Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Kematian ibu di Semarang sebagian besar dikarenakan ibu memiliki faktor risiko tinggi dan komplikasi pada kehamilannya di mana harapannya dengan semakin cepat kasus risiko tinggi ditemukan dan dilaporkan maka semakin cepat pula penanganan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian intervensi SMS gateway pelaporan ibu hamil berisiko tinggi terhadap kinerja kader dalam melaporkan risiko tinggi ibu hamil.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan quasi experimental design dan nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 54 orang pada setiap kelompok. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah pemberian SMS gateway sedangkan kinerja kader dalam melaporkan risiko tinggi pada ibu hamil adalah variabel terikat.Hasil: Hasil analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan ada perbedaan pretest dan posttest (p=0,000) pada kelompok intervensi setelah diberikan intervensi sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak ada perbedaan pretest dan posttest (p=0,317). Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja pada kader kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan intervensi dan kader kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan intervensi sesuai dengan analisis pengujian beda menggunakan Mann-Whitney U test (α = 0,05 ) dengan hasil nilai P-value (Sig 2-tailed) 0,000.Simpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh diberikannya SMS gateway pada kinerja kader dalam melaporkan ibu hamil berisiko tinggi di mana kader lebih cepat melaporkan dibandingkan sistem sebelumnya. Saran pada penelitian ini yakni perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengaruh SMS gateway terhadap peningkatan kader sepenuhnya dikarenakan hasil penelitian ini baru bisa membuktikan bahwa SMS gateway mempercepat pelaporan ibu hamil berisiko tinggi.Kata kunci: sms gateway, kinerja kader, ibu hamil berisiko tinggi ABSTRACTTitle: The Effect SMS Gateway Reporting Service for High Risk Pregnant Women on Increased Performance of Cadres in Reporting High Risk of Pregnant WomenBackground: Most maternal deaths in Semarang are due to mothers having high risk factors and complications in their pregnancy where the hope is that the sooner cases of high risk are found and reported, the sooner the handling is done. This study aims to determine the effect of providing SMS gateway interventions for reporting high-risk pregnant women to the performance of cadres in reporting high-risk pregnant women.Method: This research uses quantitative research methods using quasi experimental design and nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique uses total sampling with 54 respondents in each group. The independent variable in this study is the provision of an SMS gateway while the performance of cadres in reporting high risk in pregnant women is the dependent variable.Result: The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed that there were differences in the pretest and posttest (p = 0,000) in the intervention group after the intervention was given while in the control group there were no differences in the pretest and posttest (p = 0.317). This also shows that there are differences in the performance of the experimental group cadres who were given the intervention and the control group cadres who were not given the intervention according to the analysis of different tests using the Mann-Whitney U test (α = 0.05) with the results of the P-value (Sig 2 -tailed) 0,000. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is the influence of the provision of an SMS gateway on the performance of cadres in reporting high-risk pregnant women. where the cadres report faster than the previous system. Suggestion in this research is the need for further research on the effect of SMS gateway on increasing cadre entirely because the results of this study can only prove that SMS gateway accelerates the reporting of high risk pregnant women.Keywords: sms gateway, cadre perfomance, high-risk pregnant women

Abstract

Background : The elderly health care service in Health Center aimed to help meet the needs of the elderly to stay healthy and independent. To increase the number of advanced age coverage in obtaining health service efforts, the Puskesmas will make efforts outside the building that is one of the elderly posyandu. Advanced health care is not utilized optimally, it affects the lack of advanced health care coverage so that the quality of advanced health status will decline. Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.Methods : This research was a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 42,679 elderly with a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique with random sampling techniques and data collection using a questionnaire with relationship analysis using the Spearman rank test.Results : The results showed that there was a relationship between attitude (p = 0,048), trust (p < 0,001), access (p < 0,001), role of cadres (p < 0,001), role of health workers (p < 0,001), family support (p = 0.015), facilities (p < 0,001), and perception of susceptibility of the disease (p=0.002) respectively to the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.Conclusion : There was a relationship between attitudes, beliefs, access, the role of cadres, the role of health workers, family support, facilities, and perceptions of support with the utilization of elderly health services in the Semarang City Health Center Work Area.

Abstract

Background: One dimension of health care is characterized by patient waiting time. Waiting Time is a component that has the potential to cause satisfaction. Based on the results of preliminary studies that have been conducted at William Booth Hospital in Semarang related to patient waiting time and patient satisfaction is still not optimal.Methods: This research is a survey study using quantitative cross-sectional nature, on the participation of BPJS outpatients in the Eye Clinic. Sampling using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 95 people. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and mutivariate analyzes.Results: The results showed the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients was 72.6%, cognitive aspects (p-value 0.001) with an OR value = 9.605, and affection aspects (p-value 0.002) with an OR value = 8.038.Conclusion: There is a significant difference between cognitive aspects and affection aspects with patient satisfaction. Cognitive aspects became the most dominant variable affecting patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The Scaling-Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement was an intervention to overcome chronic malnutrition through integrated stakeholder collaboration. Furthermore, the roles of stakeholders' in the SUN-Movement were not optimal and their characteristics were not yet known based on the groups and government areas (cities and regency). This study aims to map the SUN-Movement stakeholders' roles in different groups and government areas based on their attitudes, powers, and interests. This is an observational descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Totally of 30 institutions as stakeholders were involved in this study and divided into 3 different groups, namely Decision Maker (DM), Provider (P), and Clients & Representatives (CR). The DM group have the power to influence programs. Also, the P group was better at handling technical issues, however, it cannot build collaboration with other stakeholders. The CR tend to build this collaboration passively, nevertheless, it does not consider the SUN-Movement to be important. Consequently, each stakeholder views their roles differently. Different perceptions about stakeholders' roles in various indicators and government areas reveals an implementation gap in the SUN-Movement. Therefore, in conclusion, strengthening advocacy, coordination, routine socialization, and communication between stakeholders could bridge the needs, constraints and challenges that cause malnutrition and stunting.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemerintah Indonesia membentuk kebijakan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 sebagai upaya untuk menekan penyebaran virus tersebut di seluruh Indonesia. Desa Banyukuning merupakan desa yang masih aktif dalam membuat sebuah acara pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dan ditemukan permasalahan terkait dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang memiliki hubungan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat serta untuk melihat kondisi masyarakat Desa Banyukuning dalam tanggap pencegahan Covid-19.Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah responden 96 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik quota/proporsional sampling.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, sarana prasarana, pengawasan, dan dukungan tokoh masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat dengan nilai p di bawah 0,05.Simpulan: Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan memaksimalkan program “Jogo Tonggo” yang digalakkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menjaga sikap masyarakat yang waspada, peduli, dan informatif terhadap perkembangan Covid-19.Kata kunci: Kepatuhan; Pencegahan; Covid-19  ABSTRACTTitle: Factors Affecting Community Compliance toward Covid-19 Prevention Health Protocol in Banyukuning Village, Bandungan District, Semarang RegencyBackground: As part of an effort to reduce the spread of the virus throughout Indonesia, the Indonesian government established a health protocol policy for Covid-19 prevention. Banyukuning Village is a village that is still active in making events during the COVID-19 pandemic and problems related to compliance with health protocols. The purpose of this study is to discover what factors influence community compliance and to assess the community's readiness to respond to Covid-19 prevention in Banyukuning.Method: A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was used in the research method. The total number of respondents was 96, and they were chosen using a quota / proportional sampling technique.Result: Gender, education level, infrastructure, supervision, and support from community leaders were found to have a significant relationship with community compliance, with a p value less than 0.05.Conclusion: One effort that can be made is to maximize the local government's "Jogo Tonggo" program in order to maintain an alert, caring, and informative attitude toward the development of Covid-19.Keywords: Compliance; Prevention; Covid-19

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro (RSND) services are still not optimal, seen from the indicators of BOR, TOI and patient dissatisfaction, its need for an appropriate marketing strategy. So it needed an appropriate marketing strategy. The purpose was to analyze internal factors (weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) in determining marketing strategies and referral efforts to RSND with a qualitative analytic descriptive approach. The research was analysis 7P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) with informants FKTP, DPP, Directors, Public Relations and Marketing, supervisory board, patients of RSND and university. Good perceptions on superior service products, service quality and prices, groups and skills of professionals, and sophisticated level of facilities and the image of RSND as an education hospital are strengths of the hospital. However, service schedules haven't in accordance with user expectations, the process and marketing team wasn't had reached all groups, communication between FKTPs and the hospital, and inefficient registration procedures are weaknesses. The strategy needed was market penetration and product development. The strategic priorities should be implemented providing media information and promotion regarding types of services to be distributed to FKTPs and holding networking forums between FKTPs and RSND.Abstrak: Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro(RSND)masih belum optimal dilihat dari indikator BOR, TOI dan  ketidakpuasan pasien sehingga perlu adanya upaya strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dalam penentuan strategi pemasaran dan upaya rujukan ke RSND dengan desain kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian menganalisis bauran pemasaran 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, dan physical evidence, dengan narasumberFKTP, DPP, Direksi, Humas dan Pemasaran, dewan pengawas dan pasien RSNDserta pihak universitas.Persepsi cukup baik pada produk layanan unggulan, kualitas dan harga layanan, ketersediaan dan keterampilan tenaga profesional, ketersediaan fasilitas yang canggih serta citra RSND sebagai rumah sakit pendidikanmenjadi sisi kekuatan rumah sakit. Jadwalpelayanan kurang sesuai ekspektasi pengguna, proses dan tim marketing yang belum menjangkausemua kalangan, komunikasi antara FKTP dengan pihak rumah sakit, dan prosedur pendaftaran yang kurang efisien menjadi kelemahan. Strategi yang diperlukan yaitu penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk .Prioritas strategi yang sebaiknya dijalankan yaitu menyediakan media informasi dan promosi mengenai jenis layanan untuk dibagikan ke FKTP dan mengadakan forum jejaring antara FKTP dengan RSND.

Abstract

Pencatatan dan pemantauan imunisasi yang selama ini dilakukan oleh kader posyandu masih belum optimal. Upaya dalam meningkatkan hasil pencatatan dan pemantauan imunisasi yang baik dan berkualitas dilakukan dengan penggunaan media poster “KampungKu-RumahKu”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas media "Kampungku-Rumahku" sebagai alat yang mendukung pencatatan dan pemantauan imunisasi dasar lengkap di Kabupaten Tegal dengan membandingkan kelompok kader yang sudah menggunakan dan belum menggunakan media “KampungKu-RumahKu”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 1019 kader dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 150 kader yang dipilih secara simple random sampling di tiga puskesmas yang telah diberi pelatihan media poster “KampungKu-RumahKu” yaitu Puskesmas Slawi, Puskesmas Kedungbanteng, dan Puskesmas Kramat. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney untuk membandingkan variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja (sig=0,021), persepsi (sig=0,001), sikap (sig=0,009), motivasi (sig=0,000), sarana dan prasarana (sig=0,006), serta beban kerja (sig=0,000) terhadap pencatan dan pemantauan imunisasi kader memiliki perbedaan signifikan antara kader yang sudah menggunakan dan belum menggunakan media "KampungKu-RumahKu". Tidak ada perbedaan pada variabel pengetahuan (sig=0,200) dan imbalan (sig=0,169) di kedua kelompok kader. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yang mendukung penggunaan media "KampungKu-RumahKu" sebagai alat pendukung yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kesadaran kader posyandu dalam pencatatan dan pemantauan imunisasi di Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 has also affected primary health services, including the Puskesmas Temanggung, or Indonesian Primary Health Care which is located in Temanggung Regency, Central Java Province. Based on the regulation of the Minister of Health Number 43 of 2019 concerning Community Health Centers, it is known that the Puskesmas, is responsible for implementing health policies, including policies for preventing and controlling COVID-19 infections. The research, which was conducted from October to November 2022, adapted a qualitative research design with an analytic descriptive approach. Based on this research, it was found that the communication aspects that affected Infection Prevention and Control, namely transmission, clarity and consistency, were good. While in the aspect of resources found deficiencies in infrastructure and capabilities of human resources. Dispositional aspects are less found in implementing commitment. Meanwhile, in the aspect of bureaucratic structure, there are deficiencies in the Standart Operating Procedure (SOP) for several precautions.

Abstract

National Quality Indicators (INM) at RSGMP X in Semarang haves not reached the target in the aspect of 6-step handwashing compliance and the use of personal protective equipment among doctors, nurses and young dentists. Other research has found that education and training for employees is important in improving their technical skills and professional expertise. This study aims to determine the relationship between education and training as one of the elements of TQM and the achievement of INM at RSGMP X in Semarang City. This study is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Data collection using a questionnaire by google form with a total sample of 75 of employee. Data analysis was performed bivariately with chi square. There is a relationship between perceptions of education and training aspects and the achievement of INM at RSGMP X in Semarang City. In addition, respondents who have good perceptions of education and training aspects tend to support the achievement of good INM (57.3%) compared to those who are not good (25.3%). Respondents with unfavorable perceptions of education and training tended to be less supportive of INM achievement (12%) compared to those who were supportive of INM achievement (5.4%). Most of the study respondents had good perceptions on education and training aspects (82.6%). In improving the achievement of National Quality Indicators, hospitals need to emphasize education and training efforts.Keywords : TQM, National Quality Indicators, Indikator Nasional Mutu, Education, Training

Abstract

Background: For 3 years running, there has been a difficulty in reaching the target of National Quality Indicators on the behavior of hand hygiene and the use of personal protective equipment by doctors, young dentists, and nurses from July to September 2022. This study aimed to describe employee behavior in achieving National Quality Indicators through the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Unimus Teaching Hospital of Dental and Oral in Semarang, Indonesia.Method: This cross-sectional study collected data from 75 employees of Unimus Teaching Hospital of Dental and Oral by accidental sampling technique. The instrument was developed by a structured questionnaire and analyzed using frequency distribution.Result: 11 National Quality Indicators have reached the target except the indicators of behavior of doctors during visiting hours (69%). The implementation of the Quality of the 10 aspects has been well implemented to support it, with the most implemented being the factors of scientific approach (96%), customer focus (94.7%), team work (94.7%), and long-term commitment (94.7%). Additionally, it is necessary to improve the aspects of competence human resources, education and training, passion with quality, and continuous system improvement to ensure the achievement of National Quality Indicators. The implementation of TQM is good. In supporting the achievement of National Quality Indicators, the hospital emphasizes more on education and training efforts, and in the aspect of structure, increasing the number and competence of its employees.
