Abstract

Retail therapy adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan perilaku pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumer yang didorong oleh keinginan untuk mengurangi bahkan menghilangkan negative mood. Memberikan penawaran yang terbaik tidak lagi menjadi faktor utama untuk menghasilkan pelanggan yang loyal, melainkan juga memberikan pengalaman yang mengesankan selama proses belanja dilakukan sehingga pelanggan merasakan kepuasan sejak tahapan sebelum membeli atau menggunakan barang dan jasa yang kita tawarkan (pre-purchasing). Penelitian ini mengelaborasi kategori produk apa yang memiliki kecenderungan lebih tinggi untuk memberikan hasil terapi yang dapat menghilangkan negative mood. Hasil penelitian ini mengembangkan literatur retail therapy dalam konteks pemilihan kategori produk yang dijadikan sampel penelitian

Abstract

Image restoration is one of the stages in the field of Digital Image Processing. Image restoration is objective, in the sense that restoration techniques tend to be based on mathematical or probabillistic models of image degradation. The mathematical algorithm to reduce noise in digital images in this study uses 8 filtering algorithm methods. The purpose of this study is to compare 8 filtering algorithm and conclude which algorithm is the best for reducing noise in digital images. The method for generating noise uses Rayleigh Noise and Erlang (Gamma) Noise. The algorithm for reducing noise is Arithmetic Mean Filter, Geometric Mean Filter, Harmonic Mean Filter, Contraharmonic Mean Filter, Geometric Mean Filter, Harmonic Mean Filter, Contraharmonic Mean Filter, Median Filter, Maximum Filter, Minimum Filter, and Midpoint Filter. The measurement to determine which algorithm is the best using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Tests were carried out on 15 digital images by testing 1200 times. The conclusion of this study is that the best algorithm for noise reduction is Median Filter by resulting the smallest RMSE value of 6.0860942.

Abstract

The library information system created at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta (UPY) plays an important role in managing and organizing diverse library collections. Its goal is to provide efficient services to users, whether students, lecturers, or researchers, so that they can easily access and utilize available information sources. By using the library information system, library managers can manage the inventory of library collections more efficiently. They can monitor and update information about books, theses, dissertations, and scientific articles owned by the library. This makes it easier for users to find and obtain relevant information sources related to their study or research topics. Overall, the UPY library information system is an efficient and effective solution for managing library collections and providing better services to users. With this system, users can easily access the information sources they need, as well as improve the quality of research, study, and learning in the university environment.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan penjualan produk UMKM melalui teori dan praktik terkait Branding. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah dengan beberapa pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Jipangan. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan untuk pelatihan berupa perbandingan hasil nilai pre-test dibandingkan dengan nilai post-test. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan untuk pendampingan berupa kewajiban peserta untuk mengumpulkan salah satu isian dari brand canvas, yaitu: brand name. Hasil pengabdian untuk pelatihan adalah peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 50%. Hasil pengabdian di pendampingan adalah seluruh peserta telah mempunyai brand name. Hal ini mengindikasikan kenaikan 54,54% dibandingkan pengumpulan brand name setelah pelatihan selesai

Abstract

This service aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in operating WhatsApp Business as one of the most useful applications to be used as a business and digital marketing tool. Training and mentoring were used in this service. Sang Timur Yogyakarta High School was the service's partner. The evaluation instrument for this activity was interviews, which were analyzed descriptively. The results of this service showed that students had an understanding and skills in using WhatsApp Business, how to sell online correctly, and how to trade and reply to a good chat on WhatsApp Business. Moreover, the service indicated that they understood how to use WhatsApp Business and knew the benefits and advantages of selling online. They also could learn how to do business through WhatsApp Business and understand how to do business better and more accessible. The results were achieved in implementing mentoring, where several participants installed WhatsApp Business for businesses that matched their interests.

Abstract

This service is to increase the brand awareness of cafe Bangsal Kopi through the creation of a video profile, marketing kit and marketing plan. The implementation method of this service involves educating and assisting. The evaluation instruments used in this activity include observation and interviews, which are analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that Bangsal Kopi can consistently and effectively manage content on Instagram by utilizing the prepared marketing plan. The visually appealing social media theme templates help strengthen the visual appeal and brand identity of Bangsal Kopi. The created video profile provides a comprehensive overview of the cafe, menu, and customer experience, maintaining the emotional connection with potential visitors. The analysis of social media performance before and after the implementation of the strategy indicates an increase in followers, engagement, and visitors. This suggests that the marketing efforts have successfully enhanced brand awareness, interaction, and interest in Bangsal Kopi. It is also expected that there will be an increase in revenue associated with the rise in the number of visitors and higher engagement levels.
