebagai salah satu aset perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang membuat karyawan memutuskan untuk menggunakan aplikasi sistem informasi sumber daya manusia dalam rutinitas pekerjaan dengan melihat pada variabel penelitian manajemen SDM yaitu kinerja, disiplin, dan produktivitas kerja dalam mempengaruhi keputusan menggunakan aplikasi HRIS. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna dari beberapa perusahaan di Surabaya yang menggunakan aplikasi HRIS dalam rutinitas operasional pekerjaan sehari-hari mereka. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan sampel penelitian sebanyak 55 responden dari berbagai perusahaan di Surabaya dan hasil tanggapan responden tersebut dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan pembuktian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasilnya adalah faktor kinerja karyawan dan faktor disiplin mempengaruhi secara signifikan keputusan pengguna menggunakan sistem informasi sumber daya manusia. Hal ini dikarenakan para responden merasa adanya urgensi terhadap proses pencatatan adminsitrasi yang lebih baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel produktivitas kerja tidak mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan aplikasi SISDM dikarenakan aplikasi hanya dipandang sebagai alat penunjang operasional pekerjaan sehari hari.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia adalah faktor kompleks dalam organisasi bisnis. perilaku manusia menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan, hal-hal terkait perasaan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan sebagian dari pembentuk kinerja karyawan. peran pemimpin pun tidak kalah penting dalam membentuk perilaku karyawan, pemimpin tidak lagi berperan sebagai atasan saja tapi juga sebagai pendorong bagi karyawannya untuk mau berusaha lebih baik dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja mereka, pemimpina harus mampu membentuk perilaku karyawan agar secara sukarela mau berkorban bagi perusahaanya, peran perilaku konsumen ini dikenal dengan istilah Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Pada penelitian ini akan mengambil tema yaitu peran kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB dan berdampak kepada kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dalam mendapatkan data yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. XYZ dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purporsive sampling. Hasil tanggapan responden didapatkan sejumlah 105 dan kemudian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SEM GSCA. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa faktor kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh kepada OCB dan selanjutnya mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Abstract

Konsep Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) saat ini telah berkembang bila selama ini terdapat anggapan bahwa proses MSDM sering berhubungan dengan pemakaian bahan yang sangat banyak seperti kertas, alat tulis dan sebagainya. Saat ini dikenal konsep green human resource management (GHRM), konsep ini memberikan solusi bagaimana mengimplementasikan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dengan meninimalkan penggunaan bahan perkantoran. Solusinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti aplikasi ataupun platform digital lainnya dalam operasional perusahaan sehari-hari. Namun untuk mengimplementasikan konsep teknologi pengguna harus menguasai dan terbiasa dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk menciptakan kepuasan dan produktivitas kerja. Pada penelitian ini akan mengukur hubungan antara GHRM terhadap penerimaan teknologi (TAM) dalam rangka meningkatkan kepuasan dan produktivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan perusahaan di surabaya yang sehari-harinya menggunakan aplikasi komputer dalam bekerja. Hasilnya diperoleh sebanyak 120 responden dan dengan tingkat error 5% data responden diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya adalah GHRM berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap TAM dan mempengaruhi pula secara signifikan kepuasan dan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Infrastructure development drives changes in livelihoods, incomes, and social status. The construction of the Teluk Lamong Terminal is a phenomenon of community social change that originates from environmental changes. This study aims to explain the socio-economic changes in the surrounding community after constructing the Teluk Lamong Terminal. This research was conducted using a descriptive method by interviewing 161 employees who are also part of the local community. This study found that most people felt the socio-economic changes that occurred because of the multiplier effect in the economic field, such as opening business opportunities. In the social field, changes also occur in social relations in the community, namely the improvement in conditions of social harmony and the role of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal in terms of repairing various infrastructures in the affected areas. Through the concept of Green Port and Green Culture, PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal also creates cultural changes in the community to participate consistently in protecting the environment.

Abstract

Environmental impacts continue to occur as a result of various human activities. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies are experiencing financial problems that affect the implementation of CSR, especially in the environmental field. As we know, all elements of the government, society, companies are focused on handling the pandemic, but environmental problems continue to occur. This study aims to describe the relationship between GHRM and the implementation of sustainable CSR in the environmental field by PT. Pelindo III in managing the environment amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative description. The data collection process was carried out through three stages, namely conducting a literature study, collecting secondary data and conducting in-depth interviews with employees in charge of implementing CSR. The results showed that at PT. Pelindo III, the GHRM concept applied has a role in the transformation of employee behavior into environmentally friendly employees. Ideas or initiatives on environmental prevention and management are implemented in CSR activities such as tree planting, mangroves, community empowerment in the form of tourist villages, hydroponic villages and other activities. On the other hand, environmental impact prevention activities are also carried out by implementing the green port concept at ports as well as a paperless policy, reducing the use of plastic and segregating waste. To maintain a green culture, employees who consistently contribute to environmental issues are given rewards.

Abstract

Background: Consumers face both positive and negative impacts when buying a product for the first time. Existing studies emphasize the rational aspects in making decisions to buy cosmetics. Buying cosmetics will include liking the product (emotional aspect) and the good effects obtained from buying the product, in addition to rational considerations such as product safety (rational aspect). This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive and emotional orientation models in making decisions to buy cosmetics for the first time. Objective: This study examines the rational and emotional aspects of buying a cosmetic product for the first time. Method: This research involved 131 consumers who either bought cosmetics for the first time or a new product. Consumer age ranges were from 18 to 22 years. Respondents have used cosmetics for up to 3 years. Respondents were selected using accidental sampling. Results: showed that rational and emotional considerations significantly contribute to purchasing decisions. Consumers not only consider the benefits of these cosmetics, but also pay attention to their feelings towards these products. Conclusion: Consideration of emotional and rational aspects will influence purchasing decisions. The preferences and positive expectations consumers feel will be a more dominant factor than fear of risk. Producers need to communicate information that can make consumers happy in addition to product functions. Keywords: Ratio Considerations, Emotional Considerations, Purchasing Decision-making

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kreativitas dan budaya kerja  terhadap kinerja karyawan Surya Plastik Utama di Surabaya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan Surya Plastik Utama Adapun teknik pengaimbilain saimpel dengan merupakan non probaibility saimpling dengain purposive saimpling adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian buidaya kerja berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kreativitas dan budaya kerja secara simultan berpengaruh secvara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The reciprocal relationship between superiors and subordinates (leader-member exchange or LMX) influences work productivity, organizational citizenship. This study examines the relationship model of interactional justice and power distance reduction in the leader-member exchange. The study was conducted on 240 staff who have more than two years of work experience. The analysis results showed that the relationship model of Interactional Justice and Power Distance on the Leader-Member Exchange showed significant results (F =, p <0.01).
