Abstract

Teacher performance is one of the key factors in improving the quality of education in schools. The principal, as an educational leader, has a strategic role in managing and directing school resources, especially teachers, to perform professionally and optimally. This article aims to examine the influence of principals’ leadership management on teacher performance through a literature review approach. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various scientific sources, including books, journal articles, and relevant previous research related to educational leadership and teacher performance. The results of the review indicate that effective principal leadership management, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, as well as the application of democratic and visionary leadership styles, has a positive impact on improving teacher performance. Principals who are able to provide motivation, guidance, and create a conducive working environment can encourage teachers to enhance their competence, discipline, and professional responsibility. Therefore, principal leadership management is an important factor in improving teacher performance and ensuring sustainable educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership management of the school principal in developing educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education at SDN Pogar III Bangil. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, direct observations of school facilities, and documentation analysis of school planning records. The findings indicate that the principal effectively performed managerial functions through participatory planning, systematic organization, gradual implementation of facility development, and continuous supervision. The improvement of educational facilities positively influenced learning comfort, student motivation, and the quality of the teaching and learning process. The main challenges encountered were limited funding and teachers’ technological competencies, which were addressed through collaboration with the school committee and internal training programs. The study concludes that effective principal leadership in managing school facilities and infrastructure plays a significant role in enhancing educational quality at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The low level of numeracy in public elementary schools in Pasuruan Regency, caused by rigid learning methods, necessitates adaptive curriculum management innovation. This study examines the implementation of GISIMAN (Giat Numerasi dengan Permainan) through a playful learning approach. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on best practices, the results indicate that the integration of interactive games effectively increases students' active engagement and eliminates psychological barriers toward mathematics. In addition to strengthening cognitive competence, GISIMAN simultaneously builds the Character Profile of Pancasila Students, particularly in the dimensions of mutual cooperation and critical thinking. The study concludes that GISIMAN is a strategic solution for transforming numeracy learning into a more enjoyable, meaningful, and contextual experience in elementary schools

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan berdiferensiasi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan delapan dimensi profil capaian lulusan pembelajaran mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur (Literature Review Reserch). Analisis berfokus pada peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memujudkan 8 dimensi profil capaian lulusan pembelajaran mendalam dengan cara mendefensiasikan guru dalam managemen perencanaan (planning), organisasi (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating/implementation) dan pengawasan (evaluation/controlling). Serta sikap gaya kepemimpinan berdiferensiasi kepala sekolah melalui pendekatan instruksional, situasional, transformasional, dan demokrasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berdiferensiasi kepala sekolah berperan signifikan dalam mewujudkan delapan dimensi profil capaian lulusan pembelajaran mendalam. Analisis data dari berbagai temuan mengidentifikasi bahwa kepala sekolah yang menerapkan pendekatan berdiferensiasi mampu menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan dan strategi manajerial sesuai kebutuhan guru dan karakteristik peserta didik. Tantangan dari penelitian ini adalah kesiapan kepala sekolah, kesiapan guru, kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan capaian lulusan pembelajaran mendalam.Rekomendasi praktis yaitu menyiapkan bakal calon kepala sekolah dengan pelatihan leadership berdiferensiasi, pelatihan guru berbasis kebutuhan, serta membimbing guru dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan asesmen yang terintegrasi dengan 8 dimensi profil capaian lulusan pembelajaran mendalam. Study ini menyimpulkan kepemimpinan berdiferensiasi kepala sekolah merupakan faktor kunci dalam implementasi pembelajaran mendalam yang mampu mewujudkan delapan dimensi profil capaian pembelajaran mendalam.
