Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang mendasar pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya Hasil Belajar Siswa tentang Pembelajaran Eksperimen Konduktor dan   Isolator di SDN Percontohan Tolitoli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dilaksanakan dua siklus untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode eksperimen pada pokok bahasan konduktor dan isolator di kelas VI SDN Percontoan Tolitoli. Hasil belajar siswa pratindakan, tuntas sebanyak 3 orang, tidak tuntas sebanyak 24 orang dengan prosentase klasikal 10,71%, sedangkan hasil belajar siswa setelah dilaksanakan tindakan terjadi perubahan. Tindakan siklus I, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 10, tidak tuntas sebanyak 12 orang dengan prosentase 45,45 %. Tindakan siklus II, siswa yang tuntas 24 orang dengan prosentase 88,8 %. Dengan metode eksperimen dapat menciptakan siswa merasa senang, bergairah, berminat mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga terwujud efektif, efisien, dan lancar proses pembelajaran. Abstract

This article is motivated by the pre-writing abilities of children who are still incapable. The resulting lines are less firm and thick, and the child's scribbles do not resemble the expected letters. Kinetic sand is one material that can be used to stimulate prewriting. This research aims to improve fine motor skills using kinetic sand as a medium. This research uses a quantitative experimental research methodology. Data collection techniques and tools used are observation, checklist, and documentation. The subjects in this research were class A children aged 4-5 years. The data analysis used was the Paired Sample T-test. The results from Pretest averaged 4.5%, while the Posttest results after being given treatment 1-3 with an average of 9%. It is known that on the Pretest and Posttest data, a t-test was carried out using the SPSS 25 with a t value of 9.00, while the t-table (df=5, significance level 5%) was 2.015. Thus the calculated t value > t table (9,000 > 2,015). It is known that the sig(2-tailed) value is 0.00<0.05, so we can conclude that there is a real difference between kinetic sand media and children's prewriting ability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in improving teacher performance in the school environment. Writing this article uses the Literature Review approach, namely book reviews, journals, papers, notes and sources related or relevant to the research topic to form the basis of this research. In this literature analysis, several important findings can be identified. First, the principal has an important role to play in creating a work environment that supports and motivates teachers to improve their performance. Principals need to provide clear direction, provide adequate support and resources, and involve teachers in making decisions related to learning and curriculum development. Second, the principal plays a role in developing and facilitating training and professional development for teachers. Providing relevant and ongoing training, principals can help teachers improve their skills, update their knowledge, and implement best practices in teaching. Third, the principal also plays a role in providing constructive feedback and evaluating teacher performance. Through regular and continuous classroom observations and performance appraisals, principals can identify teachers' strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback that focuses on their professional development. In the context of this research, the role of principal management in improving teacher performance is very important. By creating a supportive environment, providing relevant training and constructive feedback, principals can contribute significantly to improving the quality of teaching in schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi model Project Based Learning dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Negeri 13 Bontoa Kabupaten. (2)Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat implementasi model Project Based Learning dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN Negeri 13 Bontoa Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan conclusion drawing/ verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi model project based learning dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SMPN 13 Bontoa Kabupaten Maros dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan yang telah ditentukan. 2) Faktor pendukung dari implementasi model project based learning ini diantaranya factor sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia cukup lengkap, faktor guru yang begitu antusias serta kedekatan guru pada peserta didik, dan faktor biaya yang telah disediakan di dalam RKAAS.

Abstract

Amonia dalam air dapat berasal dari aktivitas manusia, seperti limbah industri dan pertanian, yang dapat mencemari ekosistem perairan. Pengukuran kadar amonia sangat penting untuk pemantauan kualitas air dan pengelolaan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kadar amonia (NH₃) dalam sampel air sungai menggunakan metode spektrofotometri dengan reagen fenol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pembentukan kompleks indofenol antara amonia dan fenol yang dapat diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer pada panjang gelombang 640 nm. Larutan standar amonia digunakan untuk membuat kurva kalibrasi, yang kemudian digunakan untuk mengukur konsentrasi amonia dalam sampel uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa absorbansi sampel uji berbanding lurus dengan konsentrasi amonia yang terkandung di dalamnya, yang sesuai dengan hukum Beer-Lambert. Konsentrasi amonia yang terukur dalam sampel uji bervariasi antara 0,00 hingga 20,8 mg/L, tergantung pada konsentrasi amonia dalam sampel. Dengan demikian, metode spektrofotometri ini terbukti efektif, akurat, dan dapat diandalkan untuk pengukuran kadar amonia dalam air, serta dapat diterapkan untuk pemantauan kualitas air dalam pengelolaan lingkungan.

Abstract

This research discusses the attitude of moderation in fighting radicalism movements, especially in Indonesia. Why is this research interesting to discuss? Radicalism movements must be stemmed by education and understanding of the diversity of religious understandings in Indonesia. Therefore, the author offers Ibn Rushd's thoughts and personality as a famous philosopher. In historical records, Ibnu Rushd was a scholar who never attacked personally and accused his opponents of deviations in religious understanding. The moderation attitude shown by Ibnu Rushd can be used as an example in forming the character of Muslims in Indonesia. In terms of methodology, this article is a type of library research. Next, the author explores data from Ibn Rushd's books and uses a philosophical approach with content analysis. According to Ibnu Rushd, a scholar must have some essential personality traits of moderation. There are three parts: before, in, and after thinking. Before thinking, a scholar must have a personality that is open, honest, curious, skeptical, brave and patient. The ulama's personality in thinking is speculative, willing to be guided by experience and reason, willing to accept, ready to face mistakes and brave in making decisions.
