Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner pada 100 responden karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan insentif dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Adapun keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,3%, adapun sisanya sebesar 67,7% dijelaskan faktor lain di luar model penelitian.Kata Kunci:   Insentif, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keberagaman gender dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 digunakan sebagai sampel perusahaan. Regresi data panel digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan diuji menggunakan SPSS versi 28. Dalam penelitian ini, terbukti bahwa keberagaman gender berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap perusahaan. Namun, kepemilikan manajerial terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian mendatang sebaiknya membandingkan dengan negara lain di kawasan Asia Tenggara dan menambahkan variabel lain seperti keberagaman latar belakang pendidikan dan kepemilikan keluarga.Kata kunci: keberagaman gender, struktur kepemilikan, kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch Office either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch Office. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, as many as 55 employees. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2 ), and the t statistic test which was processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that work motivation, work environment, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch Office. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, work environment and work stress have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Sharia Semarang Branch Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely as many as 45 employees. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. While the data analysis technique used the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the t statistical test which were processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that leadership style, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office. Partially, work motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pekalongan Wahid Hasyim Branch Office.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that will be carried out is Assistance in Management and Development of the Mekar Play Group, Sidowayah Village, Rembang District. Identification of problems faced, management management is still very simple, marketing strategy is still limited, general administration management and financial administration are still limited. The concept of activities in this community service program is training and mentoring. The training provided includes: management management, marketing strategy, general administration and financial administration that have been implemented. The results of the mentoring and training include being registered at the Central Java sipendi, promotion through social media and media widely. The Mekar Play Group, Sidowayah Village, Rembang District, has been verified in the Central Java sipendi system for both teachers and students. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the significance of Islamic banking knowledge, social values, religiosity, and perceptions of career interest of students of the Semarang City Islamic Banking Study Program in Islamic Banking both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were students of the Islamic Banking Study Program in Semarang City. Using a sampling technique, namely purposive and accidental sampling, 100 respondents met the criteria. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model. In contrast, the analysis technique uses the F statistical test, the coefficient of determination (R2) test, and the t statistical test, which is processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The hypothesis proving and discussion results show that Islamic Banking Knowledge, Social Values, Religiosity, and Perceptions significantly affect student career interest in Islamic Banking. Sharia Banking Knowledge and Social Values partially have a positive effect but do not substantially affect student career interest in Islamic Banking. Religiosity partially has a positive and significant impact on student career interest in Islamic Banking. Perception partially has a positive and significant effect on students' career interest in Islamic Banking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of motivation, financial rewards, internship experience, and job market considerations on career interest at Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were all students of the sharia banking study program in Semarang City. The sample used in the study 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model, while the analysis technique uses a statistical test F, a coefficient of determination test (R2), and a statistical test t that is processed using the SPSS 25.00 program. The result of proving the hypothesis and discussion show that motivation, financial rewards, internship experience, and job market considerations simultaneously have a significant effect on career interest in Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City. Partially, motivation has a positive and significant effect, financial reward has a negative but significant effect, internship experience has a positive and significant effect, and job market considerations has a positive but not significant effect on career interest in Islamic Financial Institutions on sharia banking students in Semarang City.Keywords: Career Interest, Motivation, Financial Reward, Internship Experience, and Job Market Consideration.

Abstract

Kondisi kini menunjukkan bahwa materi uji kompetensi atas skema sertifikasi dari Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pihak ke-3 (LSP P3) Perdagangan dan Ritel Semarang belum aktual mengakibatkan potensi tidak relevan penguasaan kompetensi dalam dunia kerja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk penyusun materi uji kompetensi pada LSP P3 Perdagangan Riset secara valid dan aktual. Pendampingan yang dilakukan tidak saja memberikan pemahaman namun juga motivasi untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas uji kompetensi secara umum. Pendampingan dilakukan pelatihan teknis, evaluasi dan pengawasan untuk mengefektifkan materi uji yang akan divalidasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari Maret sampai September 2022 dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mencapai tujuan menyusun lima materi uji kompetensi baru. Selain itu, pemahaman proses validasi materi uji kompetensi yang meningkat dapat mendukung proses telaah materi uji kompetensi yang telah disusun agar lebih berkualitas. Kegiatan yang sama dapat memperhatikan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara ekstensif untuk memudahkan proses kerja sekaligus pendampingan secara intensi.
