Abstract

Latar belakang: Tumbuh kembang merupakan proses yang berkesinambungan yang terjadi sejak konsepsi dan terus berlangsung sampai dewasa. Dalam proses mencapai dewasa inilah anak harus melalui berbagai tahap tumbuh kembang. Tercapainya tumbuh kembang optimal tergantung pada potensi biologi. Tingkat tercapainya biologik seseorang merupakan hasil interaksi antara faktor genetik dan lingkungan bio-fisiko-psikososial (biologis, fisik dan psikologis). Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu terhadap tumbuh kembang anak usia prasekolah. Metode: Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan Crosseksional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Jempong Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang Pule. Sampai pada penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang memiliki Anak usia prasekolah 3-6 tahun yang berada di Lingkungan Jempong Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Karang pule dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah koesioner dan lembar penilaian perkembangan anak KPSP Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukan P-value 0,001 < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan perkembangan anak di Lingkungan Jempong Timur Wilayah Kerja Puskesms Karang Pule. Abstract

The context of this research is the Take Over Riba service product, this service product is intended for cooperative members who have joined for at least 12 months with the intention of transferring ribawi transactions from conventional financial institutions, and outside financial institutions to transactions that are in accordance with sharia. This service product does not use collateral, and without interest. This service product aims to release cooperative members from usury activities, and provide enthusiasm to improve the people's economy according to sharia. This research approach is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach focuses more on process research, such as interactions between people in a community, the process of carrying out work, the development of a symptom or civilisation. In this study, researchers explained the aspects of hawalah financing at the savings and loan cooperative and sharia financing ‘Simpul Berkah Sinergi’ Pontianak Regional Representative. The results showed that conceptually the financing practice of takeover usury service products at KSPPS Simpul Berkah Sinergi Cooperative applies a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fee. The agreement is very cooperative and in accordance with sharia or sharia principles based on DSN Fatwa Number 58/DSN-MUI/V/2007 concerning hawalah bil ujrah, DSN Fatwa Number: 12/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning hawalah, and DSN Fatwa Number 31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 concerning Debt Transfer. While the inhibiting factor in the practice of take over usury financing is the ineffectiveness of the application of the hawalah contract in the take over usury service product, especially because the people who are members of the cooperative do not know the existence of a hawalah contract with the imposition of ujrah or fees. There needs to be regular socialisation to provide understanding to members in particular and other Muslim communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Hospital. Three South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is 60 employees, sampling can use saturated sampling, so the sample is all 60 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, t-test calculation results for the Compensation variable (X1) with a tcount of 9.966 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is smaller than ttable (9.966 > 2.002) and significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Compensation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the Work Environment t test calculation (X2) with a tcount of 4.670 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (4.670 < 2.002) and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that the Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results above, namely the ANOVA test, the Fcount value was 275,473, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 56 was 2.77. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 275,473 > 2.77, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that, Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

This study discusses the use of interrogative sentences in the learning process in the afternoon class A of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Pontianak. Interrogative sentences play an important role in verbal interaction as they are used to obtain information and create effective communication. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at describing the forms, types, functions, and politeness aspects of interrogative sentences used by students. The results show that students use interrogative sentences in both total forms (expecting yes or no answers) and partial forms (using question words such as what, who, when, where, why, and how). In addition, the aspect of politeness in questioning is also considered important within the learning context. This study is expected to contribute to the development of communication competence and support more effective and polite Indonesian language learning.
