Abstract

Learning achievement was one of the indicators often used to measure student success in learning. A comprehensive understanding of this topic requires contributions from a variety of disciplines. Recently, researchers are interested in examining the impact of religiosity and emotional intelligence on learning achievement. However, the study on this topic is inconclusive. This study aimed to examine the influence of religiosity and emotional intelligence on learning achievement by learning motivation as a mediating variable. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 122 students of the Management study program, Faculty of Business and Economics, Islamic University of Indonesia. The data was processed using SPSS analysis tools with hierarchical regression analysis techniques. The results demonstrated religiosity and emotional intelligence had a positive impact on learning motivation; learning motivation positively impacted learning achievement. Furthermore, learning motivation mediated the correlation between religiosity and emotional intelligence on learning achievement. The results offer practical implications for campus leaders; Campus leaders should instill religiosity and emotional intelligence in Muslim students to improve their learning achievement.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has spread globally since early 2020 has had an impact on various aspects, including the business aspect. Business people are forced to face the various changes that occur due to the pandemic. The pandemic is changing consumer behavior adapting to online shopping. As such, it is regarded as something normal. Therefore, business people who want to survive in the midst of the crisis due to COVID-19 must adapt to changes in consumer behavior, which now tends to always shop online. CV Bintang Food is one of the MSMEs affected by covid 19. The pandemic has caused a decrease in consumer demand for products which also resulted in income decrease. Therefore, this community service activity aims to help CV Bintang Food adapt to the changes that occur due to the pandemic. The method used is by observing and providing training related to promotion and sales through online media (Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram). This community service activity is carried out in three stages, namely: preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. It is hoped that after this service, CV Bintang Food is able to practice selling their products through online media which will then lead to an increase in their sales

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasional dan komitmen organisasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan tetap Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, diolah menggunakan alat analisis SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja dan OCB, terakhir, OCB berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan

Abstract

FAMILY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR MEMBERS OF HALMI AL-MUDZAKIR. Family financial management is one way to achieve sakinah (peace) in the family. Generally, conflicts in the household originate from financial problems. The majority of financial managers in the family are housewives. So that training in family financial management for them is essential. This community service aims to provide training in family management to the members of the HALMI group in Plosokuning, Ngagklik. The service was carried out in two methods, the lecture method and the training, which contained the importance of financial management for the family, basics of sakinah financial, and the practice of making a family balance sheet. Partners are given training on how to create a family financial position and how to interpret it. The output of this service is that the mothers of the HALMI group can manage their family finances. Thus, they can achieve financial peace.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada sektor UMKM di Indonesia. Salah satu UMKM yang berdampak adalah UMKM Nyami’an Ndeso Bantul. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang muncul akiabt pandemic covid-19. Akibat pendemi konsumen mengurangi aktivitas keluar rumah yang berdampak juga pada perilaku belanja mereka yakni mereka lebih sering berbelanja secara daring. Permasalahannya Mitra belum memahami bagaimana berjualan secara daring melalui marketplace ataupun via media social. Selain itu Mitra juga belum mampu membuat foto produk yang bagus sebagai penunjang dari berjualan secara daring. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdia adalah dengan teknik penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada pemilik UMKM Nyami’an Ndeso. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan semua tujuan program ini tercapai. Peneliti memberikan beberapa pelatihan dan pendampingan berikut, pembuatan studio foto, berjualan via marketplace, pengelolaan akun instagram, dan pembuatan penunjuk arah.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi saat ini mau tidak mau memberikan dampak terhadap berbagai sektor. Pada tataran ekonomi global, pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan pada perekonomian domestik negara-bangsa dan keberadaan UMKM. Salah satu UMKM yang terkena dampak COVID 19 adalah Serabi Solo Pratama. Tantangan yang dihadapi pada saat pandemi COVID 19 mengharuskan Serabi Solo Pratama memulai fokus pada pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Serabi Solo Pratama beradaptasi dengan perubahan strategi pemasaran yang terjadi akibat pandemi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi dan memberikan pelatihan terkait pemasaran digital melalui aplikasi digital Go-Food, Grab-Food dan pembayaran digital QRIS. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap observasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pengabdian yang dilakukan diharapkan memberikan dampak positif terhadap strategi pemasaran digital Serabi Solo Pratama dan meningkatkan serta menumbuhkan UMKM tersebut.

Abstract

CV Bumi Mandala adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang menangani berbagai proyek pembangunan, akan tetapi untuk memasarkan jasa perusahaan ini masih menggun akan pemasaran konvensional. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi, dan pendampingan bagi departemen pemasaran di perusahaan. Pengabdi menggunakan bahan dan metode berupa pengumpulan data dan dokumentasi dengan cara observasi, pembuatan akun media sosial, dan melakukan edukasi penggunaan media sosial ke pihak CV. Bumi Mandala. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar pihak perusahaan dapat merancang metode pemasaran digital melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Indonesia's subsidized LPG gas distribution system is a closed system. Only certain entities can become agents and sub-agents. Each entity is supervised and required to make a report regarding the distribution of LPG gas. One form of this report is the logbook. Logbook is a crucial document. However, there are still problems related to logbooks that need to be more suitable, and logbooks in physical files are prone to damage and loss. Another problem for gas agents is selling non-subsidized gas, which needs to reach the sales target. Therefore this service activity aims to assist partners in correcting and digitizing logbook files. In addition, the research aims to increase public awareness regarding NPSO gas through online marketing assistance via social media. The methods used in this service activity are interviews and participatory learning. The results of this service show that logbooks that were previously not following regulations have been appropriately corrected, and logbook files that were previously still in physical form have been converted into digital form. In addition, social media marketing increases consumer awareness of NPSO gas.

Abstract

in the Bantul area of Yogyakarta. Service quality, facilities, and product quality are hypothesized to influence customer satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods. The primary data is collected through questionnaires to 160 consumers who have used repair or replacement services for their motorcycle parts at the AHASS repair shop in the Bantul area of Yogyakarta. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS analysis tool with multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that service quality, facilities, and product quality positively and significantly affected customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the satisfaction of parents of Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu. Service quality and trust are hypothesized to affect parent satisfaction of Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu Kindergarten students. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and interviews. The sampling method in this study used the Random Sampling technique using the slovin formula with a rate of 5% so as to get a sample of 45 respondents. Data analysis of this study using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 analysis tool. The result of this study indicate that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on parent satisfaction of Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu Kindergarten students.
