Abstract

This study uses a comparative method that is carried out on consumers who have shopped at the Estizy and Aladin Distro. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the marketing strategy of the Estizy and Aladin Distro. Samples were taken as many as 100 people using a sampling technique, namely Proportioned Stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used the Paraid Sample T Test. The results showed that the Estizy and Aladin distributions were -1,926 with profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060. Thus the value of t count <t table (-1.926 <1.984) and the value of profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060 <0.05, then H0 is rejected (there is no significant difference). So it can be concluded that the Estizy and Aladdin distributions have differences that are not much different.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemasaran adalah suatu sistem total dari kegiatan bisnis yang dirancang untuk merencanakan, menentukan harga, mempromosikan, dan mendistribusikan barang-barang yang memuaskan keinginan dan jasa baik pada konsumen saat ini maupun konsumen potensial. Salah satu promosi atau strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu dengan menciptakan suasana toko yang aman dan nyaman agar memberi kesan menarik kepada pelanggan serta penentuan harga yang sesuai dengan kualitas barang. Sehingga menimbulkan minat beli yang pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh suasana toko terhadap minat beli (Studi kasus pada toko Abi Zahra Bima). (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap minat beli (Studi kasus pada toko Abi Zahra Bima). (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh suasana toko dan persepsi harga terhadap minat beli (Studi kasus pada toko Abi Zahra Bima). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji asumsi klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Analisi koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien Determinasi, Uji Simultan (Uji F), dan Uji parsial (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan bahwa di toko Abi Zahra Kota Bima, suasana toko tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara suasana toko dan harga terhadap minat beli konsumen. Kata kunci: Minat Beli, Persepsi Harga, Dan Suasana Toko Abstract: Marketing is a total system of business activities designed to plan, price, promote, and distribute goods that satisfy both current and potential consumers' desires and services. One promotion or marketing strategy that can be carried out by the company is to create a safe and comfortable shop atmosphere in order to give an attractive impression to customers and determine the price according to the quality of the goods. So that it gives rise to buying interest which in turn can influence customers to make purchase. The purpose of this study is (1) To understand & analyze the influence of the store atmosphere on buying interest (Case study on Abi Zahra Bima stores). (2) To understand & analyze the effect of price perception on buying interest (Case study at the Abi Zahra Bima store).(3) To understand & analyze the influence of store atmosphere & price perceptions on buying interest (Case study at Abi Zahra Bima store). Data analysis techniques used were Validity Test, ReliAbility Test, Classic Assumptions Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis of Multiple Correlation Coefficients, Determination Coefficients, Simultaneous Test (FTest), & Partial Test (TTest). Based on the results of research & discussion, it can be concluded that in the AbiI Zahra store at City of Bima, the atmosphere of the store haven’t a positive & significant effect on consumer buying interest, Price perception has a positive & significant effect on consumer buying interest,and There is a positive & significant influence between the atmosphere of the store and the price of consumer buying interest. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk, 2010-2019 Period. The research method is using the associative method, with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using secondary data. The population in this study is 16 years old and the sample used is 10 years which is the annual report of the banking sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study using the t test and f test showed that partially Net Interest Margin (NIM), had a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Non-Performing Loans (NPL) are partially significant and have a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). And simultaneously Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

ABSTRAK penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Toko Dewi Indah Gorden. Toko Dewi Indah Gorden memberikan harga menyesuaikan dengan bahan dan model yang di pesan calon konsumenya. Meskipun begitu ada beberapa konsumen yang mengatakan bahwa kualitas produk yang diberikan ada sedikit kekurangan dari jahitan gordenya yang kurang rapi dan lipatan gorden smokringnya kurang bagus, ketebalan kain gordenya ada yang tipis sehingga terlihat tembus pandang, Dan juga harga yang diberikan Oleh Toko Dewi Indah Gorden relatif mahal. Meski pada umumnya Gorden Tekstil memiliki harga yang cendrung tinggi karena Gorden bukan jenis barang yang berumur pendek. Data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Populasi yang diperoleh dengan karakteristik pelanggan setia dengan indikator sekurang-kurangnya dua kali melakukan pembelian dan merekomendasikan produk atau layanan kepada orang lain. Dimana penentuan sample menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 96 responden. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan nilai 3,94 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 005. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk; harga; loyalitas konsumen. ABSTRAC This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty at Dewi Indah Gorden Shop. Dewi Indah Gorden store provides prices according to the materials and models ordered by potential customers. Even so, there are some consumers who say that the quality of the product provided has a few drawbacks from the stitching of the curtains which are not neat and the folds of the smoking curtains are not good, the thickness of the curtain fabric is thin so it looks see-through, And also the price given by Toko Dewi Indah The curtains are relatively expensive. Although in general, textile curtains have a high price, because curtains are not a type of short-lived item. Data obtained by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population obtained with the characteristics of loyal customers with indicators of at least two purchases and recommends products or services to others. Where the sample uses purposive sampling in order to obtain a sample of 96 respondents. The results of the analysis of research data indicate that product quality and price simultaneously affect consumer loyalty with a value of 3.94 and a significance of 0.000 < 005. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of net profit margin, return on investment and total asset turnover on profit growth at Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2006-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of Indonesian cement companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 15 years old with a purposive sampling technique as the sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin variable has a significant effect on profit growth, return on investment has a significant negative effect on profit growth and total asset turnover has a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dept to equity ratio (DER) and book value per share (BVS) on stock return at PT. Bisi International, Tbk. The population in this study is financial statements that have been registered on the IDX from 2007 – 2020, namely 13 years, while the sample used is 10 years, namely from 2011 – 2020 where the sample determination uses purposive sampling, namely using certain criteria, one of which is the completeness of the report. finance. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study while data analysis techniques use classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficients, t tests and F tests. the effect of book value per share and is significant on stock return, while simultaneously there is the influence of dept to equity and book value per share on stock return at PT. Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shaken by a deadly virus attack, namely, Covid 19. As a result, all activities were completely paralyzed, including teaching and learning activities. Seeing these conditions, the researchers compiled a statistics textbook as a guide for STIE Bima students. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to look at the effectiveness of using statistics textbooks in improving student learning outcomes in semester II of STIE Bima in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Thus, lecturers will be able to compile teaching books by taking into account the characteristics and needs of students. This research involved 80 students who were divided into 2 classes. This research is a development research. Before the Statistics Textbook is distributed to students, validity is first tested. From the results of the two statistics textbook validators are in the valid criteria, that is, minor improvements were made such as the use of language, typing errors and others. The results of the analysis, it was found that the use of statistical textbooks had a high effectiveness in increasing student learning outcomes, this was indicated by the N-Gain value of 0.71 greater than or equal to 0.7  with an N-Gain percentage value of 70.54%. Not only that, it can also be seen in the increase in the average score in the pre-test versus post-test by 65.79%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna sepeda motor Honda di Bima. Populasinya adalah seluruh pengguna sepeda motor Honda di Bima, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi), regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen pengguna sepeda motor Honda di Bima, Terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda di Bima. Terdapat Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda di Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap return on asset pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan pada tahun 2017-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulann data dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (Uji T) diketahui secara parsial perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset, di mana nilai T hitung < T tabel (-1,345 < 2,11), demikian juga dengan perputaran piutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset, di mana nilai T hitung < T Tabel (1,721 < 2,11). Secara simultan (Uji F) diketahui bahwa perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset, di mana nilai F hitung > F tabel (3,621 > 3,59).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara Tangibility, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Keuangan pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen daftar tabel yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan berupa aktiva, hutang dan penjualan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk., yaitu selama 27 tahun mulai terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 1994-2021. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. selama 12 tahun mulai dari tahun 2010-2021. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu. Kriterianya berupa data yang lengkap berkenaan dengan variabel penelitian dan ketersediaan data laporan keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diketahui nilai sig untuk tangibility sebesar 0,504>0,05 dengan nilai tℎ???????????????????? 3,054>ttabel 2,306 yang artinya tangibility tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan. Pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki nilai sig sebesar 0,005>0,05 dengan nilai thitung 0,635 >ttabel 2,306 yang artinya pertumbuhan penjualan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan. Ukuran perusahaan memiliki nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 dengan nilai thitung 0,137<ttabel 2,304 yang artinya ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan.
