Abstract

Universitas Nusa Putra merupakan sebuah instansi atau lembaga yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan. Untuk membantu mahasiswa yang mengalami kendala dalam pembiayaan kuliah, Universitas Nusa Putra memberikan bantuan dalam bentuk beasiswa. Beasiswa adalah dana yang dikeluarkan secara gratis oleh pemerintah atau lembaga pendidikan dengan tujuan meringankan beban biaya selama kuliah. Universitas Nusa Putra telah bekerja sama dengan pemerintah kabupaten sukabumi sebagai bentuk apresiasi pada tahun 2020 dengan membuat program beasiswa baru yaitu Beasiswa Bupati Sukabumi. Dalam penentuan beasiswa bupati sukabumi ini ada beberapa kendala yang muncul seperti banyaknya mahasiswa yang terpilih sebagai kandidat selain itu pihak terkait juga merasa kesulitan dalam proses pembuatan laporan yang menyebabkan sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengelolaan data dan laporan penerima beasiswa bupati karna pengelolaan datanya yang masih bersifat manual. Maka untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut perlu solusi alternatif dengan menerapkan metode Profile Matching untuk penentuan atau pengambilan keputusan mengenai penerimaan beasiswa bupati sukabumi yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai data aktual dari suatu profile yang akan dinilai, sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan kompetensinya atau biasa disebut dengan nilai GAP. Terdapat 6 tahapan metode profile matching yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan nilai GAP, pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total dan yang terakhir perangkingan. Dalam pembuatan program ini sistem yang dibuat adalah sistem berbasis web yang dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan metode perancangan prototype. Hasil dari program ini yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memudahkan pihak Universitas Nusa Putra dalam menentukan calon penerima beasiswa bupati sukabumi dengan model perankingan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang berlaku serta bobot dari kriteria tersebut.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has brought us into a new world, a state where technology takes an important part in everyday life. One that is currently widely used is a website. The development of today's increasingly advanced technology has an impact on the use of technology in people's lives. The development of technology is needed by the community to overcome the problems they face, such as archiving letters or important documents at the village office. Archiving letters or documents at the kelurahan office is related to the archive of incoming and outgoing letters. Letters in the kelurahan office are often damaged or lost, such as being eaten by termites and lost due to fire. There are many incoming and outgoing letters by the Sriwidari Sub-District Office, so that currently we need a system that can help performance related to correspondence. So it is necessary to create a mail archive information system. Mail filing is a record of incoming and outgoing letters received and sent. At this time, the procedures applied to the management of incoming and outgoing letters at the Sriwidari Village Office starting from receiving, making, storing, documenting letters are all done conventionally. With a website-based mail archive information system, it can reduce the difficulty and time spent in the process of searching for mail data, and improve the management of existing mail archiving. This mail archive information system is made using PHP Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL for database processing. The result of this research is to produce an information system that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.

Abstract

The development of technology helps humans to communicate with each other. The rapid development of technology has led to the birth of many new media platforms. As technology advances in this digital era. The existence of information technology has a great impact on human civilization. One form is the use of social media. However, the ease of sharing information through social media has not escaped abuse by its users. One form of abuse is cyberbullying carried out on social media, especially Twitter. The 2018 Internet Penetration and Internet User Behavior Survey in Indonesia published by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) shows that 49 percent of internet users have experienced bullying in the form of ridicule or harassment on social media. In this regard, sentiment analysis was carried out through social media twitter to measure the accuracy value using the SVM (support vector machine) algorithm. Sentiment analysis by crawling twitter data as many as 1000 tweet data in Indonesian using the RapidMiner tool. And this classification with SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithm gets an accuracy of 92% by testing at 80:20 proportion, which is 80% training data and 20% testing data. Of the 998 data that have been preprocessed, 625 data on the positive class and 374 data on the negative class have been obtained.

Abstract

In the era of rapid development in media information, the utilization of websites as sources of information has gained widespread significance across various sectors. However, with the increasing use of websites, attention to security aspects has become crucial. The urgency to analyze its vulnerabilities has proven essential in efforts to detect potential threats in the future and ensure the continuity of confidentiality, consistency, accuracy, data validity, and information availability—known as the CIA Principles (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)—forming the fundamental basis for safeguarding information security. The website of Public High School 1 Surade presents both general and sensitive data related to school and student information. The findings of this research are expected to make a significant contribution in raising awareness about website security, offering valuable guidance to educational institutions and the government. The aim is to strengthen the security of their websites, with the hope of reducing potential cyber threats in Indonesia. This research is anticipated to serve as a foundation for more effective preventive measures and stricter information security policies.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah fondasi penting dalam pembentukan potensi manusia, dan pergeseran ke arah ujian online menandai transformasi besar dalam cara kita menilai dan mengukur pencapaian akademik. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, penggunaan sistem proctoring dengan teknologi pengenal wajah merupakan langkah progresif untuk menjaga integritas ujian. Namun, peralihan ke ujian online juga membawa tantangan tersendiri, karena kecurangan, identitas ganda, dan kurangnya pengawasan dapat mengurangi kepercayaan terhadap hasil ujian. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem pengawasan yang handal dan efektif sangat penting untuk menjaga standar akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem pengawasan ujian online yang memanfaatkan teknologi pengenalan wajah. Proctoring ujian secara daring diperlukan untuk memastikan validitas dan keamanan ujian. Sistem yang diusulkan mengimplementasikan algoritma pendeteksi pergerakan peserta selama ujian berlangsung yang diperkuat dengan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk memonitoring perilaku selama ujian berlangsung, dan mendeteksi tindakan yang mencurigakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan integritas ujian online, mendorong adopsi teknologi proctoring, dan memberikan solusi yang efektif bagi institusi pendidikan yang menghadapi tantangan terkait keamanan ujian online. Dimana sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa python dan framework Laravel untuk bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL untuk DBMS-nya.

Abstract

Skin type misidentification often leads to inappropriate skincare product selection, which can negatively affect skin health. This study aims to develop a web-based automatic facial skin type classification system using the Vision Transformer (ViT) architecture. The model implemented is ViT Base Patch 16, pre-trained on the ImageNet dataset and fine-tuned using 10,000 facial images evenly distributed across four classes: normal, dry, oily, and combination. The dataset underwent augmentation and normalization during preprocessing. The training results showed an accuracy of 78% on the test data, with the best performance in the combination skin class (F1-score of 0.86) and the lowest in the normal skin class (F1-score of 0.72). The model was integrated into a Flask-based system that enables users to classify their skin type by either uploading an image or capturing it via camera. System testing was conducted using functional testing and API testing via Postman. The results demonstrated that all key features of the system functioned properly, and the API successfully returned classification responses in JSON format. This system can assist users in identifying their skin type and serve as a reference for selecting appropriate skincare ingredients.
