The research data is qualitative data obtained through library research. The intellectual thought method is used to analyze this research. The research investigates the history of Kuntiwijoyo's thought and the development of his thought from Islamic politics to prophetic social literature. Axiologically, Kuntowijoyo's prophetic Islamic paradigm adheres to three principles: humanization (amar ma'ruf), liberation (nahi munkar), and transcendence (al-iman billah). In the context of development, it is necessary to objectify Islamic teachings so that the vision of rahmatan lil alamin can be real and felt by everyone, which results in equitable development based on the principles of Islamic teachings.

This article aims to analyze the UU TPKS from the perspective of Islamic law and a psychological approach also public policy. This research is library research by using data collection tools from articles, journals, books that was contained in Google Scholar. The data analysis technique uses a content analysis approach in the UU TPKS. The findings of this study suggest that a leader has a duty to guard his followers' souls, minds, dignity, and worth in Islam. According to QS. Ar-Rum (30):21, Islam condemns the use of force in the display of love and affection for women. Islam forbids violence against women. A leader must develop a rule to prevent sexual assault on women and advance moral values as a means of holding his people accountable. This rule must be followed and put into action by all members of society, as stated in (QS. An-Nisa, (04): 59. In addition to taking a religiously based approach, leaders are heavily influenced by modern science, such as psychology, when formulating policies for the welfare of their people, particularly women.

Abstract

Abstract

This study analyzes the views of four contemporary Indonesian preachers, that is Hanan Attaki, Buya Yahya, Gus Baha, and Ustadz Abdul Somad regarding the practice of Weton calculation and parental blessing in marital decision-making as presented on TikTok. Using a qualitative approach through content analysis and virtual ethnography, the research examined four TikTok sermons (10-15 minutes each) uploaded between January 2023 and December 2024, along with audience interactions in the comment sections. The findings reveal that all preachers reject Weton as a determinant of marriage compatibility because it contradicts Islamic monotheism, yet they differ in their preaching approaches: Hanan Attaki and Gus Baha emphasize rational faith, Buya Yahya adopts a moderate stance that tolerates cultural expressions, while Ustadz Abdul Somad firmly condemns superstition. The study shows that TikTok serves as a space for negotiating religious and cultural values, with Buya Yahya's moderate approach being the most accepted. This research contributes to contemporary digital da'wah studies by highlighting the emergence of new religious authority within Indonesia's digital landscape.

However, the influence of this technology also carries risks and negative impacts on Muslim psychology, including the spread of false information, social comparisons, conflicts, and addiction disorders. The study discusses the impact of technology on the psychology of individuals and Muslim communities. This article uses the literature review method to gather data from a variety of literary sources that are relevant to the research topic. Data is systematically analyzed to identify patterns, findings, and latest developments related to the impact of technology, especially social media, on the psychology of Muslim individuals. The use of social media has enriched the knowledge of Muslim individuals about religion and enabled inter-Muslim interactions around the world. However, risks such as the spread of false information, social comparisons, and addiction disorders also affect their psychology. Education, critical skills development, psychological support, wise time management, and inter-Muslim dialogue can help overcome the negative impact. The influence of technology on contemporary Muslim psychology involves complex aspects. Education and awareness of the risks associated with social media are essential to addressing its negative impact. In addition, good time management, effective communication, and attention to religious practices and Islamic values must also be taken into account.
