Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: untuk mengetahui bagaimana peluang masyarakat (warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan) dalam kewirausahaan di era industry digital 4.0, untuk mengetahui bagaimana menjalankan menejemen kewirausaha pada era industry digital 4.0 di warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan dan untuk membangun masyarakat yang berkarakter kuat, mandiri, produktif dan kreatif serta inovatif dalam berwirausaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan yang beralamat di Jl Pagedangan kp pagedangan RT 001 RW 002 Desa Cicalengka kecamatan Pagedangan   Kabupaten Tangerang-Banten. Dilakukan pada hari sabtu dan minggu tanggal 5 sampai 6 September 2020. Pendampingan dilakukan secara kelompok. Peserta yang mengikuti pengabdian ini  adalah  warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan, berjumlah 45 orang. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan di dalam pengabdian ini adalah Setiap masyarakat dalam hal ini di warga Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan memiliki peluang yang sama dengan masyarakat yang lainnya dalam menjalankan kewiraussahaan di era industry digital 4G setelah mendapatka pelatihan dan motivasi dan harus berani untuk memulainya. Menjalankan menejemen kewirausaha pada era industry digital 4G dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja, kapan saja tidak mengenal tempat dan waktu dan siapa pelanggannya, terlebih yang menjalankan bisnis tersebut adalah anak-anak muda (milenial).Kata Kunci: Manejemen, Kewirausahaan dan industry 4G

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Tiga Hospital, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Brawijaya Duren Hospital. Three South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is 60 employees, sampling can use saturated sampling, so the sample is all 60 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, t-test calculation results for the Compensation variable (X1) with a tcount of 9.966 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is smaller than ttable (9.966 > 2.002) and significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Compensation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the Work Environment t test calculation (X2) with a tcount of 4.670 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (4.670 < 2.002) and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.050), H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that the Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results above, namely the ANOVA test, the Fcount value was 275,473, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 56 was 2.77. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 275,473 > 2.77, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that, Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Tata Guna Patria, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is the quantitative associative method, Primary and secondary data collection techniques, which are used through questionnaires with a total of 67 respondents, observation, literature study. The analysis method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination test and significance test (t test and F test). The results of the study showed that the Durbin-Watson value was 1.850 and was between (<1) according to the provisions, so this regression model has autocorrelation. The coefficient of determination value (Adjusted R2) was obtained at 0.400 or 40.0% and the remaining 60.0% was influenced by other factors. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.805> 1.668, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X1 on Y. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.532> 1.668, it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y. The F table value of 2.404 was obtained by looking at the F table with df = k-1 (3-1=2) and df = n-k (67-2=65) at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or Work Discipline (X1) and Compensation (X2) together have a large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Central Jakarta. The method used in this study is the quantitative associative method, Primary and secondary data collection techniques, which are used through research techniques (questionnaires of 62 respondents), observation, and literature studies. The analysis methods used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests and significance tests (t-test and F-test). The results of the study showed that the Durbin-Watson value was 1.846 and was between (<1) according to the provisions, so this regression model has autocorrelation. The R2 value is 0.419. So it can be interpreted that the degree of relationship between the variables of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance is a moderate correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) value was obtained at 41.9%. While the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X1 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.502> 1.670, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X1 on Y. It is known that the significant value for the influence of X2 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the t-value is 5.744> 1.670, it can be concluded that Ha2 is accepted which means that there is an influence of X2 on Y. so it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted meaning that there is an influence of X1 and X2 on Y together. This means that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have quite a role in improving Employee Performance at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Garuda Visi Nusantara, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 responden, teknik analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearita, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier sederhana,  uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi berganda, uji analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Garuda Visi Nusantara, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 15,569 + 0,612 X₁ dan nilai ????ℎ????????????????????  8.505 > ????????????????????????  2,009 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Garuda Visi Nusantara, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 8.248 + 0,509 X₂ dan nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 5.511 > ???????????????????????? 2,009 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Garuda Visi Nusantara, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 8,844 + 0,513 X₁ + 0,175 X₂, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,753, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 39%, serta nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 39.613 > ???????????????????????? 3,19 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.
