Abstract

Cow are family animal bovinae and subfamily bovidae. Cow are raise for use in meat and milk. Beef production does not fullfill National beef demand. This is influenced by several factors, one of them is the cultivation pattern. But knowledge about cultivation is still scattered and unstructured. Knowledge Management System (KMS) offer a knowledge system that can be used to create, collect, store, maintain and disseminate knowledge. In this study KMS has been applied to cattle farming with the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The outcome of the research is a web based application regarding the management of cattle farming that have been tested by experts and users with an average test results stated good. The features of this KMS application are knowledge capture, knowledge sharing and knowledge application system, so they can share knowledge between one user and another. In addition, this application is equipped with a discussion forum that serves as a place to interact between fellow users or with experts.

Abstract

Commitment Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation of outstanding teacher Raudhatul Athfal within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sarolangun Regency. Based on the grand tour found still lacking. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using the snawboll sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification of the reliability of research results obtained by techniques of extension of participation, accuracy of observation, triangulation andata. The results showed that. The commitment of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation of outstanding teachers Raudhatul Atfhal within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sarolangun Regency can be in the form of spective, normative and sustainable commitments. The factors causing the lack of commitment of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation for the achievement of Raudhatul Athfal teachers are First, the Internal Factors that exist in the Head of the Ministry of Religion itself lack the enthusiasm to motivate teachers Raudhatul Athfal.Second External Factors from outside the Head of the Ministry of Religion such as lack of cooperation with the community, Regional Government, Provincial Ministry of Religion and Central Ministry. The strategy of the Head of the Ministry of Religion for improving the Motivation for Teacher Achievement Raudhatul Athfal can be in the form of providing coaching, training and including seminars and improving higher education

Abstract

Penerapan bak sampah khusus untuk botol plastik di Desa Arjasari bertujuan untuk mengelola sampah plastik sekaligus meningkatkan pendapatan karang taruna dan masyarakat melalui pengumpulan dan daur ulang. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas program ini dalam menyelenggarakan berbagai acara di desa, seperti festival budaya dan kegiatan komunitas. Dengan menyediakan bak sampah khusus, masyarakat didorong untuk memisahkan sampah botol plastik sejak awal, yang kemudian dapat dijadikan sumber penghasilan. Metode penelitian meliputi pengamatan langsung, wawancara dengan warga, dan analisis dampak ekonomi dari penjualan botol plastik yang terpilah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengumpulkan botol plastik meningkat signifikan, dan dana yang diperoleh dari penjualan sampah plastik ini digunakan untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan acara-acara lokal. Selain itu, inisiatif ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program edukasi tentang pengelolaan sampah dan pemanfaatan hasil daur ulang sebagai sumber pendanaan untuk kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Dengan demikian, penerapan bak sampah khusus botol plastik di Desa Arjasari tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah plastik, tetapi juga menciptakan ladang pemasukan yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat

Abstract

Transisi dari pendidikan menengah ke perguruan tinggi merupakan fase penting dalam perjalanan akademik siswa. Seminar "Langkah Pasti Menuju Kampus Impian" yang diselenggarakan di MA Az Zakaria bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapan siswa menghadapi seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi melalui strategi terintegrasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 70 siswa kelas XI dan XII dengan metode pelaksanaan berupa presentasi interaktif, sesi tanya jawab, workshop pemilihan jurusan, serta sesi berbagi dengan mahasiswa. Hasil survei pasca-seminar menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman strategi ujian sebesar 85%, peningkatan motivasi belajar 90%, dan kejelasan visi karir sebesar 80%. Program ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan siswa menghadapi dunia perkuliahan.

Abstract

The more rapid and growing tourism in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency, allows many visitors, especially tourists who need a resting place. Moreover, supported by various tourist attractions that are quite good, this has become the basis for business development in the lodging service sector in Situbondo. Hotel Rengganis is one of the lodging service businesses in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency that offers a resting place, by providing bedroom facilities, food, and drinks for people who are doing business or recreation, in order to provide a peaceful, comfortable, healthy and friendly atmosphere that required by consumers or guests. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of promotions and facilities on loyalty through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Promotion has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Facilities have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty, Facilities have a significant positive effect on Loyalty, Visitor satisfaction has a significant positive effect to Loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Promotion variable on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Facilities on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction have a significant positive effect

Abstract

Di zaman digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi menjadi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Meskipun siswa mungkin tidak menganggap topik PPKn menarik, media interaktif ini memiliki fungsi sebagai alat yang ampuh dalam memotivasi mereka serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah dan bagaimana wordwall dapat digunakan di kelas PPKn untuk memotivasi siswa agar belajar lebih banyak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai pengalaman dan sudut pandang siswa terhadap penggunaan media wordwall. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan/observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil riset menyatakan bahwasannya penggunaan wordwallsecara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa mengungkapkan bahwasannya fitur-fitur interaktif wordwall mendukung pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan, serta membantu siswa untuk memperdalam materi dengan lebih mudah. Observasi juga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis data kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa elemen gamifikasi danvisualisasi yang disediakan oleh wordwall berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di pedesaan masih menjadi tantangan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Margaluyu ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan warga melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Program dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan paving block dari limbah plastik dan pemasangan plang edukasi mengenai waktu urai sampah di lima titik strategis desa. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup observasi, sosialisasi, demonstrasi, dan evaluasi dampak kegiatan terhadap pemahaman masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan serta antusiasme warga dalam mencoba inovasi daur ulang sampah secara mandiri. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun budaya sadar lingkungan dan mendorong pengembangan ekonomi berbasis daur ulang di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media provides both opportunities and challenges for students in filtering information. In PPKn learning, innovative strategies are needed to help students understand civic issues critically. The social media literacy project serves as an approach that encourages students to analyze digital content reflectively and responsibly. Through project-based activities, students are trained to identify facts, opinions, hoaxes, and the social impacts of circulating information. This study aims to determine the influence of social media literacy projects in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning on improving students’ critical thinking skills. This research employs a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of two classes at SMA PGRI 2 Bandung, namely the experimental class (XI Social Science) and the control class (XI Science). The instruments used were tests administered before and after treatment (pretest and posttest). The results showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of both the experimental and control classes. The social media literacy project was also able to create active and engaging learning. The N-Gain score calculation for the experimental class using the social media literacy project showed an average value of 60.22%, categorized as fairly effective and approaching the upper limit toward the effective category. This indicates that the implementation of the social media literacy project in PPKn learning has a positive effect on improving students’ critical thinking skills. Thus, this approach can serve as an innovative alternative in developing 21st-century competencies, particularly in PPKn learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The number of parents who are too busy with their work are like the elderly who live in the countryside where her daily livelihood is a farmer and keeps busy in the field to cultivate her plants from before the rising of the sun until the evening approaches, resulting in a lack of attention to her child. It is an intentional lack of interaction between parents and their children where almost the average work of parents in Budiharja Village, Cililin sub-district is a farmer. The purpose of this study is to know: To find out how much parents provide parenting to children, fostering the formation of children's character and the influence of parental care to the formation of children's character in the Village Budiharja Cililin District. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that emphasizes the processing of numbers and questionnaires as the main instrument. The results of research generally conclude that all the variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the implementation of parenting pattern to the character formation of children. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the results of the questionnaire calculation that parents strongly disagree to physical violence 77.5% and 47% responded not agree to be hard to the child but the parents have given freedom to children. Parents always nurture the character of the child to fit the 18 characters of the nation, but they emphasize more on their children to be more religiously imitating the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad. Keywords: character, parenting patterns ABSTRAK Banyaknya orang tua yang terlalu sibuk terhadap pekerjaannya seperti orang tua yang tinggal dipedesaan yang mata pencaharian sehar-hari nya sebagai petani dan terus sibuk diladang mengurusi tanamannya dari sebelum terbit matahari sampai malam menjelang, sehingga kurangnya perhatian terhadap anaknya. Hal tersebut mengaktibatkan kurangnya interaksi antara orang tua dengan anaknya dimana hampir rata-rata pekerjaan orang tua di Desa Budiharja Kecamatan Cililin adalah seorang petani. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar orang tua memberikan pola asuh kepada anak, memupuk pembentukan karakter anak dan pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap pembentukan karakter anak di Desa Budiharja Kecamatan Cililin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskritif yang lebih menekankan pada pengolahan angka dan angket sebagai instrumen utamanya. Hasil penelitian pada umumnya menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh variable secara bersama-sama (simultan)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi pola asuh orang tua terhadap pembentukkan karakter anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, hasil perhitungan angket bahwa orang tua sangat tidak setuju melakukan kekerasan fisik 77,5% dan 47% menjawab tidak setuju bersikap keras kepada anak melainkan orang tua sudah memberikan kebebasan kepada anak. Orang tua selalu memupuk karakter anak untuk sesuai dengan 18 karakter bangsa, tetapi mereka lebih menekankan kepada anaknya untuk lebih religius mencontoh tingkah laku Nabi Muhamad Saw. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving digital citizenship literacy among Indonesian senior high school students. Grounded in the integration of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) with digital citizenship competencies, the research responds to evidence that students’ digital skills are uneven, with strengths in safety and etiquette but weaknesses in content creation and critical participation. A quasi-experimental quantitative design with a nonequivalent control group was employed, involving Grade XI students from two public senior high schools in Jakarta. The experimental group received PjBL-based instruction on digital citizenship issues, while the control group was taught using conventional expository methods. Digital citizenship literacy covering digital access, communication, etiquette, and rights and responsibilities was measured using a validated Likert-scale test administered as pretest and posttest. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normalized gain scores, and independent samples t-tests. The findings (illustrative) indicate that PjBL yields higher gains in digital citizenship literacy than traditional instruction, particularly in digital communication and etiquette, which are widely recognized as core dimensions of digital citizenship in contemporary civics education. The study discusses pedagogical implications for integrating PjBL into PPKn and other related subjects to prepare students as ethical, critical, and participatory digital citizens
