Abstract

Latar belakang: Remaja memiliki peran yang penting dalam pelaksanaan program kesehatan, salah satunya berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi oleh remaja dalam media penyebaran informasi dan komunikasi kesehatan khususnya terkait kesehatan ibu dan anak dengan sasaran para ibu milenial. Tujuan: Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta remaja dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak.. Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2022 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Tahapan kegiatan antara lain koordinasi, FGD, dan sosialisasi kepada remaja yang berasal dari karang taruna di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap. Pada tahap FGD, didapatkan hasil bahwa remaja masih kurang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan ibu dan anak, namun mereka memiliki keinginan untuk berkontribusi dalam upaya tersebut. Sehingga dibutuhkan penekanan dan penjelasan mengenai peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh para remaja. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan menjelaskan peran remaja dalam kesehatan ibu dan anak, isu kesehatan ibu dan anak yang perlu menjadi perhatian, dan lain sebagainya. Kegiatan sosialisasi dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari 10 kelompok Karang Taruna di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poncol. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan terlaksana dengan baik pada seluruh tahapannya. Respon remaja cukup baik, meskipun beberapa kelurahan hanya mengirimkan beberapa perwakilan saja akibat permasalahan waktu dan agenda. Mereka berharap terdapat pendampingan lebih lanjut untuk sasaran kesehatan remaja ke depannya.

Abstract

Background: RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan is a BLUD hospital that benefits from public patients, but public patient visits have decreased in January-July 2024. In addition, the outpatient clinic has the second lowest satisfaction level with a score of 80.43. This condition indicates the need for evaluation to improve general patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the expectations and reality received by general patients towards outpatient poly services from the aspects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design, conducted in December 2024-February 2025, and the data analysis used the IPA (Index Performance Analysis) method based on the results of the expected and actual scores. Results: The level of satisfaction with the dimensions of service that are still considered unsatisfactory by respondents is the dimension of reliability and responsiveness, because the level of conformity is still below 86.56%. Meanwhile, the service dimensions that were declared satisfactory were tangible, assurance, and empathy, with a level of conformity above 86.56%. Conclusion: The responsiveness dimension has the lowest level of agreement (83.52%), so patients are less satisfied in this aspect. The reliability dimension was also below average (86.53%), indicating suboptimal satisfaction. In contrast, the dimensions of physical evidence (86.58%), assurance (87.76%), and empathy (88.40%) had above-average levels of conformity, with empathy as the most satisfying aspect for patients.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an increase in the death rate of pregnant women. The government is taking preventive action by providing COVID-19 vaccination to pregnant women in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia HK.02.01/I/2007/2021. Even though it has been carried out for 2 months, vaccination coverage is still low, especially in Temanggung Regency. This study aims to determine behavioral determinants in the use of COVID-19 vaccination services for pregnant women. This research uses an analytical survey method with a quantitative approach through a cross-sectional study. Taking 200 samples using the Accidental Sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data was collected using a research questionnaire and then analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The research results show that there is a weak relationship between employment status and perceived vulnerability and utilization of COVID-19 vaccination services among pregnant women. There is a fairly strong relationship between education level, perception of waiting time, and accessibility with the utilization of vaccination services for pregnant women. There is a strong relationship between attitudes, knowledge, availability of health facilities, availability of health workers, and ease of information with the use of COVID-19 vaccination services for pregnant women.
