Abstract

Pondok Pesantren YAUMI memiliki visi menjadi bagian dari masyarakat yang diharapkan turut memberikan andil untuk menciptakan santripreneur, yaitu seorang santri yang memiliki pandangan visioner dan jiwa kewirausahaan serta berakhlak mulia. Tetapi dalam perjalanannya, terdapat kendala yang menghambat tujuan tersebut, dimana di ponpes memiliki keterbatasan daya manusia untuk memberikan edukasi tentang membangun karakter jiwa entrepreneur sebagai bekal santri untuk dapat mandiri. Tim pengabdi memberikan solusi dengan mengadakan pelatihan tentang kewirausahaan bagi para santri, dan menggunakan ponsel sebagai alat untuk digital marketing. Proses kegiatan pengabdian di Ponpes YAUMI dilaksanakan dari bulan Desember 2021 sampai dengan pendampingan pada bulan Februari 2022, yang dibagi dalam empat tahapan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kombinasi luring dan daring, dimana untuk pra survey dan pemberian pelatihan dilakukan secara luring dengan tatap muka. Sedangkan untuk konsultasi dan pendampingan dilakukan secara daring. Sasaran peserta pelatihan adalah santri kelas XI dan XII yang berjumlah 42 orang. Rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian di Ponpes YAUMI berhasil dilaksanakan tanpa ada kendala. Value added, create new and different merupakan inti dari inovasi yang dibutuhkan didalam kewirausahaan. Pemanfaatan dengan bijak teknologi ponsel menjadi sarana yang murah untuk digital marketing, sebagai media untuk mengenalkan usaha kepada masyarakat lebih luas. Koordinasi serta kerjasama antara tim pengabdi dan mitra berjalan dengan sangat baik, sehingga menjadi daya dukung yang memperlancar pelaksanaan kegiatan. Peserta kegiatan sejumlah 42 santri, dan semua mengikuti semua agenda kegiatan sesuai jadwal, serta dihadiri tiga ustadz pendamping. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi bersama, mitra merasakan mendapatkan manfaat yang besar untuk membekali para santri, dengan hal yang belum bisa mereka berikan selama ini. Bahkan pengelola berharap jika kegiatan akan dilakukan secara terjadwal.

Abstract

Image restoration is one of the stages in the field of Digital Image Processing. Image restoration is objective, in the sense that restoration techniques tend to be based on mathematical or probabillistic models of image degradation. The mathematical algorithm to reduce noise in digital images in this study uses 8 filtering algorithm methods. The purpose of this study is to compare 8 filtering algorithm and conclude which algorithm is the best for reducing noise in digital images. The method for generating noise uses Rayleigh Noise and Erlang (Gamma) Noise. The algorithm for reducing noise is Arithmetic Mean Filter, Geometric Mean Filter, Harmonic Mean Filter, Contraharmonic Mean Filter, Geometric Mean Filter, Harmonic Mean Filter, Contraharmonic Mean Filter, Median Filter, Maximum Filter, Minimum Filter, and Midpoint Filter. The measurement to determine which algorithm is the best using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Tests were carried out on 15 digital images by testing 1200 times. The conclusion of this study is that the best algorithm for noise reduction is Median Filter by resulting the smallest RMSE value of 6.0860942.

Abstract

This is a descriptive qualitative research. Three mathematics teachers from SMP N 3 Gamping were the subjects of this investigation. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions are all approaches used in data analysis. The validity of the data used are source triangulation and data triangulation.The results showed that in the aspect of student understanding and evaluation of learning outcomes, research subjects were able to control their emotions, consider decisions taken, have confidence, have obstacles experienced, have empathy, have self-efficacy that can help solve problems, have a willingness to continue learning to improve abilities. In the aspect of designing and implementing learning. There are still teachers who feel burdened, there are teachers who do not have self-confidence. The research subject will consider the platform used in online learning that is adapted to the student's condition, has obstacles, has confidence that he can solve the problems at hand, has the willingness to continue learning to improve his abilities. In the aspect of using technology, there are teachers who feel burdened, there are teachers who experience obstacles in using technology, research subjects consider the technology used, have the confidence to be able to master technology, can feel the condition of students who have insufficient cellphone capacity, have confidence that they can overcome problems that arise. faced, have the willingness to continue to learn to improve skills in technology.

Abstract

The library information system created at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta (UPY) plays an important role in managing and organizing diverse library collections. Its goal is to provide efficient services to users, whether students, lecturers, or researchers, so that they can easily access and utilize available information sources. By using the library information system, library managers can manage the inventory of library collections more efficiently. They can monitor and update information about books, theses, dissertations, and scientific articles owned by the library. This makes it easier for users to find and obtain relevant information sources related to their study or research topics. Overall, the UPY library information system is an efficient and effective solution for managing library collections and providing better services to users. With this system, users can easily access the information sources they need, as well as improve the quality of research, study, and learning in the university environment.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Dusun Bendo, Desa Beji yang terletak di Kapanewon Ngawen, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani dan pembuat kerajinan. Salah satu kerajinan yangberkembang adalah kerajinan caping yang terbuat dari anyaman bambu. Banyak kelompokkelompok kecil pengrajin caping yang berada di dusunini, dan kebanyakan adalah ibu-ibu. Kerajinan  yang dihasilkan berupa caping, karena memang ada pesanan dari tengkulak untuk dijual kembali,kemudian kelompok pengrajin juga membuat produk selain caping, sepertitas anyam ataupun rak buku dari bambu jika ada pesanan, sehinggahanya produk caping yang diproduksi setiap hari. Proses produksi, pengemasan serta pemasarannya masih sangat sederhana, selain ituvariasi desain produk yang dihasilkan masih sangat terbatas. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan PKM ini meliputi pelaksanaan Forum Group Discussion, pelatihan terkait aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran, sertapendampingan dari aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini berupa produk caping, produk lain berbahan baku bambu, peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mitra tentang diversifikasi produk bahan bambu, serta label produk yang digunakan meningkatkanpemasaran. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam kemampuan public speaking yang dihadapi oleh pemuda Karang Taruna Padukuhan Ngeblak. Pemuda Karang Taruna sering kali mengalami ketakutan berbicara di depan umum, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, dan masih dalam tahap pembelajaran, sehingga belum menguasai materi dengan baik, serta adanya rasa malu yang menghambat partisipasi aktif mereka. Solusi yang diusulkan melibatkan sejumlah kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Pertama, akan diselenggarakan sesi penyuluhan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar mengenai public speaking, menjelaskan pentingnya keterampilan ini, dan dampak positifnya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selanjutnya, pemuda akan dibimbing dalam cara bersikap yang baik dan benar saat berbicara di depan umum, melibatkan panduan mengenai ekspresi wajah, gerakan tubuh, dan intonasi suara yang efektif. Tips dan trik praktis dalam berbicara di depan umum juga akan disampaikan untuk membantu mereka meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi. Untuk mengatasi rasa cemas dan malu, akan diadakan sesi khusus yang mencakup teknik relaksasi dan latihan mental positif.

Abstract

Padukuhan Tambak, Ngestiharjo Urban Village, Bantul, has a high population density and has a waste problem which is the main issue. Narrow land makes it more difficult for residents to dispose of garbage around their homes, besides that residents throw garbage carelessly, even in river basins, which causes the river to overflow during the rainy season and causes an unpleasant smell. The urgency of this PKM activity is the need to unravel and overcome waste problems to support the Bantul Bersama program, by empowering the community from the lowest level (village level). Partners in this activity are the Mitra Melati Garbage Bank Group (KBS) in Padukuhan Tambak. Priority problems faced by partners are 1) they do not understand waste management, 2) waste segregation is not optimal, 3) lack of skills in managing waste savings/alms, and 4) waste residues are not managed properly. The purpose of this PKM activity is to unravel the problems of waste management in Padukuhan Tambak, to assist partners in dealing with waste management to support the realization of the 2025 Bantul Bersama program.  Keywords: Waste management, Bantul Bersama, Empowerment, Garbage Bank

Abstract

Pengabdian ini memberikan siswa kemampuan untuk bisa menyampaikan informasi dengan teknik dan cara komunikasi yang mudah dan bisa langsung diterapkan di depan kelas. Metode komunikasi yang mereka gunakan awalnya bersifat satu arah, namun dengan pengabdian ini membuat mereka mampu mengkomunikasikan pesan  mereka dengan baik secara dua arah. Tujuan utama berkomunikasi adalah pesan dari pembicara (komunikator) sampai ke orang lain. Proses komunikasi ini memerlukan strategi yang tepat agar pesan dapat dengan mudah diterima oleh siapapun. Berbicara di depan publik (public speaking) adalah kemampuan yang sangat penting dari bagian komunikasi yang harus dipelajari oleh siapa saja khususnya pelajar, seiring mereka berproses melewati pendidikan hingga karir mereka nanti. Namun, seseorang seringkali menghindari kesempatan berbicara di depan umum karena mereka kurang memiliki kemampuan untuk menghadapi kecemasan yang muncul saat berbicara di depan umum. Fokus pengabdian di SMA Katolik Sang Timur ini adalah memberikan informasi, tips dan cara berbicara di depan umum dengan baik, serta memberikan cara yang mudah diterapkan kepada pelajar agar proses penyampaian pesan saat berbicara di depan umum bisa terlaksana dengan lancar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze dividend distribution in companies in the telecommunications industry sub-sector. There are two hypotheses tested, namely net profit and share price which are thought to influence dividend distribution. The data used is data for 2022, 2023 and 2024. This paper is important because it will be the basis for investors in maximizing dividend returns in their stock investments. The research objects analyzed are companies in the telecommunications industry sub-sector. The data used is data on net profit, share prices and dividends. The results of this literature review show that there is dividend distribution for companies that have net profits. The results of this literature review are the basis for deriving a hypothesis. In further research, the existence of the hypothesis in this paper will be tested empirically. The results are that for companies in the Telecommunications Industry Sub-Sector with financial report data for 2022 and 2023, stock prices for 2023 and 2024, and dividend distribution for 2023 and 2024, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is that net profit has no effect on dividend distribution and for the second hypothesis that share prices have an effect. on dividend distribution.

Abstract

This service aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in operating WhatsApp Business as one of the most useful applications to be used as a business and digital marketing tool. Training and mentoring were used in this service. Sang Timur Yogyakarta High School was the service's partner. The evaluation instrument for this activity was interviews, which were analyzed descriptively. The results of this service showed that students had an understanding and skills in using WhatsApp Business, how to sell online correctly, and how to trade and reply to a good chat on WhatsApp Business. Moreover, the service indicated that they understood how to use WhatsApp Business and knew the benefits and advantages of selling online. They also could learn how to do business through WhatsApp Business and understand how to do business better and more accessible. The results were achieved in implementing mentoring, where several participants installed WhatsApp Business for businesses that matched their interests.
