Abstract

The aim of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to increase community income through increased quality and quantity of shrimp paste production. This Partnership Program is business group of shrimp paste (rebon) in Bonang Village, Lasem Subdistrict, Rembang Regency with partners of shrimp paste craftsmen. The method carried out in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is accompaniment to the group in understanding about the drying machine and get the information of capital provider. The realization of a drying machine that aims to ensure the continuity of the production process without having dependency by weather conditions and limited drying area. By using a shrimp paste drying machine, the group of shrimp paste craftsmen can still produce even in rainy and cloudy weather condition. The group of craftsmen can make product diversification, which is making ready-made cooked shrimp paste and be more hygienic by using shrimp paste drying machine.

Abstract

Measurement of the performance of UKM Karya Mina Putra uses more development of traditional accounting systems which only focus on the financial side. This is because financial measures can be easily done. Non-financial performance has been ignored because it is considered as something that is difficult to measure. Performance Prism performance measurement methods that provides comprehensive measurement and have a wide perspective so as to provide a realistic picture of the determinants of business success. Performance Prism not only measures the end result, but also the activities of the final outcome determinant. Thus, performance measurement can provide a clear and real picture of the actual condition of the company. Performance Prism is a performance measurement method that describes the performance of an organization as a construct of 3 (three) dimensions that has 5 (five) side fields, namely the stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, process, stakeholder capabilities and contributions. For the strategy perspective of 16 KPIs there are 2 KPI which needs to be improved. Understand the performance on the side of the process is still unsatisfactory because there are still 6 KPIs that are urgently needed to be repaired immediately. In the process perspective, achieving results is quite good. The most effective improvement is at the capability level.

Abstract

The SME (small medium enterprise) sector has a sufficient role, the quality of service is now an important priority for businessman  in understanding the needs and desires their customers. Comparison of quality can be seen from the difference between the assessment of business management with the assessment of customers, then the concept of six sigma  are DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) is the structured methodology used to reduce the level of error in providing services to customers. There are a number of problems faced by dewan kerajinan nasional daerah (dekranasda) SME’s: business management is still very simple, the average human resource has a low level of education, does not have a good ability to market the products produced, financial limitations, limited access to raw materials and limited technology. The analysis results obtained that there are 5 complaints that most complained by consumers are less strategic location, lack of attention to individual customers, brochures and service facilities are inadequate, service is still long and the lack of waiting room facilities. the planned improvement that will be carried out is to improve services by using technology facilities, improve the quality of customer waiting room services, structuring the availability of brochures and information.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of four independent variables, namely the Covid-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies on the dependent variable, namely consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The population in this study is retail product consumers in Rembang Regency, using purposive sampling method and taking a sample of 200 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS 22 analysis tool, by calculating the relationship of the independent variables partially and simultaneously to the dependent variable and calculating the weight of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with a determination test. The results of this study are, the COVID-19 disaster variable has a positive and insignificant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. While the social restriction variables, physical restrictions variables and online marketing strategy variables each partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in purchasing retail products. The variables of the COVID-19 disaster, social restrictions, physical restrictions and online marketing strategies simultaneously have positive and significant impacts. In the test of determination, the magnitude of the R2 coefficient of the three independent variables is 35.6%.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide skills for shrimp paste business actors in Leran Village, Sluke District, Rembang Regency. The problems faced by the shrimp paste business group are: (1) Low understanding of the importance of financial management, (2) Low implementation of good financial administration, (3) Irregular financial administration. The solutions offered are in accordance with the priority issues agreed upon with partners are: (1) Organizing financial management and financial administration training, (2) Providing training in financial management and financial administration training. The output targets of the shrimp paste business community service activities are: (1) The business group has financial administration documentation (2) The business group has regular and complete bookkeeping, so that its business financial circulation can be seen (3) The business group is able to compile its own financial statements. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mendistribusikan kuesioner pada 100 responden karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan insentif dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Adapun keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. Karya Mina Putra Divisi Kayu Kabupaten Rembang. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan insentif, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 32,3%, adapun sisanya sebesar 67,7% dijelaskan faktor lain di luar model penelitian.Kata Kunci:   Insentif, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi berkembang pesat di dunia pendidikan, terutama di sekolah mulai sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi MTs Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Rembang (M3R) merupakan salah satu madrasah di kota Rembang dan menjadi salah satu madrasah tsanawiyah tertua di antara madrasah lain dibawah naungan Kementrian Agama. MTs. M3R sebagai institusi pun dituntut untuk memberikan inovasi terbaru untuk membentuk proses pembelajaran yang sangat efektif, akan tetapi tidak semua guru/tenaga pendidik di belum paham betul mengenai inovasi terbaru yang harus dipakai untuk melakukan pembelajaran selama pandemi. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra adalah model pembelajaran daring belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal karena kurangnya kemampuan guru-guru dalam mebuat konten/materi pembelajaran.  Metode yang digunakan pada program PkM memberikan pelatihan dan praktek serta pendampingan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah menggunakan goggle workspace. Luaran dalam program {PkM ini adalah Guru menguasai dan mampu membuat serta menggunakan media pembelajaran goggle workspace dan mengimplementasikannya untuk media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to examine differences in stock liquidity, stock prices and stock returns before and after a stock split. This type of research is quantitative research. The objects in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the Kompas 100 index category. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The number of samples is 13 companies. Data collection using documentation techniques. The results of the paired sample t-test showed that there was no difference in stock liquidity before and after the stock split with a significance value of 0.968. There is no difference in stock prices before and after the stock split with a significance value of 0.079. There is a difference in abnormal returns before and after the stock split with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

The results of this study evaluate before and after the COVID-19 outbreak, the financial performance of the beverage and food industry which has been listed on the IDX or the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The variables considered in this study include Solvability (DER), Profitability (ROA), Activity (WCTO), and Liquidity (CR) ratios. purposive sampling used in the sampling method with a total of 22 companies. Food and beverage companies listed on the IDX are the sample population from 2018 to 2021. This type of research data is formed by secondary data. The data in this study were analyzed with SPSS 22 using paired sample t-test. There is no comparison, according to the findings of this study's hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan  Analisis pengaruh  Tingkat Suku Bunga, Kualitas pelayanan Kredit dan Prosedur Kredit terhadap  Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit Pada Bank  Rembang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang ada saat penelitian berlangsung. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 91 nasabah Bank Rembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang akan dilakukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis  data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Regresi linier berganda adalah metode statistik untuk menguji pengaruh antar beberapa variabel independen terhadap satu variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan pengambilan Kredit, kualitas pelayanan kredit berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap  keputusan pengambilan kredit dan Prosedur Kredit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit.
