Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the service in the delivery of training for marine skills for Medical Care and Medical First Aid at Barombong Maritime Polytechnic. The data analysis used was descriptive quantitative data analysis using the questionnaire method. Testing of the data in this study used variable validity and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that the quality of services for maritime education and training, especially medical care and medical first aid, has been going well, thus from the above results it can be concluded that the indicators of Tangible, reliability, responsibility, assurance and empathy have gone well and must be improved so that training can improve service quality.

Abstract

Standar mutu Program studi Studi Nautika di Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong berpedoman pada standar mutu kepelautan Indonesia yang diatur dalam Surat Keputusan Direktur nomor. SK.8/III/POLTEKPEL.B-2021 tentang standar mutu kepelautan di lingkungan Politeknik Pelayaran Barombong, namun belum ada hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan standar mutu tersebut, sehingga perlu dievaluasi. Evaluasi pelaksanaan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa semua standar penilaian yakni standar kompetensi lulusan, isi, proses, penbilaian, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, pengelolaan dan pembiayaan sudah sangat baik, namun demikian dari dari setiap unsur penilaian dalam setiap standar, masih ada yang belum terpenuhi dalam standar kompetensi lulusan, standar isi, standar proses, standar penilaian pendidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pengelolaan.
