Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul penerapan peraturan pemerintah nomor 9 tahun 1975 berkenaan poligami (studi kasus pada pengadilan agama kota palu), dengan identifikasi masalah penerapan PP No.9 Thn 1975 tentang Poligami di Pengadilan Agama Palu dan usaha-usaha apakah yang telah dilaksanakan dalam hubungannya dengan penerapan PP No.9 Thn 1975 berkenaan dengan poligami di Kota Palu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui tentang sejauh mana penerapan PP No.9 Thn 1975 tentang Poligami dan Untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat mengenai usaha-usaha yang telah dilaksanakan dalam hubungannva dengan PP No.9 Thn 1975 berkenaan dengan poligami. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Pengadilan Agama Kota Palu dengan metode penelitian empiris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis diketahui bahwa dan keputusan Pengadilan Agama Palu mengenai permohonan izin poligami hampir semua sama redaksinya yang berkaitan dengan pemberian izin poigami, setelah peneliti secara saksama mempelajarinya dapat diperoleh kesimpulan umumnya permohonan izin poligami mi dikabulkan oleh Pengadilan Agama Kota Palu sesuai putusan pengadilan agama yaitu dalam perkara Nomor 363/Pdt.G/2012/PA. Palu dan Nomor 467/Pdt.G/2012/PA. Palu. Kata Kunci : penerapan poligami, PP No.9 Thn 1975.

Abstract

Hindu religious education is the implementation and internalization of values originating from the Vedic scriptures and other Hindu religious scriptures. One of the Hindu religious scripture that teaches about how to shape the behavior of superhuman children is the Nitisastra. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of Hindu religious educational values in the Nitisastra scripture to shape the behavior of the superhuman children. The method used is qualitative research, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the study show that Nitisastra contains knowledge about noble values and views of life in society that are worthy of being used as a way of life. In a family, naturally someone yearns for the birth of an ideal son according to the teachings of Hinduism, namely the son of suputra. A child who is virtuous, intelligent, wise, and proud of his family can be called a son of a son. The Nitisastra scripture can be used as a guide for parents to educate their children, because nowadays there are many cases of children who do not respect their parents. The Nitisastra scripture explains that the role of the family (father and mother) is to educate and shape the behavior of the sons of suputra so that one day they will be able to become the next generation.

Abstract

Pasraman Saha Dharma Saraswati in Klaten district. pasraman which consists of several levels ranging from early childhood, kindergarten, elementary, junior high, to junior high. because students are different, when they are at the pasraman they must have some obstacles that interfere with the learning process, for example, they are often noisy during learning, ridicule each other, causing fights and many are lazy to go Community service activities through learning at the Saha Dharma Saraswati pasraman by STHD Klaten students can do well. Within a limited time, pasraman students were able to be directed to develop the values ??of Hindu Religious Education such as religious attitudes (Sradha and Bhakti), discipline, friendly and polite attitudes, tolerance, caring attitudes, and interactive attitudes. During the service period, the team used the quantum learning method such as having a question and answer session between the team and students during learning, so that the application of this method trains students to be tolerant of the opinions of their different friends. The conclusion is that the learning method used by the service team has positive implications for students, namely increasing motivation and enthusiasm of students to take part in the entire series of community service activities.
