Abstract

Religion doesn’t only teach vertical worship, but also teaches horizontal worship. The point is that religion leads people, as social beings, to live kindly with others. Shalat in Islam contains two aspects above. Prayers (shalat) are preferred for doing congregrated. The aims are to gether people in one place, so they able to socialize with others. In addition, masjid can also be used as a socialization place, not only as a worship place. Even less in modern era, where there is a distance between individuals and their society. To treat the disease of modern society, the author sees that masjid can be used as a medium to unite the individualist modern society. In this case, the autor makes Masjid Nabawi as a model role. By observing the values of congregational prayer, roles and functions of Masjid Nabawi in Prophet era, the author offers that masjid can be used as a place for society to socialize.

Abstract

Perceraian tentu tidak diharapkan oleh keluarga mana pun, kecuali jika memang keadaan telah mendesak. Bahkan, Nabi menjelaskan bahwa meskipun perceraian adalah perkara yang diperbolehkan, namun ia merupakan masalah yang paling dibenci Tuhan. Dua persoalan yang selalu dibahas adalah tentang hak mengajukan perceraian dan konsep talak tiga, yang hingga kini dirasa lebih menguntungkan pihak suami. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji kembali beragam hal pokok dalam masalah perceraian yang berkaitan dengan tatanan masyarakat modern. Beberapa masalah yang dimaksud adalah hak menginisiasi perceraian, maksud talak tiga, dan rujuk. Hermeneutika Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd digunakan sebagai pisau bedahnya. Penggunaan hermeneutika Abu Zayd dalam masalah perceraian dianggap sesuai karena hermeneutikanya dikembangkan untuk menjawab kesenjangan-kesenjangan sosial dan HAM, khususnya hal-hal yang berkaitan antara laki-laki dan perempuan, sebagaimana yang dicontohkannya dalam masalah poligami dan hak waris. Dengan menggunakan teori lima konteks hermeneutika Abu Zayd, yaitu konteks sosio-kultural, konteks eksternal, konteks internal, konteks bahasa, dan konteks takwil, penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Islam tidak menghendaki perceraian. Bahkan, dalam bahasa yang lebih ekstrim, dapat dikatakan bahwa perceraian dilarang dalam agama Islam. Nas-nas Islami menunjukkan bagaimana perceraian menjadi pilihan terakhir bagi hubungan suami-istri.[Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd’s Hermeneutics: Analysis Hadiths of Divorce. It is not expected by any family, unless the circumstances have been urgent. The Prophet explained that although divorce is a permissible issue, it is a decision that God hates the most. Two issue that are always discussed by scholar in this issue are the right to file for divorce and the concept of “talak tiga” (the third divorcing), which is considered favor husbands over wifes. The article was written to reexamine various main divorce issues in modern views. Some of the probles are the right to file for divorce, the purpose of talak tiga, and the reconciliation. For these purposes, the author uses Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd’s hermeneutics as a approach. The use of Abu Zayd’s hermeneutics is divorce issues is approriate, because his hermeneutics were developed to address the social and human right gaps, especially issues relating to men and women, as he exemplified in the problem of polygamy and inhertance rights. By using Abu Zayd’s theory of five hermeneutical contexts, namely the socio-cultural context, external context, internal context, language context, and takwil context, the research resulted in the conclusion that Islam does not want the divorce happen. Even, it can be said that divorce is prohibitted in Islam. Islamic texts show how divorce is the last option for a marriage relationship.]

Abstract

The thought of wahdah al-wujud in Aceh in the 16th century which was pioneered by Hamzah al-Fansuri continued to cause tragic conflicts in the following decades. When Nuruddin al-Raniri served as the mufti of the Kingdom, al-Fansuri’s wujudiyyah was labeled heretical, and his followers were considered zindiqs, even infidels. In that situation, Abdurraf al-Singkili appeared carefully not to go involved in the dispute between the two groups. This articles shows al-Singkili’s moderate thoughts in dealing with the polemic of sufisms-wujudiyyah thought above, beginning from his return from the Arabian peninsula until he served as the mufti. For this, research focuses on the al-Singkili’s ilmiyyah journey, the turmoil of Sufism in Aceh, and al-Singkili’s moderat policies. Data obtained through library research with documentation technique. The results show that al-Singkili’s moderate thought is influinced by the breadth of his knowledge. Al-Singkili was not only master in sufism, but also in fiqh. In his view, both of sufism and fiqh should be done in equal proportion.

Abstract

Meskipun dianggap sebagai kitab yang paling benar setelah al-Qur'an, dan merupakan kitab hadis paling sahih, Shahih al-Bukhari tidaklah terlepas dari berbagai kritik. Salah satu pemikir yang masif mengkritik kitab tersebut adalah Zakaria Ouzon, dimana pemikirannya dituangkan dalam sebuah karya yang berjudul Jinayah al-Bukhari. Namun, adalah Marwan al-Kurdi melalui karyanya Al-Jinayah ‘ala al-Bukhari yang kemudian memberikan kritik balasan terhadap karya Ouzon tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pemikiran al-Kurdi dalam karyanya Al-Jinayah ‘ala al-Bukhari serta perbedaannya dengan Ouzon yang melakukan kritik terhadap Sahih al-Bukhari. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi dalam menganalisis, penelitian ini menemukan beberapa perbedaan mendasar yang menyebabkan keduanya sangat berbeda dalam memandang hadis. Pada tingkat ontologi, keduanya memiliki definisi dan pemahaman yang berbeda terhadap beberapa konsep penting dalam studi hadis. Keduanya juga berbeda pada tataran epistemologis, di mana Ouzon lebih mengutamakan rasionalitas daripada nas, yang berkebalikan dengan al-Kurdi. Sedangkan di level aksiologi, Ouzon bertujuan agar manusia menggunakan akal sehatnya untuk tidak tunduk pada teks yang dianggap sakral namun diskriminatif. Di sisi lain, kritik al-Kurdi bukan sekedar meluruskan kesalahan-kesalahan Ouzon. Lebih dari itu, dia berharap hadis tidak terus berkurang jumlahnya karena selalu menjadi bahan kritik para pemikir modern.[The Study of Al-Jinayah ‘ala al-Bukhari: Philosophical-Critical Analysis of al-Kurdi Criticim’s on Ouzon. Although known as the most correct book after the Qur'an, and is the most valid hadith book, Shahih al-Bukhari is not free from criticism. One of the thinkers who is massive in criticizing the Book is Zakaria Ouzon, who writen his thoughts in a work entitled Jinayah al-Bukhari. And, it was Marwan al-Kurdi through his al-Jinayah ‘ala al-Bukhari who later gave a counter criticism of Ouzon's work. This study aims to see the thoughts of al-Kurdi in his work al-Jinayah ‘ala al-Bukhari and the difference with Ouzon who criticized Shahih al-Bukhari. By applying the ontology, epistemology, and axiology approaches in analyzing, this study found several fundamental differences that caused the two to be very different in looking at the traditions. At the level of ontology, both have different definitions and understandings of some important concepts in the study of hadith. Both are also different at the epistemological level, where Ouzon prefers rationality to naṣ, which is the opposite of al-Kurdi. And at the level of axiology, Ouzon aims that humans use their mind to not submit to religious texts, even that are sacred, but are discriminatory. On the other hand, al-Kurdi's criticism is not just correcting Ouzon's mistakes. He hopes that no more decreasing the number of hadiths because they have always been the subject of criticism by modern thinkers.]

Abstract

Implementation of construction work using heavy equipment requires accurate planning so that a project can be achieved with optimal cost and implementation time. One of the important works in the Road Reconstruction Project in the Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section is Earthworks and Embankment Works. For this reason, it is necessary to select the right heavy equipment for the implementation of these jobs. Allocation, scheduling, and selection of equipment for each type of work is very important so that its operational capabilities can be optimal and mutually supportive of other equipment, bearing in mind that heavy equipment is very expensive and has a dominant contribution to the project, efficiency measures are urgently needed by utilizing the tool's resources. . This research was conducted by calculating the production capacity of each heavy equipment, in order to obtain its productivity value and the allocation of heavy equipment needed for the projects under review. This research was conducted using field observation methods and literature studies with reference to existing primary and secondary data. The number of heavy equipment needed in the Excavation and Stockpiling Project on Jalan Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section for Excavators is used 1 unit, Dump Trucks are used 6 units, Motor Graders are used 1 unit, Vibratory Rollers are used 1 unit. The total operational cost of using heavy equipment in the Excavation and Piling Project for the Tapus – Muaro Sungai Lolo Section is IDR.168,158,000, - With details for Excavators IDR.90,828,000, - Productivity 127,613 m3/hour, Dump Trucks IDR.38,860,000 ,- Productivity 103.32 m3/hour , Motor Grader IDR.22,150,000,- Overlay 96 m3/hour, Vibratory Roller IDR. 16,320,000,- Compaction 60.95 m3/hour. Abstract

Rationality has a very significant role as a measure of knowledge. Knowledge is declared valid if it is in accordance with the positivist ratio, which means that something true is one that can be proven empirically. The rationality that emerged as a critique of the Church’s absolute religious doctrine grew widely, even entering into Islamic studies, including the study of hadith. The use of rationality in hadith studies in turn has a major influence. This research aims to see and understand how the emergence of positivist rationality in the West, its development which includes the study of hadith, and the influence of rationality on Muslim scholars in viewing and understanding hadith. This article is in the form of library research with documentation techniques, which means that data collection is done by looking at various reports or scientific research results such as books, articles, official notes, and so on. The collected data were analyzed by a descriptive technique which aims to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the data. While the approach used is the philosophy of science, especially ontology. With this approach, this study found that the ontological status of science in the West is one of the factors why only the empirical world can be justified. By using positivist rationality in Islamic studies that have many metaphysical dimensions, there is a rejection of Islamic religious knowledge. Some Muslim scholars who are influenced by Western rationality reject some, even all of the existence and authenticity of hadith.   Rasionalitas menduduki peran yang sangat signifikan sebagai tolok ukur suatu pengetahuan. Pengetahuan dinyatakan valid jika sesuai dengan rasio positivis, yang berarti sesuatu yang benar adalah yang dapat dibuktikan secara empiris. Rasionalitas yang muncul sebagai kritik terhadap doktrin keagamaan mutlak Gereja berkembang dengan sangat luas, bahkan memasuki studi keislaman, termasuk studi hadis. Penggunaan rasionalitas dalam studi hadis pada gilirannya membawa pengaruh besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan memahami bagaimana kemunculan rasionalitas positivis di Barat, perkembangannya yang meliputi studi hadis, serta pengaruh rasionalitas terhadap para cendekiawan muslim dalam memandang dan memahami hadis. Penelitian ini berupa kajian pustaka dengan teknik dokumentasi, yang berarti pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melihat berbagai laporan atau hasil penelitian ilmiah berupa buku, artikel, catatan resmi dan lain sebagainya. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat gambaran secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat terhadap data. Untuk membedah data tersebut digunakan pendekatan filsafat ilmu, khususnya ontologi. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa status ontologis sains di Barat menjadi salah satu faktor mengapa hanya dunia empiris yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dengan menggunakan rasionalitas positivis ke dalam kajian keislaman yang memiliki banyak dimensi metafisik, maka terjadi penolakan terhadap pengetahuan-pengetahuan keagamaan Islam, khususnya hadis. Beberapa cendekiawan muslim yang terpengaruh rasionalitas Barat menolak sebagian, bahkan seluruh eksistensi dan autentisitas hadis.

Abstract

The university engages in community service activities (KKN). In the village of Senaru, Bayan Subdistrict, North Lombok Regency, a group of students carried out various real work activities as part of the program, including the implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) aimed at reducing the incidence of stunting in Senaru Village. Senaru Village has 81 stunted children due to their poor health status. Stunting is a form of malnutrition caused by insufficient food intake over an extended period, resulting in nutritional deficiencies. The objective of this activity is to raise awareness among the community about the importance of nutrition for children and to provide SFP as a tangible measure to reduce the risk of stunting in Senaru Village. This activity was conducted through Focus Group Discussions involving stakeholders in Senaru Village, such as the Mother's Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) and the Village Health Team. Additionally, there were awareness campaigns and training sessions for creating various processed SFP menus using eggs. The outcomes of this activity include an increased understanding within the community regarding the significance of nutrition for children and a decrease in the stunting rate, decreasing from an initial 81 stunted children to 71. The reduction in stunting is attributed to the intensive provision of SFP over a span of 31 days. As a result, it is anticipated that this program will contribute to reducing the stunting rate in Senaru Village and ultimately lead to a Stunting-Free Senaru Village. The Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) has proven effective in decreasing stunting rates among toddlers.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low ability to solve mathematical problems in geometry materials (square, rectangle, and triangle). An effort to overcome this problem is to conduct learning using the PREMIER model, which combines Project Based Learning, Realistic Mathematics Education, and Course Review Horay. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), carried out with four meetings. The subject of the study was a grade IV student of a public elementary school in Banjarmasin City in the academic year of 2021/2022, with a total of 13 students. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study show that student activity has increased, which at meeting one only reached 38.5% until at meeting four, it increased to 92.3% with a very active category.
