Abstract

The existence of a digital-based assessment system will support the assessment of student character in the learning process. Character assessment using e-assessment will greatly assist teachers in overcoming paper wastage, streamlining time, overcoming large expenditures and making students more focused in filling out characters. This study aims to analyze the character of tolerance in elementary school students and to determine the feasibility of the product. This research is a development research using 4D development design. The sample of this study was 175 students. Quantitative data from this study were obtained from the validation of media experts and the results of the student tolerance character assessment, while qualitative data was obtained from interviews. The quantitative data in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, while the qualitative data used Miles & Huberman analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the character assessment of student tolerance are in a good category, and there are differences in the character of student tolerance in the 3 schools. The results of the validation of media experts on the development of web-based assessment are in the good category so that the product can be used to assess the character of student tolerance. The implications of this research lie in time efficiency in processing and distributing data, saving procurement costs, and ease of use in assessing student character using web-based assessment.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in the world of education. One of the character values that has a significant impact in realizing the progress of a nation is the character value of loving the motherland. To be able to foster a sense of caring, loyalty, and always respecting and being proud of the nation and country, students must have the character of loving the motherland. This study aims to compare the character of love for the motherland from the use of the Turun Baumo e-module. The research method used is quantitative research with a comparative design. The sample in this study were 144 students who were taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about the character of love for the motherland. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the t test show that there is a significant difference between students' love for the character of the homeland from the use of the Baumo Derivatives e-module in four elementary schools. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the love of the country character of students and the use of the down baumo e-module. Researchers suggest that further research can be carried out on research on the variable character of patriotism based on class and gender.

Abstract

Peace-loving character plays an important role in helping children develop a superior personality. E-modules can draw students' attention and making learning enjoyable. This can helping children in develop a superior personality. The purpose of this study was to analyse the use of the Tarompa e-module on students' peace-loving characters and to find out whether there is influence and comparison in the use of the e-module with peace-loving characters in elementary schools. This study used quantitative research by comparing 4 schools with a total of 68 students. This study is use questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test and inferential test in the form of assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a comparison and there is an effect of using the tarompa e-module on the peace-loving character of elementary students. The results of this study can be used as teaching resources to help students learn about the variety of Tarompa local wisdom. The research recommendation is to use an electronic module based on Tarompa local wisdom which can be used to teach other characters.

Abstract

Students' science process skills are important to improve, one of which is by using technology so that students' digital literacy skills are also needed in using technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of digital literacy on science process skills. The type of research used is a mix method with a sequential explanatory model. The population in sthis study were students in class X MIPA at senior high school. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and a sample of 50 students was obtained and the instruments included questionnaires, observations and teacher interviews. Quantitative data were obtained from questionnaires and observations while qualitative data were obtained from interviews. After the research is done, the data will be analyzed. Quantitative data analysis used statistical tests, namely descriptive statistics and parametric inferential statistics. Descriptive statistical analysis is presented in tabular form in the form of frequency, mean, median, max value and min value while inferential parametric analysis is in the form of a t test with prerequisite tests: normality test and linearity test. While the qualitative data uses Miles & Huberman. The research results obtained were that digital literacy had an effect on science process skills with a percentage of 93.5%.

Abstract

Mathematical process skills and study persistence are indicators of student learning success. Lack of persistence and mathematical process skills can hinder the distribution of knowledge in the learning process to students. So, it is important to conduct this research to measure the effect of mathematical process skills on students' persistence character. The survey method uses a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. A simple random sampling technique was used as the sampling method in this study. In this study, hypothesis testing with a t-test and simple linear regression test is used as a method of data analysis. The collection method uses observation sheet research instruments, questionnaires, and interviews. This study found differences in students' mathematical processing skills and persistence in the multiplication and multiplication factor subjects in each elementary school. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between mathematical process skills on the character of student persistence in the thematic learning of the material factors of multiples and numbers. It was concluded that by knowing the effect of students' mathematical processing skills on their persistence character, educators should further maximize the learning process to train students' mathematical processing skills.

Abstract

The importance of students' interest in learning needs to be analysed to determine how influential the interest in learning is in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of students' learning interest on the use of web-based assessment in elementary schools. The research method used is a quantitative method with associative causal design. The sample in this research is elementary school students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires using a liket scale. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive and inferential statistics. The results obtained in this study through the regression test obtained the result that there was a significant influence between students' learning interest on the use of web-based assessment of elementary school students. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive influence between learning interest on the use of web-based assessment of elementary school students. So that the higher the interest in learning, the greater the enthusiasm of students in using web-based assessment.
