Abstract

Nur Fried Chicken, Café Bonaparte dan Warung adalah beberapa perusahaan yang memasarkan produk di industri makanan dan minuman dengan menggunakan media promosi sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook dan WhatsApp sebagai kontak. Menggunakan media sosial untuk memasarkan produk atau layanannya, untuk memberikan informasi tertentu kepada konsumen dan untuk mempromosikan produknya. Media sosial digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk, meningkatkan citra produk dan meningkatkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui promosi apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Nur Fried Chicken, Café Bonaparte dan Warung Kedaita dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial pada Nur Fried Chicken, Café Bonaparte dan Warung Kedaita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kualtatif berupa pemaparan penggunaan media sosial oleh Owner Nur Fried Chicken, Café Bonaparte dan Warung Kedaita. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dengan pengambilan teknik sampel yakni purposive sampling artinya dengan secara sengaja memilih objek penelitian. Media sosial paling aktif yang digunakan untuk memasarkan produknya adalah Instagram karena Instagram memiliki banyak fitur dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persentase penambahan wortel dan daun kelor terhadap tingkat kesukaan (warna, aroma, rasa dan tekstur) riceball ikan layang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Timoreng Panua dengan (25 orang panelis) Kecamatan Panca Rijang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata varian yang banyak disukai panelis adalah varian wortel. Peresentase nilai dari segi warna adalah 4.92, aroma 4.84, rasa 4.84 dan tekstur 4.92. Kesimpulannya, produk riceball ika layang ini memiliki potensi yang baik untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil uji organoleptik kedua sampel dengan dua perlakuan yang dapat dilihat dari warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur bahwa penambahan wortel banyak disukai oleh panelis dapat diterima dimasyarakat. This research activity aims to determine the effect of the percentage of added carrots and Moringa leaves on the level of liking (color, aroma, taste and texture) of mackerel scad riceballs. This research was carried out in Timoreng Panua Village with (25 panelists) Panca Rijang District. This research was carried out on June 2024. The results of the research showed that the average value of the variant that most panelists liked was the carrot variant. The percentage value in terms of color is 4.92, aroma 4.84, taste 4.84 and texture 4.92. In conclusion, the ika layang riceball product has good potential for further development. Based on the results of organoleptic tests of two samples with two treatments, as observed through color, aroma, taste, and texture, the addition of carrots was highly favored by the panelists and is acceptable to the public.

Abstract

This research will provide information about how the conversion of agricultural land into residential areas affects farmers' income. Understanding their impacts can help in developing strategies to protect or improve the welfare of affected farmers. The aim of the research is to determine the impact on farmers' income after the conversion of agricultural land into a residential area in the Maritengngae sub-district, Sidrap Regency. The research was conducted in 2024 between January and March. Secondary data was collected from various online sources, statistical agencies and scientific publications, primary data was obtained through direct interviews with farmers using questionnaires. The sampling strategy uses saturated samples and probability sampling methods. Farmers in Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency who carried out land conversion were used as research samples. Land conversion has an impact on income. Farmers experience a decrease in income after land conversion due to loss of agricultural land. Apart from that, the impact also occurs in the form of reducing the area of ​​agricultural land and affecting the balance of the agricultural land ecosystem.

Abstract

This research is a case study research. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing development strategy for porang. By using the SWOT Analysis technique.  The method used in this research, namely the qualitative method, is a method that focuses on in-depth observation. And the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Results of research on PT Porang Marketing Development Strategy. Al-Fatih Porang Indonesia, Tallumae Village, Wattang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is an S-O (Strength-Opportunities) Strategy, namely taking advantage of existing profits and opportunities by: Easy to cultivate to increase production to meet market needs, Establishing collaboration with other agencies that then processed into several forms of products that have many benefits. Large areas of land can produce a lot of porang so they can meet market needs. Certified products are products that have been recognized internationally so that porang can grow in the market (market share). strength and weakness factor value) 2.65 and the Y value (difference in opportunity and threat factor values) 2.01 are used as the coordinate points for the internal and external factor analysis quadrants. So it is concluded that the coordinate points for the Porang Marketing Development Strategy at PT Al-Fatih Porang Indonesia Tallumae Village, Wattang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District is in Quadrant I.
