Abstract

The provision of additional food to pregnant women is very important in order to improve the nutritional status of pregnant women and fetuses. Tempeh as a food source contains minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc. In addition, tempeh also contains water soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and water insoluble vitamins (B complex), as well as B12 which is usually only found in animal foods. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance of tempeh cookies as additional food for pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Pir Batee Puteh Public Health Center, Woyla Barat District, West Aceh Regency. This experimental research used organoleptic test with hedonic scale to determine the respondent's level of preference for the characteristics of taste, aroma, color and texture of tempe cookies. A total of 20 pregnant women were recruited purposively. The results of the organoleptic test for treatment A (chocolate-flavored tempeh cookies), the majority of panelists liked the color (50%), slightly liked the smell (40%), slightly liked the taste (50%), and liked the texture (45%). In the organoleptic test of treatment B (cheese-flavored tempeh cookies), the majority of respondents stated that they really like the color (65%), like the smell (55%), really like the taste (55%), and really like the texture (75%). In the organoleptic test of treatment C (original flavored tempeh cookies), the majority of respondents stated that they liked the color (55%), really liked the smell (75%), really liked the taste (50%), and really liked the texture (65%). The results of organoleptic testing showed that the use of different formulas did not significantly affect the texture of the resulting cookies. Cheese-flavored tempeh cookies were the chosen formula because they have a color, taste and texture that were preferred by pregnant women. It is recommended for pregnant women to consume tempeh cookies as an additional food during pregnancy. ABSTRAKPemberian makanan tambahan pada ibu hamil sangat penting guna meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil dan janin. Tempe sebagai salah satu sumber pangan mengandung mineral seperti kalsium, zat besi, magnesium, dan seng. Selain itu, tempe juga mengandung vitamin larut air (A, D, E, dan K) dan vitamin tidak larut air (B kompleks), serta B12 yang biasanya hanya terdapat dalam pangan hewani Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerimaan kue kering (cookies) tempe sebagai makanan tambahan bagi ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pir Batee Puteh Kecamatan Woyla Barat Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan uji organoleptik dengan skala hedonik untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan responden terhadap karakteristik rasa, aroma, warna dan tekstur cookies tempe. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 orang ibu hamil yang direkrut secara purposive. Hasil uji organoleptik perlakuan A (cookies tempe rasa coklat), mayoritas panelis suka terhadap warna (50%), agak suka terhadap aroma (40%), agak suka terhadap rasa (50%), dan suka terhadap tekstur (45%). Pada uji organoleptik perlakuan B (cookies tempe rasa keju), mayoritas responden menyatakan sangat suka terhadap warna (65%), suka terhadap aroma (55%), sangat suka terhadap rasa (55%), dan sangat suka terhadap tekstur (75%). Pada uji organoleptik perlakuan C (cookies tempe rasa original), mayoritas responden menyatakan suka terhadap warna (55%), sangat suka terhadap aroma (75%), sangat suka terhadap rasa (50%), dan sangat suka terhadap tekstur (65%). Hasil pengujian organoleptik menunjukkan penggunaan formula yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada tekstur cookies yang dihasilkan. Cookies tempe rasa keju merupakan formula terpilih karena memiliki warna, rasa dan tekstur yang lebih disukai oleh ibu hamil. Disarankan bagi ibu hamil dapat mengkonsumsi cookies tempe sebagai makanan tambahan semasa kehamilan.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan perilaku menunda-nunda suatu perkerjaan oleh siswa secara sadar. Prokrastinasi akademik berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan akademik siswa, seperti berkurangnya waktu, menurunkan harga diri, bahkan menurunnya prestasi belajar. Salah satu upaya mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik yaitu dengan meningkatkan kemampuan self management. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengembangkan media book planner self-management. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengambarkan proses pengembangan media book planner self-management dalam mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation). Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi atau dalam hal ini yaitu guru bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat layak, oleh ahli media sebesar 93,5% dengan kategori sangat layak dan hasil dari tanggapan praktisi berdasarkan aspek keindahan media sebesar 92,4% dan berdasarkan kualitas isi media yaitu sebesar 90,4% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil dari penilaian tanggapan guru bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan kepada lima orang guru menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa media book planner self-management sudah sangat layak untuk digunakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk dijadikan pedoman guru dalam mengurangi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa di SMA.

Abstract

Polite character is a person's attitude in acting that cannot be separated from self-control from negative actions. This article contains a study of the polite character of students in the context of Guidance and Counseling in Aceh Tamiang. This article aims to describe "politeness" comprehensively and conduct a comparative test on each tribe. The research method of this study is the survey method with descriptive-analytical techniques and data analysis using One Way Anova. The research was carried out in Aceh Tamiang by involving several tribes including; Acehnese, Malay, Batak, Padang, Javanese, Sundanese, Gayo, and Bandar tribes. Data collection was carried out using google form by the Polite Behavior Scale instrument. The results of the research contribute theoretically and practically to developing a polite character that can be a reference in the scientific repertoire of guidance and counseling. It is hoped that teenagers in Aceh Tamiang can maintain their friendly attitude, believing that ethnic differences are not an obstacle to positive behavior

Abstract

The phenomenon of demonstrations and conflicts between student groups that occur often ends in riots. In this situation, it is suspected that many individuals in their psychological state experience deindividuation. Deindividuation tendency is the loss of individual self-identity because it has merged into the group which results in a lack of self-awareness and self-control in individuals so that sometimes it can result in the individual behaving deviantly from social norms. This study aims to describe the description of deindividuation tendency in students at Syiah Kuala University and to describe how conflict management can be done in students. This study uses mixed method with explanatory sequential design. The population in this study were undergraduate students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year from 5 faculties at Universitas Syiah Kuala. The sample was taken with simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula as many as 390 students. Data collection on quantitative methods uses a deindividuation scale which is arranged based on 3 aspects, namely Group Immersion, Anonymity and Reduced Identifiabilty. Data collection in qualitative methods use interview guidelines were prepared based on the three dimensions of democratic conflict governance. The results showed that most of the deindividuation in Syiah Kuala University students were classified in the moderate category, namely 197 (51%) students. Deindividuation in this moderate category means that students tend to experience deindividuation in certain situations such as when facing conflicts between groups and carrying out demonstrations.

Abstract

Aspirasi karir merupakan keinginan atau harapan individu dalam pemilihan karir. Aspirasi karir memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu masa depan/karir siswa dikarenakan karir adalah salah satu tuntutan dalam kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat aspirasi karir siswa di tinjau dari jenis kelamin. Jenis pendekatannya yaitu kuantitatif. Populasinya ialah peserta didik SMA Lab School Banda Aceh, SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh dan SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Sampelnya ialah peserta didik kelas XI dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan datanya memakai skala aspirasi karir (Adaptasi). Analisis data memakai statistik uji beda dengan teknik independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan, yaitu tingkat aspirasi karir wanita dilihat pada skor mean berada dikategori tinggi (192.49), sementara pria berada dikategori sedang (187.48). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat aspirasi karir wanita lebih tinggi dari pada pria. Kata kunci: aspirasi, karir, jenis kelamin
